I cant complain about service . I turned up with my injured cat that had been in a fight and he had developed a infection. Despite not having an appointment the girls on the desk were polite and accommodating . The vet agreed to fit my cat in and he ended up having to stay the afternoon and be operated on which I really appreciated. So i were asked to leave a $500 security before any treatment could commence. Anyway I know that vets are expensive but I anticipated the treatment will be covered by that $500. But it did not, so my only complaint is that I should have been told that I would have to make further payment with an estimate of the total amount that i would be required to pay when I came to pick him up. So all up that small infection on his leg cost me $860. I felt was excecive and had to borrow to pay. So if you take an animal to the vet you should make sure you go with alot of money.I have to take him back to get his stitches out wlch im told theres no cost other than meds .Other than the expense the vet and team at Hanleys were great.

Very Friendly staff and the doctor really professional. Took my boy in and he can be a big baby but got through without any excess stress. The prices are very good too for check up and medication. Definitely will go here again.

Wait is a bit long. But vet and the nurses seems competent and nice. Good place to bring ur pet for check up etc. Only visit once with my gf dog. Vet know what he is talking about so it is a good vet

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were able to save our boy Nike and bring him back to his normal goofy self. They have always been our regular vet and are always caring and fast in the treatment room, great when you have a nervous doggo. They saw him with no appointment since it was an emergency, they always make time for sick animals. The nurses and vet were so kind to us as well when we were panicking and looked after him beautifully. He stayed there 4 nights with them this time and it was not a penny over the estimate they gave (which was much less than we expected). They are well worth the drive, we have vets closer but these guys are worth it, will never see another vet again! Thankyou so much guys, we love our goof enormously and are forever grateful.

The staff were attentive and kind. They took the time to answer my questions and provide excellent care for my kitten. They went above and beyond on Christmas eve for our little cutie. Thankyou to Gary and the lovely staff for making her first vet experience a breeze.

The vets and staff at Hanly have been taking care of my three cats for years. The time finally came when Natasha had to be put to sleep due to failing health. She had been with me for more than 14 years. No words could truly describe the immense sadness in my heart. The staff walked with Natasha and me during her final hour showing care and compassion for both of us. I could never thank them enough. Today I received a parcel from them. It is a card and a small ornamental gift telling me how much they care about me due to the loss of a best friend. It really shows how much they care about animals and their owners. I do not think I can find a better vet clinic than Hanly.

Brought my two puppers for their vax shots and they both were treated very well. Very well priced vax shots meant I could get both my girls protected for just a bit more than done vets charge for a single dose. Neither noticed the needle, both got cuddles and treats, can't fault anything. Highly recommend.

Very busy, waited a long time to be told my dog prob has bone cancer, to find it was arthritis (not good practice to state things like that to vulnerable pet owners)... 😞

I'm sorry but there isn't a better place in WA than here.. the staff are the best! The Vets are the top of the top. The main thing is that that care.. so dam much! I have gone in a few times and been completely stressed and worried for my Summer, and all of the staff have showed so much compassion and empathy.. The ability to show another person that they care is so rare today. It's a great feeling to go somewhere that shows they will take care of your furbaby as best as possible.. I can't say thankyou enough.. I hope my Summer is well behaved, thank you again..

I have been taking my beloved fur babies to Hanly vets for over 12 years. I drive 40minutes to go to Hanly vets because I trust them so much. I only trust them because of the decades of years as vets they have under their belts. They truly whole heartedly care for your fur baby and are so amazing at what they do. Some vets want your credit card before they even glance at your pet. Hanly vet are master vets , very well priced and have so much kindness and empathy it warms my heart. I 100% recommend them to anyone.

Our beloved Rex saw the staff at Hanley Vet throughout his life with having 5 knee surgeries and unfortunately passing at the age of 4 and a half. The staff at Hanley vet were absolutely AMAZING throughout our journey. They loved and took care of him like he was their own whenever he was in their care. We would recommend Hanley vet to anyone!

New owners and a complete rip off!! Please do not sign there concent form stating there pricing of anywhere between $600 and $2400 as they will not contact you as we discovered and were left with a bill of $1700 for a small tooth removal.. Completely rude about questioning there extreme pricing and pretty much told us to stick it and pay to get the animal back! Highly do not recommend anymore.

We have been taking our 7yo frenchie Morris to Hanly from day one and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Always amazing service, support and advice, couldn't be happier.

I have been taking both of my dogs to Hanly Vet Clinic for more than 6 years. In my experience, it's the most affordable compare to other vet clinics I've been to. I took our sick 12-year-old bird, Charlie, to Hanly Vets. It was our first visit and they could not have been more thorough and compassionate. Sadly Charlie did not survive, but their care and kindness made her last days more bearable. I was very grateful and would happily recommend Hanly Vets for any animal, big or small.

They do love their animals and its apparently the cheapest around, but the place needs a renovation/update. We noticed everything is on physical files? would you not need to update the system to keep up? all costs money I know but this place is so very busy and it may cut down on the wait times if it was more efficient etc. They try their hardest but can't help but thing they are let down by the old facilities etc.

Hanly are go to Vet for all our different type of pets. Very experienced and down to earth Vets with no BS. Nurses are all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great place! Highly recommended.

The most kind hearted, understanding and generous man!! Amazing staff, everyone is so beautiful....So very professional at the same time, but helped me in a way with my baby that I wouldn't and didn't expect any such kindness. Words cannot describe how well the staff care about pets in their care, I feel confident knowing when I leave my animal there they will always be looked after and treated with love and kindness. In regards to the staff themselves I cant speak any more highly of them especially the girls they have gone above and beyond to help me and my family in this tough time and the help they have given us has been unfathomable. We have been taking our pets there for many years but the recent enormity of kindness and respect has not gone unnoticed and we will be bringing our pets there for many years to come even if its not close to home and there are many other vets that are closer none come close in many aspects to Hanly Vets. I really do believe the team at Hanly Vets are one of the best teams around and you would be mad not to take your animal there if they needed the very best care. My dog is registered with this clinic and he even had a Cruciate Ligament Surgery. They are very busy but polite staff, helpful and I always feel confident to go there. My dog is not very friendly and they always know how to deal with him and always calm and professional. I am really happy with the services provided.
