    I love Just Sports because it is so much more than just a place for athletes to work out. Its definitely a place for athletes to be pushed physically but its also creates a space for them to be challenged mentally, all while being encouraged by coaches who truly care about them. It is the type of environment that every kid needs to be a part of!

    Every week I look forward to training at Just Sports as they have created a motivating, intense, and uplifting atmosphere. Phil and the other staff members have helped me develop proper lifting and speed training techniques to help me get ready to be a college athlete. Couldn’t be more thankful for all Just Sports has done for me to make me a better athlete on and off the field.

    I’ve loved training at Just Lift Sports for the last year now. I’ve worked primarily with Phil Pedi, but all of the trainers there push the athletes and motivate them to get better with each session. Facilities are also amazing and I can’t wait for the new space to be finished out in a few months. So thankful that I found this place!

    This place has it all!!! If you want your athletes to build more strength and speed YOU need to send them to Just Sports! They also coach confidence and overcoming obstacles standing in there way to reach their full potential. Shout out to coach Jordan, Cassidy, and Manasse they are the best in the business!

    Just Sports is the #1 spot to bring your athletes! The coaching staff is unlike any other and they will constantly care for your athletes and their progress. They push athletes to achieve their goals and become family while they’re doing so. I love the flexibility of their in person and online training! I would highly recommend them to any athlete looking to improve at their sport!

    Coach Phil is amazing with all the athletes. He really gets to know each person or team as a whole and then determines best approach. He’s not afraid to try different or out of the box things and that’s what makes him great. If you’re looking for a challenge and to advance to the next level as a person, team, athlete - this is your place!

    Just Sports Gym: A Fantastic Place to Get Fit and Have Fun I recently joined Just Sports, a gym located in the heart of the city, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience so far. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the state-of-the-art equipment. The gym is spacious and well-lit, with a modern design that makes it a pleasure to work out in. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, and they make an effort to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and at home. They offer a range of classes, including yoga, spinning, and boot camp, and the instructors are all highly skilled and motivating. One of the things that I love about Just Sports is the variety of equipment available. There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, as well as weight machines, free weights, and resistance bands. Everything is well-maintained and clean, and there are plenty of towels and water stations available. The gym also has a sauna and steam room, which are great for unwinding after a tough workout. There are also lockers and showers, which makes it easy to freshen up before heading to work or out for the day. Another aspect of Just Sports that I appreciate is the sense of community. There are people of all ages and fitness levels, and everyone is supportive and encouraging. I have made some great friends here, and we often work out together or attend classes together.
