Really pissed off, I ordered the 6 piece box for $17.95 this afternoon. I pick up take home and open to see yes 6 peices of original chicken, but it is all legs. Over $17bucks for legs. Not happy

The drive-thru was packed, but the restaurant was empty, so we dined in. The staff was super friendly and the food was delivered quickly. As far as the taste goes, it was mediocre.

I don't know what happened ,but they have gone down hill. Thought I'd give it another chance, been a year , sorry I did.same problem as last time,wings is all I eat.. Wings are so small, Cornish game hens have bigger wings. But most of all the bones were busted up .yes all of them . Then there's the service.the waitress acted as if we were bothering her by being there,rude,and discourteous. And the chicken dripping with grease. The colonal would be so disappointed. Never again.im done.this was at the bismarck n.d store.

Never had a bad experience at KFC until today. Ordered an 8 piece with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The condition of the chicken itself is enough to only give it 2 stars. Crush was soggy and falling off the chicken. I pulled it out and discovered the whole bottom of the bucket was full of grease and water. Apparently they got in a rush and just threw it from the fryer straight in the bucket and moisture got it. Also it would be nice to get some silverware since I've asked on 3 different occasions and it hasn't happened yet.

They don't really seemed concerned about customers in there haha. Watched a customers walk out because they just flat out ignored everyone. Then the lady, when she did finally come to the counter, was super annoyed/bitchy that she actually had to do anything. Colonel would not have been a happy....colonel. Place is horrible

Ordered on the kiosk and watched as drive through orders went out left and right. Finally got to my order and the told me that they were out of biscuits and fries. Fries they would substitute, but the biscuits I was SOL with no refund offered. Then, when I get home, they shorted me half my food. Absolutely will not be back.

Food is great. The lobby is clean whenever I go and eat inside. But when you order food from drive thru you gotta look at your order because they fail to to add everything in it. It's always something. 5/17 they didn't add my 2 orders of mashed potatoes/gravy for the family meal and and my side of fries for my combo. When I noticed I was missing these items it was to late. I was already in watford. I know stuff like this happens but it's been a few times. So just make sure you look at your food before leaving.

This kfc does not taste ANYTHING like the original kfc recipe. Tastes like someone mixed everything in and hoped it came out okay. The biggest disappointment
