My very good friend JJ is one of the managers here, and they always provide great food at a good price by today's standards. Friendly atmosphere clean restaurant.

The food is absolutely delicious and the management is very much on their game here. God bless this business location!

Thankful that Willmar has a Qdoba. We stopped in recently on a road trip for a quick lunch. The place was extremely busy with quite a line. Service was friendly and the food was good. We like their burritos and bowls and the fact that you don't have to pay extra for toppings like sour cream or guacamole.

Great food as always only issue was the soda machine was out of alot of choices

This is my favorite food establishment in Willmar, I can be confident in a great meal each visit. Staff are efficient and friendly, the ingredients taste fresh. I love that salad shells are pretty much always available!

My first time here and Austin walked me through the order process. Food and service are outstanding.

Every time we order pickup on the app it's always ready on time and Hot. Also they are always friendly in there.

I really appreciate QDOBA in Willmar. The restaurant is always clean, service is fast but still friendly, and the food tastes great!

This might be a oneoff, but nothing went right at this location. Micro-portions, less than cordial service, and an overall bland flavor. Disappointing.

I visited on Saturday the 4th around 8:00 and I gotta say by far the best experience I’ve had while picking up a burrito😂… also my first time at Qdoba! The staff that was on that night are fr some of the most awesome individuals I’ve ran into! Thank y’all for being so helpful with everything! And the dude in the multi colored hat goes down as the absolute most pimpest jabroni of all time, if your that guys boss give the man a raise !

Food is great and service has always been friendly and quick.

I was there at 4PM yesterday. Maybe that's shift change, I don't know. There was in excess of 6 people "working". One was filling an order, one was waiting to check out the customer in front of me. A bearded clown in the kitchen was doing a lot of yelling, both to the people in front, and to others just milling around in the food prep area. When the yelling subsided I assumed his shift was over, but, that wasn't the case. He and two others were smoking while standing in the back doorway. Smoke was wafting throughout the restaurant. Everyone was wearing gloves, two were wearing masks properly. The food was good, it always is, but the lack of any sort of professionalism overshadowed the food. I am not confident any food prep rules and/or guidelines were followed. Maybe some of them weren't employees, but they were behind the counter. It was more like a hangout that a place of business. I will avoid this place in the future.

Always so friendly, and they get the food out fast. They make sure it's made right to your liking, and that is awesome!

The last few times I went to this Qdoba I got twice as much meat, fajitas, and beans. After receiving 1 piece of green pepper as my fajitas, I said that I needed more.

I come to this qdoba a lot the vibes are lit. I go around the night time, the night crew is always positive even when it’s busy. The food is always bomb af and everyone is really nice it’s always clean if u want positive environment to get good food this is the place!!

Wow wow wow!! We are new here, tonight was our second visit. Exceptional service both times! Young man tonight was top notch! Tolerated my building one for my son on the phone & helped us through it all! Such a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service is suffering. Well done crew, keep it up!

We were having an office meeting and wanted to order a couple family size orders to eat while at staff. No online ordering. What we needed could only be ordered online! We called to place the order over the phone. No exceptions, that can only be placed as an on line order. Based on other comments, this is an ongoing problem. Get it fixed!

All of the food looked old and nasty. Things need to be stirred way mor often. This place os the reason I don't like Adobe.

It’s hard to find good help. Very rude workers made it obvious how unhappy they were to be there. I won’t go there again. I will take my business to where it is appreciated.

It's Qdoba, usually pretty good in most locations. One of the workers was having an outright religious discussion with a patron. This is unprofessional, keep YOUR religious discussion during your own free time. When at work, employees represent the corporation.

Went there and it was busy which is understandable but they told us to wait 5 minutes for steak which is also just fine but we ended up waiting 30 minutes for steak and the cashier was very rude, we asked kindly how long the steak will take and she said she does not know the answer. I’m usually very understanding and understand a lot of places short staffed right now but to have terrible customer service and to be there for almost a hour in all between the line, waiting for the steak and eating just wasn’t satisfying… will not be returning

Would not recommend this QDOBA resturant. Not much rice in bowl, too many beans, the vegetables tasted like they had been stewing for a long time. The bowl contents were lukewarm and the steak was very tough. Half the servers were crabby and had an attitude. Definitely not worth visiting this location.

Our family prefers Qdoba over Chipotle because of taste and value. We love you can add meat and beans to the kid options and guacamole isn't extra! The restaursunt is always clean and the best employees... so friendly and helpful!
