    We had the worst experience ever❗️❗️❗️ Recently, we purchased a SkyTower Kingsize bedroom, the most expensive from the store, we paid a lot for it. Respectively, we expected a high quality and new product. When I saw what I received, I was shocked, all the furniture and the bed frame are in scratches, glue, blood, cracks and much more. the furniture looks used already. We tried to contact the person who sold us the bed, the store manager and the sales manager to make a return. But it turned out that one of the policies that was not explained to us and was never mentioned to us at the time of purchase, is that we do not have the possibility to return the furniture and get refunded money . We were waited four weeks until we got the bed. For the past two weeks, we have been struggling to find the right way to finally be told that such a bed to be changed will be ready in December. We bought the bed on August 14. The whole team tries to ignore us, they are telling us that they will call us and no one calls us. ❌❌❌ ❗️We highly recommend you to avoid roomplace, if you don't want similar situations. We are forced to waste time, money and hours on the phone so that in the end nothing is resolved. …I repeat, the worst experience so far.⛔️⛔️⛔️

    We have recently purchased a 4 piece sofa/ chaise lounge. The chaise lounge was the first piece we had an issue with, there’s a huge gap between the seat and the backing which puts the lumber bar directly into your back. Then the sofa piece complete cracked in the middle so there’s a giant sink hole. They came out to look at the furniture and indeed stated the couch was broken on both sides. Then they were supposed to pick up the broken chaise lounge and took the wrong piece and tried to charge us for it. We have called customer service numerous times and have been hung up on and sent to different people. They called and told us we owe them $800 for them taking the wrong piece! AVOID THIS GARBAGE FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS!!

    We bought one of the most expensive bedroom sets for roughly 16k including mattress and the so called useless "warranty". We got the furniture on time but the delivery guys didn't want to put it the way we wanted. We asked them multiple times and they finally did it. One item was delivered wrong which they replaced the next week but it was damaged. Finally, they replaced it too. 4 days later, bed slats broke and we had to wait 3 visits and 3 weeks to get it fixed. A month later, the bed frame's back light, light switch and USB outlets stopped working. We submitted online request for repair. The entire process is extremely cumbersome. You have to give details and send multiple pictures which are then reviewed. 3 weeks later, an electrician came for "inspection". It been 2-3 additional weeks and we called customer service; they just told us that we had a defective part which needs to be replaced but it is not available till March. So, in 2 months, our furniture had to be replaced twice and repaired twice with one pending repair for an additional 2 months wait. And this was the best quality most expensive bed in their store. The only reason we are giving 2 star because of Baher Abdelnour- the manager who helped us. Great guy, very responsive and helpful but none of this can make up for defective poor quality furniture with horrendous customer service. Will never buy anything from them again. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Highly disappointed and not recommended.

    Worst customer service I have ever seen. Customer pickup location in Romeoville is absolutely useless and clueless. Just avoid this place if you don't want a huge headache.

    Fantastic and polite service from the first moment we stepped into the showroom. Our sales representative Jack was knowledgeable and very helpful with all our questions and concerns. The service of professionalism continued throughout delivery. The quality of the furniture is beyond satisfying. Highly recommend for your decorating and furnishing needs.

    AWESOME!!!!! 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 Joan the GM is so fabulous. She explained everything and I was very clear on my options. My sales person Pete was awesome as well. He was very patient t with me and gave me his expertise and opinions. I loved that. That's a great team. I spent all my money but I'm very satisfied about that decision. Give them a bonus a raise or something. My experience was so great and rewarding them will be well deserved. If you guys want great customer service and someone who's patient to help you understand your option come see Joan and Pete at the Downers Grove location. You will not be dissapointed🙌🏾

    Pete does it again! We came in for the labor day sale with a general idea of what we wanted and for what price, Pete pointed us in the right directions, gave us the options, and walked us through the financing choices. Walked away happy. The only place we buy furniture from, and the only salesman we trust.

    One the employees named Hana, was 10/10 and she knew how to sell a mattress. I'm sure if you keep people like her around your business will be booming.
