Super friendly staff. Fast service. Clean restrooms. Fresh, fresh ingredients on our quarter pound burgers. Fresh fries obviously fried in fresh oil. Definitely recommend

Some staff is friendly, while other staff are rude. Some staff make their customers feel like it's their fault (the customer's fault) when there is an order error.

i used the app to order online because its “quicker” , i sat in the spot for 30+ minutes and had to call the store to tell them i had an order. then the woman who proceeded to finally bring it out to me had an attitude because i told her to wait so i could check to make sure the food was fresh. maybe pay attention more ? i mean you have like 10 employees working at a time at least so if 2+2 is 4 , im still not understanding why it took 30+ minutes to get two cheeseburgers and fries. 💀

Not sure why but ever since I moved here this McDonald's has gotten my orders wrong 100% of the time, there has not been one time where fries or an entire meal isnt missing from my bag but they're sure as heck on the receipt. I hear the same story from others around the city. Update: -1 star for it now being nearly 3 years since I moved here and this McDonald's still gets my order wrong 100% of the time. Literally not one single time have I ever gone through this drive through and received the correct order.. 3 years and not once. Literally a 100% failure rate I don't understand how they're still operating.

Stopped at McDonald's in Wilmar for a nice little breakfast this beautiful Saturday morning I was welcomed by a young man named Bryan at the counter. He was very pleasant and efficient. His manners were top notch. I asked him how long he had been working he told me about 3 months. Keep up the good work young man!!! there's a lot of young kids out there that are great workers..👍.

It's nice you can order and go right away and it's fast and pretty much good food especially when you are craving fries 🍟.

The McChicken Deluxe is great, but does the shake machine ever work? Every time I’ve tried to get a chocolate shake I’ve been told it’s out of service. Apparently we’ll have to get shakes at BK and bring them over to McDonalds to have with our meal. ???

Order was partially wrong, but it took forever to get our food we didn't go back in. Was told to wait in 1 spot, but receipt said another.

Absolutely horrible late night. They close their lobby 1 to 2 hours early and force everyone through the drive-through...then take one order at a time even though they have 2 lines. If you order with Doordash past 8PM BEWARE!! Its not the drivers fault if you food is late or cold. Its because Mc Donalds store is closing the lobby so drivers have to wait in the drive-through line. Absolutely ridiculous!

Made me the wrong breakfast sandwiche and when i called to let them know the manager said just a simple mistake. Sorry. No attempt to fix their" simple mistake" and make it right. Too bad. Lost a loyal daily customer.

It's McDonald's... 1 out of 3 visits, same location, they got my order wrong. Staff was sweet, but I got nothing for dealing with a bad burger or having to wait for them to remake it. Note: the order taker got my order 100% correct. Whomever fulfilled it messed it up.

I came here today with my autistic daughter and there was a girl there I don’t know if she’s new BUT MY GOD I swear she made my daughters day!and my daughters not typically a people person I believe her name was kamira I not sure but she was so great! If anyone deserves a raise it’s definitely her not just because she was nice to my autistic daughter but BECAUSE she knew it was only right! We love your service we will be back😍

Everyone was fairly nice. That's about all the good things I can say about my experience today. Was told to wait a moment while 4 vehicles in the other drive thru lane were helped. Was told to go park while I waited for my food as it was coming out the door by the time I parked. After I left found out they scraped off the onion and pickles I asked to not put on and didn't even do a good job at that because there was still onions on it. If I were allergic to them I could sue but I'm not. Those who are allergic beware!

The BEST chocolate shake I've had at any McDonald's. Huge and complex order was made perfect. Update: I've been here a few times now and they have been absolutely impeccable when it comes to the quality of food and accuracy of orders. Hands down the best McDonald's I've been to in a long time.

Some managers are great and some managers have big egos and never want to admit they messed up (even if it's a simple mistake). But hey, it's McDonald's. What do you expect.

Went to McDonald’s at 635am and still wasn’t open. Says open online. Got nothing. Please update your open times so I don’t waste my time!

Food is ok. We have eaten there a lot lately because we are remodeling our kitchen. We buy for 5-6 people every time we eat there but every single time they forget some of our meal so we have to go back to get it and by then our food is cold. Sometimes they foget to put in entire meals. I enjoyed the convenience of drive-thru but now I have to go inside and order our meals to go and they still manage to not only forget some items but they forget that I politely mentioned that I was waiting for those items. I stand up front where they can clearly see me and I try not to be a nag. I received my order but they forgot 2 things (apple pies) and I had to wait 15+mins for it. I stood at the counter on the side in plain view away from cash register so they could easily hand it to me but as luck would have it, they forgot to make it. So I had to wait a bit more. Happens a lot, at least to me and I am quite polite. It really gets annoying. It's definitely not my favorite place. But I am hoping it gets better.

This was the worst experience very rude employees I had a hair in my food they wouldn't answer the phone last time I will go to McDonald's in Willmar

Went to the drive thru. They completely forgot my daughter's sandwich. Then gave me a McDouble instead of the double quarter pounder I ordered. This happens way too often. I will no longer be giving McDonald's my business.

With 5year old granddaughter. We ordered a Happy Meal AND a chocolate shake. The staff woman brought it over. Inquired about Happy Meal drink. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

Received food 12 minutes after ordering, burger was cold, had to go home and warm meat, cheese not at all melted. Frozen coke over half melted. Very disappointed.

Usually I hate McDonald's but today changed my mind... The order taker at the drive thru was nice, patient, and considerate. The payment window was a very sweet worker, and even the one who gave the order to me was very composed. But all this doesn't compare to the meal. Whoever made the burgers on the grill definitely went above and beyond any other McDonald's I've been to. These were fresh hot juicy quarter pounders and I think that person deserves a great pat on the back job well done! We were there about 12:15 today
