From
the
moment
I
arrived
I
felt
well
cared
for.
Check
in,even
though
they
had
a
new
system,
was
very
smooth.
The
RN
that
did
all
of
the
preop
came
in
on
her
day
off.
She
assisted
the
anesthesiologist.
She
gave
me
a
really
good
sweet
potato
recipe
which
I
used
for
Thanksgiving.
The
anesthesiologist
was
so
professional
I
had
a
Cervical
block
before
and
this
one
was
so
much
smoother.
The
assistant
to
the
anesthesiologist,
who
took
the
gurney
to
the
operating
room
was
especially
kind
heart,
soothing,
a
great
bedside
manner.
I
wish
I
could
remember
his
name
but
by
this
time
I
was
drugged.
I
canāt
say
enough
about
Dr.
Rice
,
I
think
heās
a
fabulous
surgeon.
When
I
got
to
recovery,
I
had
a
great
nurse
who
gave
me
a
lot
of
attention,
and
then
she
had
other
patients
to
take
care
of
one
of
which
didnāt
speak
English
and
somehow
she
just
took
care
of
all
of
it.
When
I
got
to
my
room
in
the
hospital
,
the
dinner
hour
was
over,
but
they
still
managed
to
get
me
a
very
nice
sandwich
and
whatever
else
I
asked
for.
When
it
came
time
to
discharge
me,
my
nurse
had
two
emergencies
at
the
same
time.
She
took
care
of
all
of
us.
She
missed
her
dinner.
I
do
believe
on
my
day
of
surgery,
November
17,
that
the
facility
was
understaffed,
and
yet
every
person
was
so
good
to
me,
and
so
good
to
all
the
others
that
they
were
treating
at
the
same
time.
