we had a fabulous time. the staff was friendly, there was extra staff coming in on Sunday to help with turnover, and that itself shows that your employees care. From the overnight staff to the manager to the kitchen staff, they were all friendly. Not something you find a lot when you stay away from your home. Breakfast was tasty and there were many options to choose from. The slide was fun, even at my age. We felt safe and in good company. We will be back

We just popped in to see some family that was in town. We ordered out and enjoyed the pool!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Stayed at this hotel for just under 2 months (50ish nights) in a work trip. Hotel ownership should invest in new beds; everything about the beds are outdated and the mattress feels old. The pillows need replacement as well. Heard Choice Hotels is forcing Radisson properties to undergo remodels; hoping this hotel starts their’s soon for the sake of the town.

Whomever you have working tonight, September 11, 2023, she is very rude and inconsiderate I’ve been staying here for a couple months on road and I can say everyone is friendly except this lady! What’s worse is this is the FIRST TIME I’m seeing her!!! Please do something like very very very rude almost sueable rude.

Way too expensive for your average hotel. Room was clean, but nothing stood out exemplary for a 192/night room. Doubt that we will ever return....

Thanks to Kelly who checked us in, very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Dakota also helped going over bike trail maps and restaurants suggestions with our family who arrived a day earlier.

I really loved this place, definitely stands out than other hotels in the town. With high ceilings, bigger bathrooms, this gives premium feel. Loved my stay here.

Bed was hard as a rock! It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a thin piece of foam over it. Didn't get her nearly any sleep. Otherwise it was a nice room with tall ceilings and big windows and a big nice bathroom. Need to get new beds!

The pool chemicals smell is too strong where can't handle being in there that long an pool an hot tub ain't that warm either but yuh got the temp in there to hot

Was pretty nice hotel pump for the water slide was a little too loud seemed like ppor design was good experience till we woke up the next morning and noticed a pee stain of sorts on the foot side of the bed definitely grossed is out big time!

Did not get the room I rented, hotel substituted 2 queens for a king. No discount. Front desk guy simply did not care. No elevator, not ADA compatible.

Dakota the front desk guy was WONDERFUL! It was 2 fridays ago and we came for open swim. Before we came we called and he was so informative and thorough. Once we got there, it got a little bit busy and it seemed like it didn't even phase him. He was good with the kids, the other customers and was so accommodating to everyone. I've never met the kiddo before but he deserves to be recognized. The pool and price for open swim was awesome too. Our kiddos loved it!

Was able to speak with the hotel leadership team about a reservation that I was unable to make due to poor weather, I really appreciate their willingness to chat with me and come up with a solution that addressed all of our needs. Was a 1 star, now a 5! Thank you again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms have new and beautiful furnishings. Water park is great for kids and families. Bad if you can't stand noise or sensitive hearing. Walls and doors are so thin. I got moved twice. Can hear neighbors through door and walls. Was in room 116, 2/3 down hall from pool and could hear all the kids shouting and screaming every time the pool door was opened. Muffled when it was closed Moved to second floor. Far end (228) could hear everyone coming up the stairs. The back road traffic going to Target, and the loud clicking of the outside locking each time it would close.

Quick, helpful service and got the job done. Needed a quick place to stay and it was surprisingly comfortable!

This is a hotel where you can relax and enjoy yourself. Great location for dining and shopping. Rooms are excellent and the staff are friendly. This is my new hotel for my Willmar, MN trips.

Bed sheets where dirty and when asked for clean sheets was given a hard time. There was hair and bits of dirt in the sheets when we pulled the covers back. Other than that it seemed to be nice hotel just make sure you have clean sheets

Excellent Staff!! Very Clean rooms and facilities!! Very nice stay for my 3mo medical assignment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my stay and would do everything they could to help me feel at home. Would definitely recommend. Kinda felt like I was leaving friends when I finally checked out.

My wife and I enjoyed every detail of our stay at country inn and suites. Everything was immaculately clean, the pool and water slide was sooo fun, and the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From the front desk to house keeping, they were all so friendly and although they all wore masks you could tell by their eyes they all had a smile on their faces. Definitely our go to hotel when we go to Willmar next, or any place one is available.

Hotel staff was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast in the pool. If we were in the area again we would stay here again.

I was nervous about this stay as we were dealing with Xmas stress, a late check in, 3 rooms, 4 kids, 2 older kids, (8 of us all together). I was hoping there would be someone who knew what they were doing when we checked in. We were in luck. Tina was on duty. She did an excellent job taking care of our group, and I highly recommend this Hotel and will be staying there again.

Great staff, cheap hotels, just a bit old and not too many updates. Great for the price!

It's not huge, but not usually excessively busy. Dimly lit and the sun glaring in provides most of the light, which causes a more shadowed space by nightfall. The area is usually clean, however, the pool isn't always the cleanest. The waterslide isn't usually on when we are there, however, the kids have fun on it when it is available. Staff are usually very courteous and professional.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and good sized, pool area was fun with the waterslide being open as well. Complimentary breakfast was also really good, probably the best we've ever had at a hotel!
