    We rarely go to McDonald’s anymore, almost completely automated why even hire so many employees? When we do go we do curbside because employees are completely rude and will look right at you and walk away without asking if you need anything. Always getting orders wrong or leaving things out. Coffee is scolding hot, no reason for that.

    Im visiting my son for the holiday, and i ordered an item I had just bought yesterday and got told they could not make it because they were not allowed. This is crazy. All I get is a large frap served in an extra large cup because I like the whip cream to not touch the lid. I have been ordering this for quite a while and suddenly... they "can not make it." I even purchase this in Michigan where i live! don't appreciate being lied to by a drive-through attendant. She didn't listen that I wanted ALL my items to come as one order and made me pay with 2 separate cards. Customer service was NOT being served by this place and made for a negative experience.

    I am a doordash driver. But I will decline an order from this McDonald's every single time... They were busy. Very busy. But that does NOT give the management the right to tell her employee to "shutup and go away" when he is trying to find out what has happened to my order. It was quite apparent that something had gone wrong with my order when 4 other dashers who had arrived after me and got their order before me. My number was still not on the board. I tried twice to bring it to the manager attention and she was extremely rude both times. I wasn't trying to insist that I get my order before anyone else. I just wanted to have the problem addressed and hopefully rectified. After 30 minutes I canceled the order and left. I won't be back.

    This place is the absolute worst with service and food. I ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers 2 mc chickens, and a medium fry. I got 2 single cheeseburgers 1 Mc chicken and 2 medium fries. How's does that work? I didn't even get anything I ordered🤣🤣 surly disappointing when you get done after a hard day in the fields and just want something quick and easy and they screw it up somehow.

    I barely go to McDonald's anymore, and this has reaffirmed why I don't. I'm done with them altogether. They're shorting people on fries ridiculously. This is a medium amount of fries in the large container. Tired of businesses charging more and giving less. The convenience of eating out isn't worth it anymore.

    This was by far the most bizarre and hilarious experience I've had at a McDonald's. Went through drive-thru and lady (possible manager) refused to ask what we wanted and took our order for us. She filled in the sides, drinks, and dips, for us, and when I tried to correct her she ignored us and asked if we were done yet. when I got to the window and attempted to correct my order again she pretended she couldn't hear me and even slammed the window shut. At least I got an interesting memory out of it.

    IF YOU HAVE TO STOP HERE, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. First off, I rarely visit any McDonalds anymore, as they can not seem to understand my "no onions" request. Got into town around 11 pm and didn't see anything else open, so we stopped. Finally, we get our food and make it to the hotel. Go to make sure they didn't add onions (they had not, for once) and find my double quarter pounder has only 1 and a half meats. I don't know if the food prep person was just too lazy to find a whole patty or decided they were hungry. Suffice it to say, the burger is in the trash and I will be contacting customer service for a refund. DEFINITELY WILL NOT be returning to this location.

    Food was all horrible. 4 out of 4 meals cold and disgusting. Big mac meal yuck. Cheesburger happy meal yuck. 6 piece chicken all cold. French fries cold and soggy.

    Food app still takes forever even if you order early... And I don't know if they can see your fry is free but my free medium def had less fries than I've gotten in the small size fries before.

    Have not had a bad meal here. Had meals where it was dine-in and had no issues and service was quick and welcoming, and also curbside. Curbside delivery person is very friendly and seems genuine. Usually not a McDonald's fan, but this one has changed that.

    Went there at lunch time. The screen I used was dysfunctional. Then when I walked up to the counter for help, the only person running the counter was getting trained. That’s clearly the wrong time to be showing someone how to run the counter.

    Worst McDonald's in the country! I drive across country for work and my god my home town McDonald's is an absolute joke of an establishment. Literally have never gotten a correct order. Management is to busy smoking meth and quilting to care about her job. (Can comfirm👍 ) They really need to clean house of most of the am employees. The slow 3rd graders would probably have this place running more efficiently. Send help.

    Great service, a bit of waiting line but to be fair it was close to closing time and everyone wanted McDonald's lol, anyways, the lines moved at a nice pace, enjoyed my food and nothing was wrong 😄

    It does get extremely busy here. However they push out the food best they can. I order via Kiosk now and enjoy the atmosphere talking to other customers while we wait a few minutes for our orders. Non the less always good food especially during lunch rushes.

    If these people can’t work fast food, they will never be good enough for anything better. Lazy ssa Had the nerve to make me move up at drive thru and wait for two drinks. An unreasonable amount of time too! When I came in for them, they acted like I was an inconvenience lol.

    If I could give this fast food restaurant negative stars I would. None of the kids this morning were doing their job but instead running around making everyone wait while they goof off. Then waiting an additional 20 minutes ontop of the 30 minutes already spent waiting in line, for 2 drinks. There needs to be better management over the staff and definitely not the ones running it now. I go around to every McDonald’s through out all the states I’ve been through and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any franchise. And to top it all off, I had hair in my food and will be reporting to the health inspectors because that’s absolutely not okay

    I ordered a mcchicken any they covered the top in pickles. I am a former McDonald's employee. Pickles do not belong on a mcchicken besides covering the top. If it said add pickles it would be 2 pickles. I had 8 to 10 on my sandwich. I cannot eat pickles. Because of the salt content. I called the manager on shift said sorry. That's it. No offer to make a new one, to talk to her cooks nothing. Poor customer service!

    I will say, this is one of the better McDonalds I've been to. They're pretty quick, and the food is as good as McDonalds food can be. The fries are 50/50, sometimes they're fresh and delicious, and sometimes they taste like they were made 10 hours ago and sat in the warmer the whole time, and unsalted.

    They work very hard to please, and the food is pretty good. You may want to order on the app or use the drive-thru during busy times, because if you order at the counter, your order will be stuck behind a bunch of door dash orders. Mine took 25 minutes and that was with this nice cashier trying to rush it for me.

    I'm always happy with my food from this McDonald's. I do not like their drive thru spacing and the order speaker blocks the menu but I still eat here way too much

    It’s really sad that you always get ripped off at this McDonald’s and never get what you ordered! Like tonight I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon and when I got home, they charged me for that but gave me a kid’s cheeseburger, no bacon. I also ordered 10 chicken nuggets and paid for extra sauces but did not receive them! I mean, how hard is it to put the right food in a bag?

    Been here 4 times, order has been messed up 3 of those times. 75% chance your order will be messed up. Not good odds. Won't be going back. Add this to the list of terrible places in Williston.

    Just went through the drive through, didn't get a straw, no big deal just asked the clerk if I could get a straw, the clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful...over a straw, her job for goodness sake. Young folks have no work ethic or manners, sad.

    Waaaaaaaaaaaay too much sauce aka mayo/ketchup/big Mac sauce on their burgers... Like f-ing saturated and dripping off it in globs. And this has been multiple time in the last month or two. Disgusting! At least the hi-c, nuggets, and ice cream are good...

    Food is what you'd expect so no issue on that, but this is the 3rd time I went to the drive thru and always missing about half my orders. I always forget to look until I've reached my destination. This morning I bought a total of 6 items for just under $20 and only received 3 items in the bag. No sense in driving back as I live 20 minutes away, just sucks that I work hard for my money and it gets wasted because I don't get everything I paid for.

    We waited 15 minutes in drive thru thinking our food was going to be good. I ordered quarter pounder meal no cheese. Another 1 as well. And a cheeseburger n small fry. My order was messed up. Cold fries. Cheese on my 1/4 pounder. Took the food back. Fries were still nasty. And all the manager did was put our food in another bag and gave it back to me. Total time spent was 30 minutes. Food sucked. Disrespected. Called the store manager when I got home. Never eat there again

    The food was good, but it took forever to get, and I was on my brief lunch break. I think they had a system error of some kind right after I placed my curbside order because I waited like 20+ minutes for two bacon McDoubles and ended up going inside to get them, and others were waiting much longer. When I got inside I found they had switched to cash only, which was causing some frustration. I must note that this has happened on more than one occasion; I come here fairly frequently and system errors like this have happened several different times. I must also add that, while my food was good on this visit, my wife has gotten undercooked food on a few occasions as well, from undercooked crispy chicken to even an undercooked quarter pounder burger a couple weeks ago. So food quality can be pretty hit or miss at this location. It's usually best during peak hours, and often doesn't feel or taste as fresh during non-peak hours, especially the fries. I recommend using the app to save yourself a lot of money, and so you can just wait in the curbside spots rather than waiting in line in drive-thru.
