I called up about a rabbit that had been in the store for a few months. I said I would be in within 2 hours to purchase him. I was told on the phone that it was fine because nobody would be coming in for him anyway. When I got there and asked for the rabbit they tell me that he was sold an hour ago, after I called and after I was assured he would be there when I got there. I drove well out of my way to collect him. I'm glad he found a home but extremely disappointed with the service from the staff regarding the situation.

This shop has a great variety of all sorts of animals from fish, snakes and many more. Plenty of staff and very clean and well organised BUT We bought a replacement guniepig for the family. We found a 8 week old at Pet City Cockburn. Because he was so young and new to the shop the staff informed us we could pay for him and they would call us when he is ready. They did not phone. I called them and the staff lied saying they had called. Another few days before we can pick him up. But they will call. Again NO phone call even though I confirmed the number. This happened 3 times. Not happy with the way the staff did not keep to their word.

Amazing place, huge selection and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I look forward to going there, as everyone is treated like family. Seeing Sasha is always a bonus too ! 😀

I would highly recommend coming to Pet City cockburn. I bought two little fur babies and they were (still are) in great health. Animals are clean and we'll looked after. They have a great variety of animals, toys, cages, cleaning products, tools, training instruments and much more! They have so much stock in all sorts of size, shapes and colours so if your someone like me who likes to colour coordinate things, this is the place for you! Thank you to the great staff and friendly atmosphere for making me one happy customer.

Out of the way but anybody with a reef tank should visit. Great selection of Corals and tank up keeping products from The Aquarium Guy. Loved it.

It's a family run so you need to checm before you come. But have fresh corals and fish stock with better quality than pet shop I think. Also have fresh brine shrimp for your seahorses.

Easy going place to shop. They explained about not always being open and to check face book page prior to coming. To me this is not an issue when you see the quality of stock they are selling. Was worth the hour and a half drive to visit.

I've been purchasing from here for years, the staff are great, so friendly and full of helpful advice. Definitely recommend. I no longer live in this area but I now drive out of my way to return to this store

Staff are always friendly and happy to assist in any way from giving friendly advice to lending a hand where the owner is getting more of a wash then the dog in the FREE dog wash facilities they have.

Good place to buy pet related stuff near success. I went to buy some fish for my new tank and actually on of the ladies there help me a lot with finding the right type of fishes and what to do and what not to do. She even explained what’s happening in the water system when we add these chemicals and how it effects fishes and plants and stuff.

Been going here for year's but the new manager seems abit uneducated not to mention rude, you dont turn your back on a customer that is trying to explain something to you She tried to charge me $30 for a shipping fee after i price matched some dog biscuits online How can you charge customers shipping fee's for items you have in the store? That's just ridiculous Go to Pet Barn and you won't have this problem

I rushed into Pet City Jandakot a week or so ago, baby on hip, trying to grab 4 meat rolls for the pooch (and failing by dropping them on the floor). A gorgeous staff member named Jeremy helped pick them up, carry to the register for me, and even brought them out to my car. I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Jeremy, you were so kind and really helped a frazzled mum out. Pet City are lucky to have such a fabulous staff member on board!

Excellent customer service by Amy. She kept us informed through the process about the delays in the fish tank stand arrival. Was always pleasant and apologetic for the delay. Once the products arrived she was extremely helpful in guiding us with setup and shared her knowledge about fish and gave us information leaflet to help us with our selection. Good job Amy keep it up

Random place in the middle of nowhere where you can pick up some great bargains on fish and coral.

Coral and fish barn have a large variety of corals and fish. I would say they have alot of the lower end stock but not to much high end corals and fish. But still worth the drive to go check it out.

Free dog wash, they even have doggies shampoo and conditioner! A paradise for your pets!

A very nice but small pet store, the staff are very happy and helpful, if you want some scorpions or tarantulas this is the place to go.

Staff are super friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The only concern I had was for the Cockatiels and love birds. When I was there I noticed one the Cockatiels being a bit nasty towards the other Cockatiels and one of the love birds has started feather plucking on the chest. Other then that really good 🙂
