They will take friend skip que and make you wait for more than hour. We got there 20mins before appointment as per their request. But one of Eric lady friend came in late and she was treated first. Reception argument was the ladys appointment early than us(don't know if it is true)， But she just running late for her appointment. If she is running late then she should wait not us

Come in for a normal check-up and clean. I am so confused as to why the clean takes less than 5 mins. Max 10mins total including the gargling and everything else. Not coming back again. When I suggested some symptoms I have faced, the dentist keeps disregarding it as, "I don't see anything wrong, if you think something is wrong come back." Why should I come back again rather than you check it right there and then? Just makes me feel they are in it for the money. Not caring for the customers.

5 stars for customer service! Quick, no needles, as not necessary which means I didn’t have to walk out with the dreaded numb face afterwards! Further price reduction. Free sensitive toothpaste.. Very happy! Great doctor, great receptionist! Will be back for my next appointment in 6 months!! Credit where credit is due 😇

Dentist did a good job, but the 1 star was for the rough handling I got from the nurse from Thailand. Very rough & rude woman. No patience. Scraping my teeth & prodding the hose too deeply. I guess dental nursing is not her regular line of work

First time been there per friend’s recommendation for my little one’s initial dental checkup. Definitely a five star to their great customer service. The staff are very kind and helping, the advice from the dentist is sincere and easy to follow. The dentist also gave my LO a whole pack of cartoon stickers to keep her delighted after the appointment. Easily to form good rapport between practitioners and customers.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Sam (and Dr Eric) for more than two decades now. They are the best dentists - very caring, professional and always provide great customer service! Dr Sam does a very thorough clean of my teeth and I will get compliments from my friends about how smooth and white my teeth look! Thanks Vic Park Dental Surgery :)

Few weeks ago my wife and me went to this surgery to have our dental checkup. The service is exceptional. After the treatment by Dr Sam, we are feeling much better.
