Love
the
food
here
and
frequently
visit
here.
As
usual,
went
to
get
food
for
a
large
plate,
was
told
if
we
take
too
much
and
any
more
we
would
be
charged
extra,
and
so
we
stopped
filling
our
plate
immediately
and
proceeded
to
make
payment.
Chinese
auntie
with
mask
on
went
back
on
her
word
and
proceeded
to
charge
us
anyway.
We
don't
mind
paying
for
more
as
we
love
the
food
here,
but
since
we
are
already
prepared
to
pay
more,
she
should
not
have
advised
us
to
stop
taking
immediately.
It
isnt
nice
and
totally
unprofessional.
If
you
want
to
charge,
at
least
let
the
customers
finish
taking
their
food
and
charge
while
making
payment,
NOT
warning
them
DON
take
more.
We
didn't
even
overfill
our
plate,
nothing
was
felling
out
of
the
plate,
we
even
restricted
not
taking
a
couple
of
our
favorite
dishes
because
of
her
interruption.
The
whole
point
of
Mandarin
Duck
is
buffet
style,
letting
customers
have
a
sense
of
satisfaction
via
taking
their
desired
dishes
by
themselves
without
much
restriction.
If
the
store
couldnt
afford
this
way
of
"buffet
manner",
or
care
less
to
be
professional,
they
should
just
ask
their
staff
to
serve
every
customer
by
themselves.
Such
manner
of
treating
customers
will
just
deter
them
from
returning
and
ruin
the
longevity
of
the
business.
No
one
seems
to
reply
or
care
about
the
customers
service,
sincerely
hope
you
guys
can
learn
to
provide
much
better
and
professional
services
in
the
future.
Go
ahead
and
charge
but
don't
ruin
the
customers
mood
by
warning
them
to
stop
taking
more
dishes
if
you
guys
cannot
afford
buffet
style,
better
still,
ask
them
to
pour
back
the
dishes
if
we
don't
want
to
be
charged.
Who
in
the
right
mind
would
do
that
when
all
the
different
dishes
are
already
contaminated
with
different
sauces?
We
rather
pay
$3
happily
after
taking
everything
that
we
want,
then
us
being
reprimanded
by
your
staff,
and
still
pay
$3
regardless.
Honestly,
it's
only
$3
and
it's
ridiculous!
