Very big shopping centre in Perth. It has almost everything you need. Parking is expensive if stayed there too long. So be careful. They have automatic sensor so when we exit it will tell you how much we have to pay if we stay longer than maximum free hours. In my case I paid 11 dollars. And I need to pay with cards since I don't think the machine accept cash. It ruined my shopping experience. The place is so big. And it takes long time to exit the mall because of the parking system. Where is the fun of going to the mall if we need to rushed instead of just relax exploring the shops, have a great meal and nice coffee break and just have a lovely time. Expensive parking charges is a big turn off for me.

So many things to do and see, lots of variety of clothing, jewelry, confectionery and drinks stores. There is a movie theatre upstairs with food courts all around. Great shopping experience. Ten pin bowling, mini golf and arcade provided endless entertainment and fun for the whole family.

Spent a few hours shopping, then had some lunch and went to watch a movie. When we went to leave the parking machine was broken and said pay at the gate. I setup the app instead and applied a card to it so I could get the discount. Got to the gate and the boom didn't go up, instead I got slugged $11 for parking. Thanks for that, just ensures I won't be back there any time soon.

Shopping and having dinner in this amazing shopping mall. A very lively shopping mall, and crowded. It is super huge. So many shops, it's easy to get lost if you don't remember your route. I came here on Thursday, it was super busy… I love it, will come here often to shop.

Great shopping experience even when we just arrived living in Thornlie in the eighties! At the time, it was quite and was just called Carousel, with less than half of what it is today. It is now the most popular of all the shopping centres in Perth as far as I know. Now, the Centre has most of the popular & trendy shops offering different products & services for different needs, all under one roof. Everyday, even weekdays, people just love to do window shopping or buying goods and services here.

I drive through the car park upstairs, I just been there for 5 minutes to pick up my child. The machine didn’t let me go out and charged me for 3 dollars. I mean it’s not a lot, But still I’m really disappointed. You shouldn’t charged me for 3dollars for like 5 minutes of parking. This is really ridiculous.

Huge place that caters for everything including having a "Rich Lane" - Exclusive stores. Lots of good eating places (restaurants/bars) Not just the food hall. The massage places were pretty busy the day I went (Friday) most suggested booking but found one to take us in for 45min foot massage after going thru just about all of them for "walk-in". Parking is good with covered and uncovered and 8 entrances from different directions and streets. Pretty easy to navigate in and out. I liked it but could easily get lost if you don't go regularly so make yourself aware of where you traipse. This is us at Little Bangkok up on Restaurant/Bar level.

Hi the shopping centre is great huge but the paid parking is a huge turn-off for me, My cousin and I meet there occasionally and have lunch and a wonder I thought the times coming in said 5 hours free and thought that’s great we were there just over 4 hours and went through the gate and had to pay $15 what a ripoff still better than the time before I had to pay $21. This is worse than Perth you shouldn’t have to pay money to spend money.

A good shopping mall to spend your days both on sunny or rainy . Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants, cinema and small playground on top level for little ones. Download the app and get four hours free parking.

First time in ages that I've been to Carousel but was a good spot to be a half way catch up with a friend. ... but after waiting atleast 5mins to even get in the line to be able to leave the parking area worse design parking ever and then to be charged $5 when it's stated 3 hours is free parking ... I'm not the best at maths but really !! Won't be back will go to all the other shopping centres that don't charge you for staying there !! Feel sorry for the retails who miss out on customers because of the centres greed. And who also can't count !!!

As someone who has trouble walking any distance, gophers should be available at every entrance. I didn't see any at all & was in so much pain by the time we got back to our vehicle. I know things have to change but the changes in this centre don't work for me.... Too big.... too expensive.... Probably won't be back...😞

There’s lots of shops in Carousel, however when it gets busy it really gets busy. The MYER is terrible there but the David Jones is very good. The food court is okay and there are a lot of technology stores. It’s not too big and it has a nice variety. It’s a good shopping centre not only for every day shopping but for special items that you want to get. However I think other shopping centre around Perth has some more stores.

Parking is an absolute joke and so is the supposed 4 hrs free for members, if you have a few things to do and given the size of this place and how slow the customer service is you'd be lucky to get it all done in 4 hours so expect a hefty parking charge on your departure! I also found the customer service in many of the stores I visited was completely lacking and I didn't really feel safe at all here, so many children/teenagers absolutely running amok! Couldn't even go to the toilet without a bunch of them in there loitering! I know they can be found at most shopping venues but this was next level! I'll stick to my normal, friendlier and safer shopping options from now on who offer free parking no matter how long you're there spending your hard earned money.

Great big shopping centre. Ample shops, cafes, restaurants and everything in-between. Valet parking is well priced and I like the fact they have movies and deals at local eateries with 2 hour free parking and extended for movie viewing. Only down would be how busy it is but that's the joy of a huge complex.

There are so many things I love about this shopping mall. There are lots of shops with something for everyone to choose from. A wide range of food options are available, as well as restaurants. If you intend to shop in the whole mall, you will need to be prepared to do a decent amount of walking.

A huge variety of shops, great for the avid shopper but not for me lol. I am bit disspointed in the Christmas decorations. Trees sporadically placed through the mall. Santas little photo villiage would not wow me. I really thought it would be like Christmas Wonderland considering how huge the mall is.

Great shopping centre. Dislike that section are blocked off after hours and only way around is to go outside, during winter rainy days or scorching summer days, this is a shocker, nothing major unless you finding it out for the first time. Improvement noted on Security measures, it was getting out it control at one point, but it seems like it is improving which is great. Police presence is helpful.

  • 4/5 Paul B. 1 year ago on Google
Good shopping experience, lots of variety found no where else in Perth. The downside is, it can be very difficult to find your car on the way out! Needs a better system as there are so many entrances and exists. A simple column number would be nice!

  • 5/5 Shelley J. 9 months ago on Google
What a huge shopping centre! Everything and anything. The food court is massive! Was as though we ventured into a little world inside a plaza! With gaming arcades, the theatre, ample food and that's on top of the retail experience! After missing operation hours on the supermarkets, this way a pleasant discovery. Making fun as we go! There's squishy grass area when overwhelmed!

Huge and modern mall. On weekends, parking is generally an issue. You might end up half an hour in the parking lot trying to find a spot. I appreciate that they offer extra hours of free parking for those who sign up as a Westfield member. No discounts though.

There are so many shops, movie cinema, food and groceries. They are upstairs and downstairs. Parking on a few levels. I did get lost amongst all the wonderful shops. You will probably find whatever it is you're looking for here. If you don't find what you're looking for, then you probably don't need it! Would recommend to everyone.

Although I would give it 5 stars but simply can't. The shopping centre has nothing of interest it's nothing like Melbourne where they got all the stuff you can buy. Looking for a gothic clothing or steam punk or rock clothing? They have none in this shopping centre at all. Even though Carousel is the biggest shopping centre it still lacks clothing.

  • 5/5 John . 8 months ago on Google
This place has come a long way from the days I used to wag class and go across the road 🙃. Back then, the movie theatre was a separate structure located in the north-west corner, and Myers was in the south-west corner. No Maccas, and no food hall like the one they have today. Hungry Jack's used to be in the south-east corner... The Carousel I remember was a quarter of the size this one is now... You may or may not find what you're looking for, but the experience is fun/interesting nevertheless.

Public Transport access is abysmal, you're expected to cross 6 lanes of traffic or take a long detour walking to the lights if you're heading towards the city by bus. New renovations and somehow public transport access is worse. It's a nice enough place but good luck getting anything home without suffering traffic jams or worse yet navigating around the traffic with 0 shelter from the sun or rain while trying to carry your shopping.

Free 4 hour parking and all the necessary stores for your missus to shop and go crazy for. Kid friendly toilets. Nappy changing rooms. Yes. Good for families. Budget lunches available

Took our kids to the strikezobe bowling, then mini golf, facilities were fantastic, toilets clean and tidy. Couldn't buy a coffee inside though, a little disappointing. Into Carousel shops for some shopping and lunch, again great facilities, loads of choices on the food front, from suit down and fine in or the food hall.

Carousel Shopping centre This is by far the worst mall that you could access during the festive season. All the main entrances are closed and customers find it very difficult to access the parking due to entrance closures. We would prefer to take our business elsewhere . Those traffic controller's are bullies

  • 5/5 Jenny N. 5 months ago on Google
Big, big big… you need good walking shoes. Parking is great and it’s clear where the vacant parks are from the lights above the park. The mall has every store and you’d be hard pushed not to come something. The upstairs dining near the Hoyts cinema are really pretty.

Forgot my wallet in food court 2 week before on Sunday. Got panic it was cash,IDs, and some important stuff in that. Ran back to food court. Couple who was sitting front of us told that one lady tried to take your wallet before that one food court cleaning staff of Westfield take your wallet and handed over to information desk. After next week we specially went to Westfield to meet and thanks that girl. Want to specify her name. Her name is 'Amrit' , gorgeous hardworking girl. We met her before as well. Excellent customer service. Working here from long time. Just want to congrats Westfield to have this kind of staff member. Please appreciate and promote deserving and well maintained staff like this beautiful girl.

The blonde-hair, middle aged staff was very rude and ignorant. I kindly asked for a makeup removal which I could try on their lipsticks but she constantly ignored me and served the customers who came later than me. I felt discriminated as she rejected to serve me because of my colour. Later on I asked for another staff named Ling, she did not even listen to my query and dismissed me with an incomplete sentence as “she will be here”. I was confused and felt rejected also I didn’t even know she was talking to me at first as there was no eye contact. I am very disappointed with this customer service and never thought I would have this experience in a retail like Chanel. I will never go back there again.

Great atmosphere. Especially after renovation. However, limited free parking means we are always checking the time and rushing. If it offers all day free parking, will definitely stay longer and window shop more!

Big shopping center with most shops from restaurant, book shop, drone shop, video games and even branded clothing. Includes Hoyts cinema on the first floor just above ground. Parking can be hard to find but if you are willing to walk the extra mile there should be some.

It is a nice shopping center providing large varieties of various things, heaps of shops are in their along with cinema with more than 10 screen. I think it is a best place to visit, everyone should give it a go weather they live SOR or NOR. Thank you.

A show piece of a shopping mall. Two food courts with a few more "mini" food courts, amenities like toilets seating etc everywhere. The upstairs food court is just a gorgeous mixed use space with lots of greenery and something appealing to look at everywhere. Many murals on the walls. The older parts of the mall like the Myer are getting a bit dated but lots is done with space. Always busy here, shoulder to shoulder crowds at peak. I have personally had good service from the parking attendants and the service desk.

I went there after the bulk of Carousel had shut for the evening but went in to go to an outlet that was still open. It is so pretty in there with all the lights and sparkles that they are starting to roll out for Christmas. Really nice. The trip was worth that alone....

As a tourist, this place is a great shopping place to visit!! To shop and eat and shop is one of the pleasures in life… parking is free for a certain hrs and chargeable after that… the parking system used is amazing as in there is no need to get a ticket just key in the car plate, pay and drive out… Never really took much pictures as was too busy shopping or eating… haha…

Very big shopping centre, with plenty of places to splurge at. Very very busy in holiday periods, with parking becoming very hard to find and people 'saving bays' for others which is very annoying. Parkung is expensive, but there are reliable buses that are much cheaper. Very hard to get in and out of the parking areas, with traffic buildups common in the surrounds. Would still recommend simply because of the atmosphere and the layout, which makes it easier to navigate the centre.

Living so close to a place that offers so many services as on one place without having to travel that far is amazing and that's the shops alone. The restaurant variety that they have upstairs is out of this world. Italian, Japanese, Korean, Greek, and the classic American dishes. Everytime I come here fun is always achieved

I was in Perth for a month and was a regular visitor to Westfield Carousel mall and observed that cleanliness is of the gold standard. Also noticed that the cleaning staff is very attentive and proactive in doing their job. Special thanks to Amrit for her helping me out in locating the right direction. I would like to mention that she is very polite, friendly and customer oriented. Looks like she is one of the best asset you guys have. thanks!!!

Probably one of my favourite Perth shopping centres. Absolutely love the food court, at night when it's all lit up you could be in some international holiday spot. Lots of great shops, wonderful food, good parking.

After a year came back to shopping mall, many changes and new shops good shopping centre as usual but new cleaning staff is very rude and don’t know anything , missing your old and well trained staff specially AMRIT , excellent customer service and knew everything, I think she is not working here anymore. Just suggestion, train the new staff by the well trained old staff. Because they worked on the ground floor rather than trained by mangers.

Great place to shop what you need and for fashion. A great place to have a coffee and catch up with friends. Upstairs there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and there is enough entertainment to keep the kids busy. Have great parents room facility for the new mothers.

First order Thuggs burger restaurant menu was horrible. Hard to say staff don't really consider the quality of the food, burger was oily and wet and chips was excellent, service was excellent, but the food quality is rush & bad handling. Just little disappointed.

Pleasant atmosphere with a wide variety of stores to choose from. The upstairs dining area is lovely and open-air with a play area for children and often has live music during the weekend evenings. The only draw back is parking and traffic surrounding the centre can be an intense experience during holidays and weekends, but it is offset by two-hour free parking.

  • 4/5 Paul H. 1 year ago on Google
Great selection of shopping and amenities. I love the new top floor where you can grab a bit to eat, play some games, watch some movies, and hang out with friends. We'll done Westfield, the renovations really paid of for us patrons. The only thing I would improve on is more parking or at least parking signage like in Kerrynup, but hey, that's what you get if you go to a popular location.

They directly charge me additional amount without prior notice, claiming the payment has failed when I have never been to this gym before. I don’t get any emails or notifications prior to the penalty being incurred and when I get it says the payment has failed and I have to pay penalty .. What type of service is this?

Nothing wrong with the place but it seems every-time (around 6-30pm-7:30pm) I go to park up top for Revo Fitness, they close the entry on this side, and won’t let anyone up. Even if you have the Revo Fitness card. My friend went up before they closed it and said “there is heaps of parking” (shown in pictures provided. I took these myself while walking from the other side) There is also so much more parking behind the sign in the first picture. I see so many cars exiting but no one is allowed up no matter what reason! It’s frustrating to say the least. All I’m asking is if anyone who has a Revo Fitness card should be allowed up for easy access. I would use downstairs entry but that closes at 5:30pm everyday, besides Thursday nights!
