Appaling service. Negotiated a price with the webshop on a Saturday, made my way to the store Monday to purchase and collect, only to find the price had been hiked an additional $130! When asked if theyd honour the agreed price, they flatly refused. Could hear laughing / yelling shenanigans in the background whilst on the phone, so clearly service and professionalism is lacking. Worst Cashies in WA. AVOID.

This place has been here for years. Went in the other day to buy an item that I saw advertised on gumtree and the staff could not have been friendlier. Very helpful and willing to take the time to show you how it worked and explain anything that needed to be said. Great job guys!

Good friendly staff and good service but when they say the test all there products before reselling it to people they don't as I got a xbox one from them and it can with a controller and the controller didn't work properly at all

Clean store with a lot of gear at very good prices. The guys there behind the counter were very helpful and nice to work with, I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and they made time to answer all of my questions. Don't forget to ask for a better price when purchasing as everything is negotiable. Check out their website as they have all their products on there as well as other stores and postage is available

The guys in the buying section is good. I like shopping there....however the the buying section is pathetic. You have to wait ages. It takes them half hour to fix up one purchase. Then alot of the time there's no-one there. I'm not sure about their savvy too. They wouldn't buy a popular lens I once wanted to sell. Then I sold it on facebook, it sold in half hour. I've turned around twice...gave up waiting upstairs...somethings gotta be done as I lost interest selling there. I had enough

Never visited the store but bought a laptop from them in the Webshop and got is shipped to QLD. Laptop works fine as advertised and was very well wrapped for postage.

I go into cash converters on a regular basis but i do wonder where they get some of the prices from. YuGiOh PS2 $59?? i was under the impression that pawnbrokers were supposed to sell things cheaper and not as collectors. Switch games almost retail prices? but 360 games are $6 each? I am willing to have it explained to me?
