took my daughter in for a trim today. Her hair was down to her waist and she needed a trim...Her hair is totally butchered, what should of been a straight across cut, now is very uneven and looks like it was cut with an ax by a blind woman. I have one upset daughter!!! do not recommend this place at all.

We absolutely love kim and her helpers, my little boys are 1 and 3 and they are so patient with them!

Discriminated against my daughter whom has Down Syndrome. Stating she looks "sick". If I could leave zero stars, I would. My daughter has seasonal allergies. It just goes along with her diagnosis and the fact that her anatomy is different from others. The manager and another hairstylist both refused to cut my sons hair because they chose to self diagnose my daughter with a so called illness (clearly they aren't doctors!). Needless to say, they weren't kind, courteous or considerate. I will be spreading the word to other special needs parents in the area. This was a disgusting experience.

This place was awful. Sent my daughter in to get her hair detangled, they did a good job on her hair. The reason the review has 2 stars is because the women doing her hair were extremely rude the one that was directly doing her hair said that if it was her daughter that she would cut it. They continued being rude and disrespectful. When they were done my daughter was in tears, not because of pain because of being made fun of for a half our straight. Will not come again.

Came in with my two sons to get haircuts at 3:30. There were two people ahead of us and was told they could only do a haircut for one of us because " we have been busy today". It doesn't matter that they were still open for another hour and a half, just that they had been busy. What a great business model 👏 👏. Won't ever be back

I took my daughter in to get her haircut..when the lady was done with her haircut..she said I'll show you how you can style it...then charged another $10! Maybe you should ask people if they want it styled for another $10..I was thinking the lady was just being nice but that wasn't the case! She or the Salon just wanted more money!

I'd had two great experiences here with one stylist, but she has left. I went back for a cut with another person. I do not require a wash, blow dry, or style, only a trim. The trim took 10-15 minutes, and the new lady did not evaluate any face framing layers, only the back. I was charged $45 for a 15 minute trim with zero discussion about the direction to take my hairstyle in the future. I paid and did not grumble about it with the staff, and I did tip on top of that, but I certainly will not be back. Massively overpriced services. At a price like that, I would expect to see a high level of care about the client's appearance, and I did not receive that. When I left after paying upwards of $50 between service charge and tip, my face framing layers were ragged and uneven because they received no attention.

Went in and ask for a simple trim on my long hair. Came out with substantially shorter hair and half my hair with jagged layers. Stylist pulled hard on my hair with washing, styling, and drying. I wouldn’t recommend.
