Stolen Identity. Once you give them your personal info but You will get a mmj card. I never used my state id until I used their services. My info was sold on the dark web. Traced back to them.

Gave the info they required. Did an online interview with a doctor who recommended i get an mmj card. Elevate said they had what was needed and would finish. They blocked my phone. This was two months ago. They made a promise to me and failed! If they don't keep their promise i will take legal actions! "I PROMISE!" Am I the only one "not" to get a mmj card?

Very good work they're doing here. Normally most cannaibis doctors require over $100 to make you physically come in and be seen plus be prescribed. I don't have that kind of money but needed a card. Also I've had so many people try to tell me at first that I was being scammed due to the short waiting time of a week. (I've heard it can take almost a month through other doctors) So I'd absolutely suggest this to people!

It was a lot easier and faster then I expected. The appointment with the doctor didn’t take very long at all. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was able to answer all of my questions and was super friendly as well. I was expecting a long drawn out process, but that was definitely not the case. Within a week from scheduling the doctors appointment I had seen the doctor, submitted my application, and received my medical card. Simple too book an appointment; as long as you have data or wifi connection the process really couldn't be simpler; the doctors are very friendly & understanding & are there too help. The entire process only took me a couple days and honestly it probably could of been even faster except I decided to schedule mine for a day I was off work.
