I had a good experience when I went. Been a long time since I had Subway since all their allegations of 'yoga mat bread' and 'chicken and tuna samples tested weren't actually chicken and tuna' and other bad ingredient rumors - but I gave them a try. There aren't many places to get a sub sandwich in Williston. Staff was nice and friendly. Went as fast as they could and were polite. Food was pretty good. My only complaint is the price. It was 22 dollars for two foot long sandwiches. I remember the 5 dollar foot long days not too long ago. I get that we are in a recession (thanks Brandon) but these giant, mega corporations can afford to not jack up their prices. All in all, I would probably go again. It was way better than that joke of a place Smiling Moose Deli. Their sandwiches are terrible. Not as good as Jimmy Johns. Decent.

Asked for everything that goes on a specific sub and they ended up putting every type of veggie they had in store on the sub…

We showed up at 8:30pm and online said they close at 9:00pm. We walked in and one male employee was mopping the floor right where you order. We waited by the door for 3 minutes until he saw us or even heard us. But he didn’t because he had his hat almost fully over his eyes and head phones in. He ran into me while I was completing up against the door. I said “umm excuse me!” And my husband told him “ you need to pay attention.” And the female employee that was behind the counter said “ he’s trying to clean, damn!” After that encounter with him running into me there was no apology from him nor the rest of the staff. Very unfriendly every time we try and go to this subway location.

This Subway is fine I guess but for the love of baby goats DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU. We have been sitting here for 30 minutes. I wish I were exaggerating. I feel a moral obligation to warn people not to use the drive thru. Go in. While we sat in our vehicle we watched at least a dozen customers walk in and walk out with sandwiches in front of us. Meanwhile we could see through the window twenty sandwiches being made in front of us. Like we were starving street urchins in a Charles Dickens novel with our faces pressed against a bakery window. 30 minutes sheesh

Worst customer service ever the red head kid working making sandwiches had the worst attitude and mouth ever my husband went to the bathroom so I was waiting to see if he still wanted to eat there cause they were out of every kind of bread except wheat so a lady as me if I need help and he pops off probably not as I'm about to answer the lady he was rude and disrespectful the whole time there was a lady making my sandwich I always have gotten ham bologna and salami and subway I have ever been too he looked at me and told me I can't have that sandwhich never once hsve I been told no any little thing he would comment on something rude than he walks away to another lady and starts talking about me and my husband saying rude things like we werent there rude and unprofessional will never go to the subway by mega latte again but anyone wondering the one in Walmart are professional nice and will always make your sand which how you want it with a smile

really uncomfortable with my two recent visits. The first time I ordered one of the sandwiches from the menu was made very wrong. They only made it with the stuff I asked to add as an extra apart from the one I told them I wanted to order. Well it happened again, I called to let them know my order was made incorrect and asked nicely if they could remake it since that was my dinner for the day…got home, I only had a few bites and I got very very sick with food poisoning…beware getting food from here!! Pic of the sandwich they made me wait an entire 25 minutes in drive through for, just to drive home another 10 mins then notice and still drive back just to get food poisoning 🙃

Firstly, this subway closes earlier than posted almost every night. Secondly, they were out of several things “for the night” two plus hours before closing and this includes little things like cucumbers and other things that are easily replenished. (I understand things like bread or certain meat isn’t an easy fix). Third, they seemed very inconvenienced by us and rushed us through ordering our food to the point I was actually stressed just ordering a sandwich. I don’t review things unless I’ve had 2 or more negative experiences because things happen, but, this was terrible enough I felt compelled to share. Do yourself a favor and go to the other one.

Stoned workers ignore the disabled. I get you dont notice much when your as high as the tall red head kid. Lol, worst subway in the city. Go to the one in Walmart.
