Since starting my beauty treatments at Love Beauty three month ago my skin looks and feels amazing. My family, friends and even new people I meet are commenting on how wonderful my skin looks and feels. The salon is beautifully designed, relaxing and welcoming. Rachel is friendly, professional and will go above and beyond to meet your skin care needs. I love that if I run short of products between appointments I can jump onto Love Beauty's website and order them from the online store and they arrive within a day or two. Love Beauty is definately the place to go for quality and affordable skin care.

Rachel and the team at Love Beauty are amazing! From the beautiful salon environment, which is calm and inviting, to the amazing services and products offered (I'm obsessed with Good Oil tablets). I have been seeing Rachel for about a year now and she has transformed my skin. Her ability to identify exactly what my skin needs is a credit to her incredible knowledge and skills. When Rachel has been away, I have also seen Bianca - who is incredibly professional, skilled and knowledgeable as well. I HIGHLY recommended Rachel and the team at Love Beauty!!

I hate hate hate the music. I really hate it. Which is important to this review. Love Beauty is worth every cent. Lexi has changed my life! Two hours here rolls back a year of childhood trauma with the care and attention you get. Plus my skin is better than I ever could have imagined after only three months. I’m just amazed. If you like acoustic indie covers you’ll give it six stars. But if you just love being cosy, feeling looked after and walking out with the best skin of your life then it’s the place to go. I’ve never experienced a place like it :)

I had my first appointment last night with love beauty and I was extremely impressed. Gabriella was very accomodating , kind and patient. I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the clinic being offered a glass of rose water or tea. I did not feel rushed, judged or misunderstood. The clinic is very genuine in what they truely want from their patients. They do not rush you to but everything and specifically look at what you need as gradual stepping stones. I’ll definitely be back in a couple weeks . Can’t recommend this place enough !

Great clinic, would highly recommend it if you're looking for a place you can trust with your skin. Super friendly and helpful team. Amazing products. They have really helped me with my skin and I have continued to have my regular appointments and have recommended them to many friends.

I have been coming to Love Beauty for a couple of years now and have absolutely loved watching the transformation of the clinic to its beautiful new location on Canning Highway. On arrival, the reception staff are always very friendly and welcoming which is always nice! The refreshments are also a nice treat. Chloe has been looking after my skin for majority of this time and I have been so pleased with my results. She is extremely lovely and honest, and she has so much knowledge to share with her clients. Chloe explains things very thoroughly; she gives valuable information about products and their benefits, which is so appreciated when you don’t know where to begin on your skin journey! I always look forward to coming to every one of my appointments to see her and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Love this skin clinic! Every experience has been sensational. So professional , relaxing and comfortable. Rachel has done an amazing job with the place and has selected really wonderful therapists too!! Will definitely be back for some more pampering :)

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Not only the service is amazing, everyone is so welcoming and very professional. This is my very first skin clinic I’ve ever went to and get my skin done, since I’m always a bit sceptical going to skin clinic not knowing if they’re actually good, bcs I got quite problematic skin and just too scared if it’s gonna get worse not better. But, this skin clinic has got me attached! Just after my first treatment with Chloe and buying some of the products she recommended I could feel such a big difference already on my skin. Not to mention, how knowledgeable Chloe is, really taking her advice into consideration in my lifestyle now. Can’t wait to go again on my 3rd treatment and get good results out of it! Xxxx

So heavenly. I absolutely loved my experience at the Love Beauty clinic. It was so relaxing and my skin has never felt better. I'll be back asap. The staff are so friendly and I highly recommend Irish Lauren for a treatment. She was wonderful.

I have really enjoyed the overall experience of this amazing salon! The staff are so great with cancellation lists, salon vibe, relaxation, and collagen drinks on arrival! Bianca is so lovely, full of knowledge and does the best firm massages! I chose this salon after dealing with gut health issues creating breakouts in my skin, the dermaviduals products have restored my love with my skin and my ability to go out without makeup! They also have a fantastic skin needling protocol and my skin is wedding ready!

Following up with the reply : It’s very unprofessional to do that. You don’t confirm someone’s appointment on the phone and tell them they are able to change it from Wednesday to Saturday (rescheduled it with more than 48 hour notice) without an issue and then text them the following day saying oh it’s not confirmed unless you pay the $150 deposit. I have only received two missed calls in total from the management, I was at work and was unable to answer the call. When I phoned on Monday to reschedule my Wednesday appointment I was informed that I was able to shift the Wednesday appointment to Saturday and the booking was confirmed. I was not informed at all regarding having to pay $150 deposit upfront. It was really unprofessional to text me the following day informing me that the booking is not confirmed unless I pay $150 deposit. I have never canceled a facial appointment with chloe last minute, it has always been rescheduled 48 hours prior thanks. I’ve checked through my messages with love beauty and I have sent through proof when I had a flat tyre a few weeks ago to reschedule the appointment last min, and early of the year when I was sick (did send through a medical certificate). I understand where you are coming from but the way it was handled wasn’t nice, especially to a customer who has spent so much over the past year at your business. Thanks Been a loyal customer for over a year now, I have been going to love beauty for my monthly facials , waxing , even spent so much on all their products. If you get a facial with chloe or kyna they are absolutely amazing! I even recommended a few family and friends to get their facials done at love beauty (which some of them do go there now on a regular basis) .Unfortunately the management and owner on the other hand has terrible customer service. I had an appointment originally on Wednesday (26/10/22), which I called on Monday (24/10/22) to reschedule it . I did reschedule it to a Saturday and the booking was confirmed over the phone. Yesterday I received a text message stating that I would need to pay $150 upfront for a “deposit” to confirm my appointment on Saturday. I don’t think the situation was handled fairly as I rescheduled the appointment with more than a 48 hour notice. I contacted the owner asking for clarification on this issue as the text message sent to me was asked to bank transfer to her account. She responded with it’s a policy in place for clients that cancels last minute. Which made me even more upset as the last appointment I had with them on 30/09/22 Friday, I had a flat tyre and was unable to make it to my appointment ontime. I rescheduled it and even paid via bank transfer for the service upfront before going to the appointment . They did phone me once in the afternoon but unfortunately I was at work and was unable to answer their call , but to get a text message in the morning not even a phone call regarding that my appointment is not “confirmed” until I pay $150 shows how poorly they handled this situation. Prior to this I have always shown up for my appointment and not once have I not shown up without notice . It’s upsetting how this is how the situation was handled .
