Terrible service, the wait time was almost 2 hours just for a pizza and some boneless wings. The employees started arguing instead of doing their job. Horrible food and service.

My pizza literally came 45 minutes after it said it was out for delivery. On top of that the way the pizza was cut it looked like a blind person cut it. AND IT WAS COLD! I called and asked for a manager and the lady manager literally told me the pizza is fine and “I’m sorry you aren’t satisfied with oth the way we cut the pizza it happens all the time all I can do it direct you to a different pizza establishment.” She also told me that I was lying about the pizza being cold and that she’s taking the word of her driver who didn’t even offer me my change back after I paid at the door he just walked off. I asked her if she felt comfortable sending something like this out of her restaurant because as a fellow manager right across the road at QDOBA I would NEVER send something out that low of quality, late, and cut the way it was. She simply said “I absolutely would send it out just like that again” and asked me if I needed anything else I told her no and have a nice day. I definitely WILL NOT be ordering from there again.

Awful company and management. Ordered pizza for my 2 year old and I for dinner. They forgot his milk and the delivery driver initially said it wasn't on the slip, when I said I know I ordered it she told me they could possibly refund it. I opened the pizza and it was smashed on one side of the box and not really pizza. I called to see what they could do, talked to a manager who said she would personally deliver it in less than 30 minutes. Called back an hour later and was told they got busy and it would be another hour before they got to mine. So in total 3 hours to actually get what I ordered. Awful, unhelpful people. Update - They finally delivered my pizza. At 9:30 at night over 3 and a half hours after I ordered it and asked them to just refund everything. They did not get the order right and brought the wrong pizza but it at least looked like a pizza this time.

the date 10/05/24. this day was so packed the pizza oven was completely full i waited longer then normal they were completely packed and OVER STIMULATED and still found the patience to treat customers nicely i am a very understanding person if it were me i would have lost my job. PROPS TO ALL THE FAST FOOD WORKERS OUT THERE! AMAZING JOB THANK YOU! (also my food was microwaved bc i came home late but it was still delicious.

It was the WORST. There was little no sauce, topping were messed up, wings were cold and had too little sauce/seasoning. Tried to contact store about issues and got treated like crap. Won’t be going back. Waste of $50

Don't bother to order your pizza with extra meat, you might get the amount that was originally supposed to be on the pizza. Definitely not extra!

The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and the food is delectable. 🍕 The service is remarkably quick, and the ambiance is delightful. My family thoroughly enjoys dining at this establishment. In my four decades of life, this is undoubtedly the finest Pizza Hut I have had the pleasure of visiting. #PizzaHut #DeliciousFood #GreatService

As far as the experience. Imagine sitting and waiting patiently watching the 2 guys making the pizza both not wearing gloves, with 2 boxes of gloves unopened right next to them. The bigger guy with his hat backwards. walks to the back. I see him through their mini open fridge behind the pizza station for the dough. Walks back to the front. No hand-washing, scratching his forearms, and starts making everyone's pizzas gloveless again. U sat there for a good 15 mins watching. Positive note the girl that took my money did take her glove off when taking my money, while she was bagging up doe at the front counter. Props I've seen people take the money with the same gloves on and go back to making food. Thank you I honestly hate complaining. However, when you spend your hard-earned money for food at a restaurant, you would expect clean food when you're eating it. Am I wrong?
