My experience living/moving here has nothing but excellent. The apparetment was clean and in very excellent condition. The leasing agent Laurel made everything super easy and is extremely helpful and made moving in here one of the easiest and least stressful moves I have ever done. 10/10 would recommend living here to anyone I meet.

Melissa and Laurel were AMAZING. They really catered to my needs, allowing me to look at the apartment several times prior to move in. Laurel was always right there when I had questions and answered all of them in a quick manner.

Such a great place to live! Clean, affordable, and has an excellent staff! On the plus side, the apartments are super well-kept! They look almost new when you move in! I want to shout out laurel, one of the "landlords" in the front office! She is lovely to work with and has outstanding communication. She goes above and beyond to make you feel seen and heard, and comfortable about any questions or concerns that may arise! For my first time renting, it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home. I also think laurel should get a raise or something for how much she brought to this property from the previous staff. She made this place 10x better than before.

Lived at University Commons for five years. Beautiful very clean apartments. Amazing staff Laurel and Melissa are wonderful people and really went out of their way for my family and I. Maintenance was top notch. John and his helper handled issues quickly and always were very respectful and professional.

Definitely good place to live! It's got dog park, parking lot, gym, garage, community garbage can etc, rooms are well designed and has kitchen island. Has good view too!

I have lived here for 7 months now and must say, University Commons has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The security keypads at each lobby door provide a nice measure of safety. The housekeeping staff is friendly, hardworking and keeps the common areas clean and smelling fresh. The leasing manager is professional, friendly and cares about his residents. There is ample guest parking, large garages that come with every unit and a nice little dog park. The units themselves are light, airy and very well appointed from modern wall colors to quality flooring, upgraded fixtures and 9ft ceilings. This apartment community is safe, convenient to the college and downtown area and one of the better-built complexes in town. Definitely a great place to live.

I’ve lived in four different apartment complexes in Williston, and University Commons is by far my favorite. I’ve lived in two different floor plans here, a one bedroom, and a three bedroom. Both are great and exceeded my needs and expectations. I recommend this property to any of my coworker that ask for a great place to live in Williston. Oh and the rates are very fair!!!

My studio apartment is an unexpected gem. I love everything about it! It's extremely spacious, clean, and has all the conveniences of my home in TN.
