    I myself have never had an issue with this 7-Eleven. Staff are super friendly and always smiling. I get my morning coffee all the time from here. Muffins are amazing - only downside im starting to look like a muffin from eating them lol

    Staff refused to honour 7eleven app promotion arguing in front of other customers that it's not valid. Other shop accepted 5 min later.

    Great place not only for cheap fuel but a cheap snack. The coffees are fantastic value starting from $1. Can't resist a krispy Kreme when I visit. Download their app to take advantage of their in store deals.

    Like this petrol station, reasonably priced (may not be the cheapest) on Mondays, no queues unlike other nearby petrol stations on Mondays. Friendly staff. Regular customer to this place.

    Will not purchase petrol here, YOU debited my card twice, why? Never happens elsewhere. U said transaction did not go through, however on my bank statement went through twice !!!

    I don't come here for petrol as it's generally more expensive. My kids and I now go once a week to get a slushy and Krispy Kreme donut. Staff have always been friendly, smiley and chatty.

    Always friendly happy staff this shop is one of the cleanest of all the 7/11's (apart from the Harrisdale 7-Eleven shop which is another shop that presents utmost cleanliness and attractive presentation!) I buy coffees every day (4+) and have come to know the staff which are not only hard working but are the stand out attraction! Brandon, Cathy, Lachlan and Jamie Lee are professional and friendly staff who deliver service with attention to detail and with pride in what they do!! A lovely start to my day

    Terrible service by Jabsir,. Southern river 711 told me to go here since their card machined wasn't working, came here and card payment still wasn't working and already fueled up, I went home to get cash to resolve the issue but Jabsir the server didn't seem to have it he was very very rude and stuck up the whole process and tried to make me feel like i was the victim, showed my balance and everything. I was calm and nice even saying thank you ans sorry for the inconvenience when leaving ( wish i didn't) but Jabsir had no understanding and just walked off and said nothing. no customer service here in canning vale 7-11 go down the road to Southern River 7-11 at least the lady there was nice about their system not working...

    Normally I don't have any issues with this go-to place. ***Last night (7th April 2022) around 7 pm***, I went and put fuel in my car. When I went and pay, I was planning to use my gift card, the young man swiped my card and said there's insufficient fund in the gift card, and he asked if anyone has used the gift card, I said no, I just scraped before I come here. He was in defensive tone and manner, he printed out the receipt and said there's only balance of $2, you can have a look yourself. On the receipt, it's printed as Error Balance: $2. So I thought that's a faulty gift card. Then, he asked me if anyone has used the gift card, again. Apparently I know there's a balance of $2 in the gift card but he thought I would use the gift card to pay for the full amount of my fuel. When we sorted out the confusion and miscommunication, he apologized. However, his attitudes, tone and defensive manner need to be corrected! It's absolutely unnecessary to make assumptions about anything before learning the whole story. I hope he learn his lesson.

    Bought fuel today , clearly stated I wanted my purchase of shop products and fuel to be charged separately , ignored me and scanned it all , I said seperate five times , he said nothing , pulled the shop product back and again said fuel seperate , then charges me for both after being asked not to . Went to pay cash for balance ….ohhh nooo no I have charged you together , I said this is a business card and I need a refund …tapped on the till for a few minutes muttering and then said sorry I cannot rectify , now I have to reimburse my company for a personal purchase which is time wasting because this clown can’t understand basic instructions , bought fuel today 3rd May 2023 at 3.00pm , seriously need to get your people trained and better capable of listening , I won’t return here as this is constant issue , rude and uncomfortable- operative staff . I will be asking for assistance from 7-11 Head Office to refund and charge me properly like I was asked . So many other outlets deserve our business .

    Staff namely Yash was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. Was using management as an excuse to give me false information and once i asked for the managers/owners details refused to share them with me stating that it was not my concern and claiming that 7/11 policy states that managers name will not be shared. Moreover he told me that because the owner is Indian he will not pass me his details or take any complaints. By far the worst experience at any 7/11. Would not recommend going to this Franchise.
