Open 24 hours due to the Good Grocer. Clean arcade with a good selection of elevator music. What more could you want.

Its small. With just a few shops. But quality. From Japanese restaurants to bicycles. There's a chemist and IGA which is open 24/7. IGA is the best. Good choice of read to eat meals and best variety of European cheese and meats

Wanted to buy a torte for a birthday. Only had one to offer. Usually this place has a good range but lacking today. Coffee is great as it usually is.

It's a very nice Arcade with quality boutiques, shops and services. There's a 24hr Good Grocer store which I love. Very convenient if staying at the Quest. There's a small amount of paid parking underground but I can't recall the hourly rates as we tend to wake here weekly on a Sunday to eat at Dolce and Salato - which I recommend for their great coffee, pizza by the slice and assorted treats.

Nice little complex, nice and cool (40 degrees ) outside has a 24 hour IGA type store with good varieties of food , close to banks, TAB and a great Pub ( Windsor) and restaurants and only meteres away from the river and ferry to Perth city

This place honestly makes me feel very posh, everything is so high-class, the iga sells cold brew coffee in a can, I didn't even know that was a thing until I came into iga. Mends street was made to flex as hard as it can on other local shopping centres and boy it's flexing it the point that it's jugular is going to pop. Very warm place and with a light atmosphere perfect for late night snack trips

This place has had a double hit..massive renewnal of old sites..caused by developers has meant lot of small business either relocated on in the case of the ones left struggled as all it was for months was a construction site.. but like the pheonix from the ashes this place refocussed and became bigger and better... that wonderful meads street with the now feature packed get off point in south perth jetty end of the ferry ride from perth CBD. BUT along came covis 19... cant go out..the zoo was closed...we are now easing the restrictions MEADS STREET ID READY AND WAITING... the cafes pubs, are coming alive ... and the new hub centre isnt a huge complex like our main shopping centres but what it lacks in space it makes up for in variety of our all important WA SMALL BUSINESSES. fashion.. great push bike shop ..hairdressing ..chemist. a amazing fresh food and grocery..no not the bigchain monster in green but a trendy GOOD GROCERY.. .. even a bank..that only the ones i have been thru and doesnt includes thr news agent accoss the street..hey you can e ven fill up for petrol go to the post office.. or have a quick drink at the WINDSOR.. spot some heritage in their or opposite in a little cultural centre...all this with the mighty swan river in your back and the extensive parkland where my mates the orangatungs are just some of the wildlife waiting to check out those strange human things that wander round with their mouths agape in what is called the best zoo outside San Diego... OUR VERY OWN SMALLER BUT JUST AS GOOD PERTH ZOO. All this while struddling thru MENDS STREET... come on Perh WA.. your allowed GET OUT THERE... for a day that wont break a bank unless you rob it lol
