We
had
the
worst
experience
ever❗️❗️❗️
Recently,
we
purchased
a
SkyTower
Kingsize
bedroom,
the
most
expensive
from
the
store,
we
paid
a
lot
for
it.
Respectively,
we
expected
a
high
quality
and
new
product.
When
I
saw
what
I
received,
I
was
shocked,
all
the
furniture
and
the
bed
frame
are
in
scratches,
glue,
blood,
cracks
and
much
more.
the
furniture
looks
used
already.
We
tried
to
contact
the
person
who
sold
us
the
bed,
the
store
manager
and
the
sales
manager
to
make
a
return.
But
it
turned
out
that
one
of
the
policies
that
was
not
explained
to
us
and
was
never
mentioned
to
us
at
the
time
of
purchase,
is
that
we
do
not
have
the
possibility
to
return
the
furniture
and
get
refunded
money
.
We
were
waited
four
weeks
until
we
got
the
bed.
For
the
past
two
weeks,
we
have
been
struggling
to
find
the
right
way
to
finally
be
told
that
such
a
bed
to
be
changed
will
be
ready
in
December.
We
bought
the
bed
on
August
14.
The
whole
team
tries
to
ignore
us,
they
are
telling
us
that
they
will
call
us
and
no
one
calls
us.

❗️We
highly
recommend
you
to
avoid
roomplace,
if
you
don't
want
similar
situations.
We
are
forced
to
waste
time,
money
and
hours
on
the
phone
so
that
in
the
end
nothing
is
resolved.
