All went fine, Dentist was good and all the girls in the office made you feel comfortable. Everyone on time, I checked other dentist in area and Medical Group was cheaper than other places but I still got very good service. I would at this time recommend this group if you want to pay less and still get good Service. Also if you have good credit rating they can get you financed with a payment you can afford. So if you are looking for dental work at least give them a try. I had 4 teeth pulled and a bridge made. One place I checked they wanted over $500 dollars to pull 1 front lower tooth and 4 teeth cleaned. Price was unreal. Give them a try. John

We love everything about our providers! As first time parents, there are a lot of unknowns for us but everyone always makes sure to answer our questions with kindness. Everyone in the office knows our sons name before we have even checked in. Scheduling is always easy and response times are quick. But most importantly our son is receiving quality care from providers who truly seem to care!

The services I receive are excellent. The staff member are very caring, friendly and professional. My only concern was having to store my credit card in the system. I concern myself with identity theft and fraud happening when computer systems are hacked. Ultimately, I would recommend Family First Medical Group.

I went to this facility for the first time and it was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had with medical care. I seen Rehana Renaud NP. She was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having, very kind, and very patient with me. I’m am a scatterbrain, and I’m usually all over the place and she handled every question I asked, which was about 1000 of them very professional Lol. And as far as the staff goes, they were all incredible to deal with. This will be my new go to facility for any health issues I have. Thank you guys for everything.

Staff are very nice, respectful & helpful. I like that Quest Labs are there also. They are equally as nice too. Reception & office areas are very clean. I am very happy with Dr. Beckmann. He is very thoughtful, professional & astutely attentive to your needs. He listens to you regarding concerns & he is not rushing you out the door. I feel, medically, that I am in good hands with the best care I can receive.

The nurses are some of the best that I have ever had to deal with. Courteous, friendly and professional! Received a shingles vaccine and I never felt the needle. Also had blood work done and never felt the needle as well. Very, very good!

The best medical group! They have moved a couple times going from Blue Island IL to South Holland IL to Palos Heights IL to Mokena IL. I will follow them everywhere they go because they listen to you, answer any questions you have and will always have appointments available when needed.
