Took the Basic Handgun Basics class led by Edward B. this week. Getting back into shooting after a 50 year hiatus, I was very concerned about safety issues knowing well how things can go sideways without proper conduct. Edward’s class was both immersive and informative. The range practice led by Edward following the classroom session instilled confidence that only a solid set of rules can do. Since completing the class I’ve gone back to the range on my own and felt completely prepared to have a safe session. Edward was also very helpful with correcting a recurring grip problem I was having. The class met all of my expectations. I highly recommend this training for those new to or returning to shooting.

My husband and I have 3 small kids and so have very little time for ourselves. But with instructor Ed B. And his flexible manner, we were able to manage our time to get through our second private lesson! He is a very patient, caring and experienced instructor. It is easy to communicate with him in text to finding a time that works for all of us. He listens very well and answers in enough words (not too much not too little). He identifies each student’s needs and tailors his lessons for each student to bring the best in him or her! Thank you instructor Ed!

I'm considering gun ownership and decided to start with a private handgun lesson at Range USA In Hodgkins. I lucked out getting Edward B as my instructor! He integrated safety, fundamentals, and personal stories during the classroom portion which quickly put me at ease and left me confident to enter the range. For the range, Ed made sure I was set up for a successful experience and it paid off. I left the 90 minute lesson with a plan for improving my skills, confidence to return to the range on my own for practice, and an overall great experience.

I took a private lesson here with instructor Edward. He went above and beyond in the lesson & taught me so many things in what little time we had! I came in with little/no knowledge of firearms, technique, and situational shooting skills, and I came out with an abundance of knowledge. I would highly recommend taking a private lesson here. Edward was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very confident in such a new environment, and I can bet that I’ll be coming back to learn more!

Me and my wife our 1st time gun buyers so I was not sure of what exactly we should purchase, I met Mr. Edward B and he showed me and my wife the gun cases and gave us in great detail specifics on the guns that he felt were best for our needs. I can honestly say going in without knowing what to purchase to being more knowledgeable and excited on purchasing a firearm was a great feeling. Definitely will be going back for sure thanks Mr. Edward B!

My friend and I decided to take a private lesson with Edward B. He was so informative and made sure he answered all our questions and concerns. This was our first time really shooting and he helped overcome a huge fear of guns! I would 100% recommend anyone to take a class with him! Private lesson or basic handgun class. He was amazing!!

I took the conceal and carry class with instructor Edward Bilski. I had been shooting for a few years but I retained so much more information taking his class. I appreciate all the tips he offered and I am confident that I can apply everything I learn in the range. The instructor is very knowledgeable and entertaining. And we had a small class of 4, so we were able to get more feedback for Edward during range time. One recommendation, need louder speakers for the video presentation.

My husband and me had a CCL class in Hodgkins, IL one week ago with a wonderful instructor Graig Vlasic. Graig . We would highly recommend this course to anyone with Graig.. He approaches firearms training with fairness, compassion and a healthy sense of humor while also being sure that everyone is as safe and responsible as possible.Graig is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Highly recommended!
