DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, FRONT DESK LADY WILL TRY TO PRESSURE YOU INTO BOOKING MORE DAYS THAN YOU WANT AND LATER CATCH A NASTY ATTITUDE. Very horrible front desk lady. She was very racist and was very disrespectful and tried to threaten me by saying she’d call the cops and have me trespassed simply because I asked for a room change. When I asked for information with someone higher up than her she refused. I booked for a week ONLY after the front desk lady PRESSURED me into booking for a whole week when I repeatedly asked for a one night only. I kept telling her I was not staying for a whole week. And still she said it’d be better. Now on my very first night there when I went into my room it was not fully cleaned. The trash was still in the trash can. And the room’s mini fridge was not working at all. On day 2 I went to the front desk and she was the same lady. I noticed the owners or who I believe were the owners were discussing with her about the hotel. I am sure those people must have gotten after her because right after they left and she started “checking me” she became rude. She even ignored me and went into her office and shut her door in my face. Even when I said I’d stay the whole week because what else can I do? Even though I needed to be back home the next morning, I still then asked for a room change she was still very rude and said she as a front desk lady HATED HER JOB. She said she was FRUSTRATED WITH WORKING 17 hrs a day but that now she could help me with a room change but not a refund and she went from yelling and saying nasty remarks to being all nice and polite. After that I simply a told her that she shouldn’t have had an ugly nasty attitude TOWARDS ME simply because SHE feels frustrated at HER JOB. not my issue also the whole time she was supposed to be helping me she was attending 3 other clients while attending me. I’ve never had that type of encounter with a front desk employee. I will leave this review on yelp too. stay here for valentine’s day. when i came in trying to check in i came on time but waited 30 plus minutes until someone showed up. i ringed the bell hundreds of times and even started shouting ‘hello’. waited so long i set a timer. then the tv didn’t work. didn’t bother getting it fixed. and when i looked under the bed, just because i dropped something, there was trash that’s clearly been swept under there. coca cola bottles, gum, wrappers under the bed. we only stayed there at night. some of the coffee creamer was expired and breakfast was just like muffins and granola bars. deserves less stars

The first night there, I was attacked by bed bugs. They switched my rooms and offered to wash all my clothes. They washed them but didn't fold them because I was told it wasn't fair to the staff. The wifi didn't work the entire stay. I was told they knew it was a problem that they were working on it. I stayed there for 14 days. When they reprogrammed my keys for the second week, one didn't work. There is no staff at night. I went to the store and was locked out of my room. Also, there's no number to contact anyone after hours.
