Wow our seafood platter for one really lived up to its post site promotion. Not too greasy which was a bonus and tasty. Could easily have shared as the plate was overflowing with food.

Another bad experience at The Berrigan. Went to the counter, asked what the special was. I was told it was a $17 steak special. Bought it. Ordered it rare with pepper sauce. Got a receipt. 10 minutes later the same server came and told me the special is not happening. I show my receipt. They refuse to honour the order.

Monday night is Steak 🥩 night at this joint!! Rump steak with your choice of sauce, chips and salad for only $17. Awesome value!! Pretty big serve of steak cooked to your likeness/ doneness (medium rare for me) with mushroom 🍄 sauce 😋 The place was packed for a Monday, so advisable to book a Table as you may not get a seat if not. Although it was packed the food came out pretty quick which was pretty impressive. Wash it down with a pint of beer 🍺 and you have a banging dinner that won’t break the bank account. At this price point you can’t complain as anywhere else and it’s usually at least $30. Of course unless your vegetarian which in that case this is not for you 😝

Impressed! First time visit today. Food was tasty and service was quick (I think they are prepared as today is Mother’s Day). My kids loved it - they want to go again in 2 days for a birthday celebration 😊. I had the tasting platter as main. It was perfect as I like to try everything. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken wings. It was crunchy and tangy. One of my sons really enjoyed the chicken burger. Would definitely come again.

Dined at the Berrigan Bar & Bistro tonight for the first time. Nice place lovely attentive staff. Had the seafood platter for one. Beautiful seafood and the Chilly muscles were brilliant. Friends eat here regularly and now l know why. Thank you very much.

Brought family here for our first experience. Ordered the steak, seafood platter for 1 and lamb cutlets. The seafood platter was impressive for the price $35. The meals and 2 starters plus 3 drinks cost $140 and we felt that was a decent price for good sized portions. Tonight was kids eat free night so great for families. I had to try the jelepeno poppers which were $16 for 4. They were actually quite hot and tasted good. Definitely happy to come back again for those. Garlic bread was alright. Overall very happy with the meals and drinks. Service was lovely and there is plenty of space between tables. We were able to reserve a table online early afternoon and parking was easy and close to the premises. We will be coming back to try other dishes on the menu as they had burgers, chicken dishes, pastas and other meat options.

Had a lovely meal hear with friends. I had the crispy skin Salmon and it was delicious. My partner and friends had the party and it was huge, probably a bit to big, but they enjoyed it. Thank you for the wonderful food.

Usually we have a great food experience there but the last time we went , we were quite surprised at the food portion size. Below is a photo of the pork ribs and beef ribs. The beef ribs were so small, we were shocked. The beef ribs were more expensive than the pork, we also noticed that on the menu, they do not mention if you get half a rack or full rack when ordering. We queried the portion size with the waitress who took the plate back to the kitchen but then returned and mentioned that this is how the chefs said it’s done. Quite disappointed as we felt ripped off.

Went here for coffee and lunch. Not much selection for my taste in coffee, however, still serves nice coffee 6/10. The seafood platter for 1 is good for 2 😅 which is great. It comes with grilled fish, w prawn skewers, 2 grilled scallops, and calamari on a bed of chips and salad with a small bowl of chilli mussels on the side. Sizing 10/10, taste 5/10. Was full in the end. 😊 lady who served us was overall nice, although we went there pretty early, around 10:30-10:45, so there was just a different vibe that did not sit well with me. Every day is not the same though! Service on that day, 6.5/10. Overall experience for a quickbite/ brunch/lunch is 6.5/10 😊 We will go back to try other food and drinks on their menu.

Very busy Monday night $17 Steak night. Must make a reservation. Everyone at our table said steak tender good size and delicious. I had the small fish snd that was good value also.

Had the $17 parmi special. Was fast, big serve and delicious. Only gripe I could have was chips weren't 100% cooked and with parmi on top went soggy quickly.

Went here to day for Sunday dinner,order the pork knuckle,and a chicken parmi for my wife ok,did not have to wait long for the meals to come out everything was goodmy gripe my chips looked to be reheated,my pork knuckle great price,but they gravy looks as if made from a packet that you add hot water for instant gravy not good to complement the meat and the meal was not hot enough,as it was just above a teppit heat,I ate it dough I was very hungry, I will give a second good go hopefully the meals will hotter,not writing them review to complain just high light it,

Our recent visit to The Berrigan Bistro was a real delight. The restaurant was vibrant and the bar was heaving with happy people and a birthday gathering. Staff were very friendly and the food was good! We ordered from the light section but it was a big serving ... nice tho. Lots of TV's around the room and the outlook to the lake is nice.

Now known as Berrigan Bar & Bistro. Food is ordered at the counter next to the beer taps. Staff do their best to provide good customer service. We had a Scottish waiter who was really good. We had a small mix up with or order when we were there but when the staff was notified they did their best to resolve it quickly. Everything was cooked well and served quickly. Excellent quality food.

I had the rump steak and vegetables and it was shocking, paid $27 got a small piece of steak, a tiny bit of mashed potatoes, two stalks of broccoli and about 4 or 5 beans. Never been so disappointed, won't be having that again.

Was very happy with our meals, the food was really nice and i liked that the chef uses fresh chillis in his dishes. Will be back again.
