Pls like this review to make aware of thefts happening there! 8 May 2023 between 5.15pm-6.30pm. My car got robbed of 4 bags out! Guys pls be aware of this place! Do not even park there, even the CCTV cannot help. PLS be AWARE of THIEFs or ROBBERs there. Do refer to the pictures of how they got the bags out from the side window! PLS PARK THERE at your OWN RISK! DANGEROUS PLACE to PARK there! RENTED CARS are mostly TARGETED.

It's a cute and clean shopping center. The mall has pretty much everything you need. Nice add ons are lots of seating and a work area with charger options.

Nice little shopping centre. They are currently redoing the car park which is great. It has the essentials such as the post office, Coles, Kmart, fruit and veg shop, butcher, bakery, travel agency and a few cafes/sushi place to eat at. I also really like the fact that there is a parent room. It is always kept clean and there is a space for breastfeeding mothers to sit down comfortably.

I like this parking area., because this is the only free parking area on a lively street . So that’s why it’s always crowded. It’s not hard to find a space, people come and go quickly. But it would take a long time to leave. because there is a traffic light at one of the exits,

We are all lucky to live in such a metropolitan town with all we need in reach . A bustling little corner of Perth delivering all our needs . Victoria park perth is victorious vibrant the village is a vine just grows and grows.

I used to love this shopping centre the family cafe's were delicious and very affordable. A great social spot for all the elderly locals to meet and enjoy each others company. Now due to greed these amazing cafes are gone. The amazing butcher shop and veggie shop gone. Management put the rent up so high to force these amazing businesses out. SO SAD.

Not a good place for shopping anymore, particularly later in the evening. Staff closed all the self service and assistance checkouts at 8 pm and asked customers to use the quick check outs. After scanning items hardly fits in the bagging area and thus everytime need to call for assistance. It took us 20min to scan and payment for few items. Really disappointed...

Maybe I got there just after the toilets were cleaned, they were spotless. Nice set of shops.

This shopping centre is quite well equipped and I even appreciate the small cafe style restaurants available, particularly the "Chicken Corner" . Just regret that Kmart had taken over because I enjoyed shopping at Target back then....

it's one of my fave smaller shopping centres. I find that's there's a great variety of shops the Post Office is great. There are a lot of other shops and the library close to this shopping centre as well as a medical centre a pathology centre I really enjoy my visits here and I live closer to the Carousel shopping centre

The Park Centre use to be a great shopping centre to go to. Catch up with friendly, happy go lucky people and faces. Especially the small business cafe's that accommodated all ages. Especially the pensioners. It was sad to see the last Aussie friendly cafe to go in there. The centre is going to be over run by Asian stores, not much variety. Not happy Jan.

Good place to drop in on your way past and grab a few things. Parking can be tight and at a premium because people park in there to go up the road to eat etc.

Small shopping centre with a couple of good options for dining and shopping. Was a bit better previously with more smaller, locally run businesses which have now closed.

Not a big shopping centre but adequate and convenient. Coles and Kmart are the two anchor stores. Easy and ample parking. Lots of restaurants in the vacinity.

Average mall, most shops are closed but there's a Kmart and Coles... And some eateries. Toilets are very extremely dirty and never get cleaned.

The shopping center is not very large, but it is adequate and convenient for most people. In addition to Coles and Kmart, there are a number of other stores. There is ample parking space available and it is easy to find. There are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area that you can choose from.

Beautiful and clean, Coles is huge and always full of specials, They have really nice T4 Bubble tea shop there, I like all the shops there always. And you can sit down for mice cup of coffee or tea. Very friendly service throughout the whole centre

Feel like a lot of the local shops are closing down here. Still has some decent food places and the Coles and Kmart is still there. Plenty of parking which is good to visit the local park and surrounding strip.

Great shopping centre for a selection of supermarkets. Post office,newsagent, beautician, sushi shop and other stores within offer good array of items for sale

We used to go out of our way to shop here as it was a really nicely sized centre that offered the convenience of Coles and Kmart, but with a local feel and the local retailers to match. Unfortunately they've now closed down the local cafes in favour of coffee club, and closed down both the butcher and the greengrocer, so there's not much point of difference from any other centre now and it's not worth the trip.

It's a nice little shopping center with a lot to offer. In the present time, they are redesigning the parking lot, which is a great thing to see. This area has the essentials such as a post office, a Coles, a Kmart, a fruit and veg shop, a butcher, a bakery, a travel agency, and a few cafes/sushi restaurants for you to eat at.

1. I love to park here for free unlimited then on the side of the road. 2. Love the Chicken Rice restaurant in it. 3. T4 buble tea 4. Ice cream available. 5. Every Sunday morning there's traditional market on the next park which you can park here

Kmart does not have trolleys until 2pm daily due to private contractors. Too many Kmart signs on exterior of complex so don't know best position to park car for quick and ease of access.

Absolutely horendous parking area. Crowded, limited traffic flow and constantly having to stop for cars to exit because of how tight the spacing is.

Good items and cheap prices. Friendly service. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking

Always good staff at Coles, Prouds and Priceless shops, greeted by Smiling Faces as soon as Entering Shopping centre, layed back not too Hectic.. Awesome would Recommend Shopping here for Everyone 👌

It's little shopping mall with the essentials like post office, supermarket, cafes, haircut, and other interesting shops. Toilets was old but clean. Large carpark area around this little mall. Not hard to find a carpark. So convenient. Some corners of carpark are very dark after sunset.

Have everything.. easy car park. Lots of variety ... not two crowded... great places for shopping, nearby leisure park, library and easy access to all other shop accross the street

Good choices of stores but the security is dreadful. They take too long when requested by a store and from one occasion they did not do much or attempt to solve the problem (there was a drunk shouting and sitting around the mall and the security did not do much for a while). A security also rudely told me to get out once because I wanted to pick up a friend who works in a store, and it was getting close to 9PM. I get that it is close to closing time but there is a way to speak to people, especially customers.

Excellent Centre. The Coles store there is one of the best in WA imho. The cafes are competive and different and having Kmart there is a real plus. Having a Commonwealth Bank branch and Bankwest branch there is a real bonus for customers and shoppers. Yep, a very good shopping centre.

Great size shopping centre. So easy to get around, especially with kids in tow.

Its a really lovely plaza/ mall. It has some of the best shops there. Its like a family centre. Very homely feel. I love young there

Has basic range of shops. Quieter than other centres which is good.

Nice shopping centre. Something about Vic Park to amble around aimlessly windows shopping.

Basic shopping centre with Coles and Kmart as anchor tenants. I came to this mall be ause of Bank West. Was surprised to find Hainanese Chicken rice, Singapore style. Very good chicken rice.

Great suburban shopping centre. Although carpark is a bit congested and access in and out is also from a busy street, so have to be careful driving around the carpark. The public park adjacent to the mall is also quite handy to enjoy a break before moving on after the shopping. It has a good mix of big and small stores such as Coles, Kmart, Hairdressers, Pizza express etc.

Parking can be nightmare but central location good shops and coles for everyday groceries not as busy as larger malls. Clean and tidy has good places to eat all along the outside

Love this shopping centre but because of the amazing location the carpark is often massively full and it can be difficult to navigate parking. Otherwise love it here.

This centre is looking and feeling a bit tired these days. Small selection of shops. If Target and Coles weren't there, no one would go there. The parking is plentiful but a bit of a confusing layout.

Easy shopping centre to walk around in and has few shops, has alot of parking space around this complex. But I feel that they now need to get with times and up grade complex, maybe less parking space and alot more shops because really we haven't an propa shopping centre here in Victoria Park . Multi storey building lots of shops !

Brewed Coffee House, the coffee is excellent, food very tasty & reasonably priced. All staff are friendly, fast & efficient service. Best coffee in shopping centre.

A busy shopping centre with lot of good shops: Coles with nice staff, staff in Quick Cuts were friendly and cutting good at that price; NAB and BankWest showing the bank are not really into old customer services. Other shops are worth to be a customer in. Surprisingly, you can see the policewomen on the gorgeous horses

Decently sized car parks, and a nice clean feel for a shopping centre
