The front desk receptionist that I talked to over the phone was VERY rude. He refused to schedule a vaccine appointment for my child, asked me to schedule on mychart myself. Then I asked if I can schedule an appointment for a wellness check, he pulled up my child’s info and refused to help because the age is not met for next check up yet. Then he just hang up the phone without any goodbye. That was the worst customer experience I’ve experienced. Very rude, unprofessional. I could not believe this practice would hire someone like him as a customer receptionist. I would give negative star just based on what happened to me.

Most unprofessional billing department I've ever had to deal with. We've been taking our kids to Hinsdale Peds for many years and each year at the beginning of the new calendar year they confirmed and make sure our insurance did not change. Last year my wife made sure to advise them that our insurance had changed and we even gave them our new insurance card so that they can update their system. Their inability to follow through and do what they needed to do on their end caused a can of worms when they later found out that they did not accept our new insurance. Now they want us to pay for their mistakes and not accept responsibility for their own lack of accountability. We refuse to pat for their mistakes so they shamefully sent our case to collections. Hold your employees accountable and don't make the customer pay for their mistakes. We've tried countless times to speak with management and explain how this was not our error so we should not be held accountable, but in the end no one wants to accept responsibility.

So lets start .. i had an appointment today and my wife was get late due to the traffic and she late 30 min which is I understand here fault… due to this situation i got a call from the receptionist saying she is no longer able to accept this appointment and we need to reschedule… at this point everything looks fine … my wife she get there she went to the doctor office to explain and the receptionist is very rude .. not professional not give a chance to explain so my wife she got really disappointed… again if you open a business you need to have a customer service ethics and be able to meet your customer needs … definitely i am changing my doctor office to different place … people please be careful

For the past 4 years, my children have been receiving excellent care at Hinsdale Pediatrics. However, the new receptionist is unfortunately lacking in customer service and does not show any compassion towards the patients. While the doctors are amazing, the front desk staff does not reflect the same level of service.

We’ve had the best experience at this practice from day one. They designate same day sick appointment slots for their patients which is the most valuable aspect of this practice. Being able to call same day for a sick child and seeing a physician without any pushback or worry is amazing. We truly appreciate it! They have the kindest and most knowledgeable staff as well. My twins mostly see Dr. Mufadal Moosabhoy, Dr. Franco and Dr. Zainulbhai and we love all of them!

I have been with Hinsdale pediatrics for close to 3 years and I highly recommend this clinic. I have 3 boys and I have been seen by almost all the pediatricians at one time or another and I have had an absolutely great experience! Everyone is so kind, from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. They are caring, thorough, and most importantly, I’ve always been seen right away whenever one of my kids is sick. I recently went for a well child check up for my 3 year old and the office was immaculate and covid safety measures were taken seriously. I would encourage everyone to stay on top of well child check ups and vaccinations, especially during this difficult time.

I have been going to Hinsdale Pediatrics for 4 yrs now. My son has seen Dr. Moosabhoy since he was born and now my daughter (6 months) also has seen him since she was born. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is so personable, not only with the adults but with the children and remains calm and helpful in every situation. If you call with any questions or concerns he makes sure to call you personally to discuss things with you. He is wonderful and I will continue sending my children to him for their care.

We love coming to Hinsdale Pediatric's we have always gone to Dr. Moof and I wouldn't change him for anyone! He always takes the time to go over everything with us and that is especially wonderful since we are first time parents and have a lot of questions usually, He is very good at telling us what to expect before the next visit as well. His nurse Nancy is great too! She's great with our baby! We love going there and feel comfortable having them care for our little one for all our routine visits!
