I’ve been to the Woodridge location with both of my children. I was pretty nervous to switch dentists, but we had to because our dentist sold his practice. Woodlake family dental made both myself and my kids super comfortable. Everyone is very nice including the staff up front. The dental hygienists were very sweet and gentle with my kids. Pleasantly pleased!

Dr. Sandra Chung and the staff are all knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. As a patient, I felt very comfortable and confident that I was receiving the best care and treatment possible. I decided to try Dr. Chung and was very pleased. I am switching to her as my dentist! And the clinic is very nice, and the staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Easy to locate with plenty of signage with plenty of parking, for my first visit to a new general dentist in IL. My first visit was what I expected. X-rays followed by the standard cleaning. As I have some issues, I received the proper check up and was referred to a specialist for my issue. This was all what I expected and I am quite satisfied. Thanks for the gentle touch!

This has to be the first dentist I've been to where I am able to fully relax during visits. Staff is always amazing and clearly cares for what they do.

Very pleasant and professional staff. They realize better than most the need to work out insurance issues . I would not have put off going to the dentist as long as I did had I know how easy it was.

I was promptly attended after I arrived at my scheduled time. Noor was very courteous. She did a great job providing all the advice , details and in cleaning my teeth. Extremely happy with Noor’s work, professionalism and service.

The office was quiet, clean and calming! The staff was ok, not talkative, Dr Patel was polite and respectful and I think he understood how afraid I truly was. He spoke very calmly and advised what we should do and how we should proceed! I can’t say I enjoyed it, because I hate the dentist. I will say, my daughter referred me and she understood the assignment and I was not disappointed. Again, I won’t say I enjoyed it!

Personnel was friendly and efficient. Dr. was very pleasant and professional. She explained exactly what she was going to do and what she was doing throughout. Impressive first visit.
