    Very slow service every time I come to this location. Order is usually wrong and then I get surprised hidden charges. Last time I was there I was told that my latte was two dollars from being in the 2 to 6 PM special but then when I came up to the window then they said the latte I ordered was not part of the promotion and charge me full price even though I asked if it was at the drive up and they said yes. This is not the first time they’ve change the price when I drive up to the window : be careful what you order.

    Everytime i go to get my tea during the day, i always get the WORST, slowest, service. The night crew is the best, but anyone who works during the day are ridiculous. My tea always taste coffee and they always give me sweet tea when i ask for unsweet.

    Went to the drive up to purchase 1 chocolate cake donut when I got home it tasted like yesterday's left over, it certainly was not fresh and made that day I could barely eat it. $1.60 for one donut half in the garbage Don't trust going through the drive up and getting a fresh donut, they save them all for those who do

    they serve stale donuts and have very rude people working. not all, but most have an attitude and won’t let you finish talking for your order. they also give old coffee and the manager Raul is rude as well. do not recommend this place. the only thing they have going is that they are open 24 hours. shoutout to the girl who always works the night shift tho and the guy in the morning who always says have a good day.

    I pulled up at 11 pm expecting 24 hour service, me and 5 other cars were not granted that, I’m fact we wasted our time searching the store for any signs of human life even though the lights were on and doors were locked, the website claims 24 hour service but me and my guy karim came to a closed restaurant with a deceiving look of being open. Unbelievable will not be coming back.

    I use the Dunkin Donuts app because they promote it will be ready quickly and I am able to grab it on my way to work, this location always has its doors locked in the morning and I have to wait in the drive thru. It is getting ridiculous, because I’ve already paid I have to wait for my things and when I called they told me there is no way they can cancel it and refund me. So now I’ve been late to work waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. There is a Starbucks near this location that I might start going to that seems to have more figured out. If I were you I would use a different location because with this location you never know what you are going to get.

    Horrible customer service, its always under staffed and they seem not to follow covid procedures. They touch product with the same gloves that they touch the money. Waited 20 mins for 2 donuts.

    Omg slowest DD ever. What did they go pick the beans and roast them. It took 20 minutes to get an iced coffee... a bloody iced coffee. Stay away from this one.

    The man at the cash register when going thru the drive up, can be very impatient. Maybe he was having a bad day. Not the 1st time. My vanilla long John ended up with the icing on the bag and not on the donut. They are too rushed. Orders reflect that.

    Rarely is the situation that I need to rate Dunkin. But this location is so off the mark in level of service, organization and efficiency corporate should revoke the franchise for bringing down the brand. Go to the locations on Cass & Plainfield or Ogden & Grant instead and save yourself the headache

    This whole place is a hit or a miss. Food comes out cold half the time. Incorrect drinks. Heck I bought bacon that was cold and mangled looking. I didn't even have any and it looked half gone. Also if there's a line expect to wait 15mins.

    Bad donuts at this location. I ordered a Boston cream and the donut(to the right) is what I got. It was extremely dry/stale and very small compared to Amazon Fresh donut (on the left) across the street. I won’t be giving them my regular business anymore. Very disappointed.

    I went through the drive thru and ordered a HOT caramel craze latte and what I got was not even warm...at all! It was almost cold. I had already pulled off and was a few miles away when I realized how bad the coffee was so I tried calling the store a few times to either get a refund or credit and got no answer. C'mon Dunkin! Do better.

    We frequent here cos we live nearby. Very approachable and friendly staff! Always letting us know if they’re out of something before we place our order. Sometimes, we pull up at around midnight and there’s this old gentleman who takes our order and makes the drinks at the same time. At first, we thought he couldn’t take our order cos they’re already closed. Turns out we were kind of overwhelming him, which we apologize for. We are not sure if he works overnight by himself but we have become extra patient with him due to his age. If you are reading this, know that you’re doing an amazing job. Thank you for being so kind as well as being so patient with us!! 🥰

    When I walked in it took 10 minutes to order because she was talking to someone which isn’t a big deal. I asked for an iced chai latte with 2 vanilla and i recieved French vanilla I saw on the receipt and consulted with her that I wanted vanilla before she started making it and she continued to make it French vanilla so I grabbed the sign and brought it to her and she continued to make it french vanilla so I wouldn’t give this place more than a 1 star.

    So bad I want bacon strips and a chai tea latte and I didn’t get my right order even tho I showed a picture of what I want and the work still didn’t understand Stan what I was saying so instead I asked for something different he still didn’t get it right if you going to hire people to talk to customers know how to speak English because how can I word my food 2 time and still get it wrong it.

    Excellent service. When I bring the kids in for a treat they earned, they are nice with children. However, when I bring my kids there, I've run into problems with some of the clients themselves. But I think you can find that everywhere.

    Third time visiting this location since the pandemic started and it's always been no mask or half mask. Last time was also a nice combo of mask-only-on-chin and sloshed coffee all over lid without napkins or apology. Awesome.

    We went to the drive-thru to get three blueberry muffins. Well they had them they seem to be a little dry and more Stone like then soft and edible like a muffin should be! Thankfully the person that ate them brought some in a moist paper towel and was able to revive them and they are edible but not the best ever!

    They aren't the best on consistency or speed, but I think that in in large part due to poor management. I think that this is a common theme with Dunkin, hopefully with the new ownership of the company, we can start to see positive changes with the franchisee model. Lets hope.

    Wife loves the hazelnut iced decaf coffee... But a large comes with four (4) creams... She always specifies just one (1)cream, which is plenty for this diabetic .. lol

    I love Dunkin, but this shop is just alright. Every time I come here they goof my order in one way or another. Luckily, they always put the right amount of cream and sugar in my iced coffee when I ask for just a little, but the guys can sometimes be extremely unfriendly and matter-of-fact about things. Could use better customer service skills, but they get me my order in a timely fashion, so no biggie. I'd go to a different Dunkin when possible, but it's not the end of the world to come here.

    I was the only customer in the store, but none of the 6 people behind the counter came to take my order. No “hello” or “just one moment”; just a couple glances my way with no acknowledging the customer. After a few minutes of waiting I just. Definitely the first time I’ve experienced that in life. I will not return to this location.
