Very unwelcoming staff. Mean girl vibes as soon as I set foot in the store. couldn’t get two words out of them hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt as it’s Christmas time and busy but there was only one other person in the store and could hear them laughing amongst themselves as I left the store.

A friendly staff team who greeted us as we walked in, very helpful and went out of their way to find what I was after. Offered a suggestion when I asked for help in making a decision.

Extremely helpful. I needed something to stop charms collecting at one end, and spacer were the answer. They appreciated financial issues and were in no way pushing something on me that was a little dear. Recommend highly

Have had excellent customer service at other Pandora Stores and this store was no exception with excellent customer service and as I was buying just one item they did make suggestions and were extremely helpful when I was asking on price etc. Highly recommend people go and see the lovely ladies at Pandora Armadale......

The staff are so helpful and go out if their way for you. I love my Pandora charms and especially the rings. Unlike jewellery stores, Pandora rings come in a range of sizes so there is no need to resize the ring which can be very expensive.

Always friendly service and staff always go out their way to make sure you have a great experience..
