Safest mall to hide in after almost getting robbed by a 10 year old. Quality securty team that ensures everyone inside is safe. 10/10 will take refuge after being threatened

Not too big not too small, with quite average number of shops, some foodshops outside of plaza lined in a sequence. The closer proximity of Curtin University to it makes it busier sometimes. The food shops remain busy as usual on weekends specially. There was beautifully built area for taking pictures in the center of plaza when we went their last year.

A great smaller shopping centre, with a very nice central alfresco courtyard dining precinct. Includes some well stocked supermarkets and excellent dining options. There are always events for the locals being held here. I recently attended the Lunar New Year celebrations which was excellent and very enjoyable for all. The centre is clean and well maintained. Note that the central dining precinct can get very hot during summer heat.

In times when hygiene needs to be a priority ...I'm very much surprised about the dirty red rug in front of the IGA food store. Shopping centre doesn't need rugs to collect bacteria.

a comfortable shopping place with coles, IGA, nandos and post offices as well as several other interesting shopping places to visit, unfortunately since covid, this place has started to lose its customers so it has an impact on many places being closed

Small collection of shops and eateries. Usually easy to get a park but they've been replacing the road surface and so there are fewer spaces now. Chilliz is my go-to for their excellent beef Curry Malaysian style.

Waterford Plaza is a decent shopping centre. It Is mostly just a building for the Coles Supermarket there. The other shops are shoved into corners, and dont have much of a presence ( it feels like you need to look for them). Current there is construction going on, splitting these Plaza into two seperate buildings. The plaza had rooftop parking, and plenty of ground level parking.

I really enjoy shopping here....the Reject shop....Coles....the Newsagents one of my faves is the Post Office as the staff members are so lovely and incredibly patient with me when I'm sending multiple packages overseas it's a great shopping location for a smaller shopping centre 😊

A small shopping mall located in the southern district 6km from the city. The advantage is that it has everything you need, including Coles and Woolworths. The shortcomings are also obvious: although there are many restaurants, most of them are not delicious. Overall, if you just want to fill your stomach and buy some daily necessities, it is highly recommended.

Nice shopping centre close to curtin University. Good selection of grocery stores, cafe, boost juice, chicken dishes and Japanese food. Not much cloths shopping but enough for a quick stop if you need food or drinks.

Unfortunatly their website indicated most shops were open but when we went there at 530pm most were shut. Yangs dumplings were open.

Local Shopping Centre that usually has the fix you need. Parking is a bit tight and gets pretty bogged in during the busy times.

This busy plaza kept changing with new shops and keeping both interior and outlook in a modern way. Since the university nearby is on holiday, parking is not an issue. Feel much better when shopping here

Kitchen inn express really great South Malaysian food and not expensive. A excellent beef randang with sambal on the side and chill jar on each table. Good vegitarian selection. Freshly cooked and served in 10 min when not busy. PS must be really great as a lot of Asian clients getting some soul food. And real friendly staff.

One of the most ineptly-designed car parks I have ever seen. It is almost comically ill-thought out. Also, the shopping centre sits firmly in Karawara, they're not fooling anyone by renaming it Waterford Plaza.

One stop shopping spot near Curtin Uni. Very confenient place for eating or just grab food for take away, it has KFC, McD, Hungry Jack, Varsity Bar, Nandos, Chatime, and many of small shops

Had to park at bunnings because no parking. Parking was a nightmare bunnings is fenced off so people are walking to the shopping centre on the road around cars trying to knave or cone in. Very dangerous

Really well located, Coles and IGA bookend the plaza. In the middle is a nice place for lunch. Subway, Coffee Shop, Bubble Tea etc...the Coles and chemist are excellent - this place has a nice vibe.

Food outlets outside are good. But hardly anything else. Considering its near a University it could offer more facilities

Has a good vibe, expecially at night time when the lights come on. Good place for casual shopping and a quick bite to eat.

Decent place to shop - Has most of what you need, and it's a good place to meet up and grab a bubble tea. Lacking a decent cafe, but Curtin has about three hundred, so you're fine there. Quite accessible with public transport - three routes go through there.

Parking needs a little adjusting. It feels like an accident waiting to happen. They have Boost Juice. The nail place is possibly one of the best salons in Perth. The Coles has a little bit of a different ‘vibe’, strange to say it but every time I visit, I’m reminded that people are not that interested in personal space.

Coles and IGA for grocery shopping. IGA has a good range of items. Smaller shops are great and Fish and Chip place is brilliant. Parking can be a nightmare at times, so some planning is needed. Nandos, Subway and Dominoes are there for convenience.

Was walking through and a security guard named andrea walked into me twice when it happened the 2nd time I asked why and I was then challenged to a fight . So I would say terrible shopping experience

Nice and clean inside each shop...Waterford is not too big which is a boon for many. Most if not all staff are pleasant and efficient.Took 1 star off, because the parking is very awkward, especially on the Coles side. Can be scary at times because it can be dangerous to navigate parking during the busy times. Needs to be fixed so customers don't get confused..

  • 3/5 Paul H. 2 years ago on Google
A mix of good and not good places. The small business turn over quite a bit. The IGA is open late, as is the bubble tea place.

*WARNING Reference Vodafone Store: Beware of this person who lied through her teeth. I asked to check my order and she wasted no time in disrespecting Vodafone and complained that she does not make money if I purchased through Vodaphone online. I challenged her ethics of disrespect. I told her that her complaint is with Vodafone not me. She then made an allegation of harrassment and refused further assistance. I asked for her name and employer identification. To which she refused and called Security. She said she owns this store! I asked security if I have the right to her name and ID for the purposes of my complaint to Vodafone. Security Officer Martin, obliged and approved of my request. Unfortunately, Martin decided against his words. Martin asked if I could accompany him to Management Office, when I also challenged his Security policy and lawful act or criminal act to have police called. There was no law broken Martin! Again, Martin changed his mind and would not go on his words to speak with Management and show me his security Policy. Martin could not provide me with any sectional code of violation. I have the video recording for my safety as well as you had your body cam. You broke your own policy for my report of Vodafone stores harassment! The store owner violated Vodafones respect in a work place and disrespect of customer rights. Martin, you violated your integrity as a licensed Security Officer. To the general public. This store owner laughed, didn't care and thought this was funny to her. I have a video recording as evidence. The wasted resources you called (Police) are welcome to view this. This is a photo of her taken, after she lied about me challenging her work ethics. During the call of WAPOL being notified, I made an official complaint with VODAFONE and will have store owner investigated!
