Nice staff but the weakest iced coffee you’ll ever try. Have brought it up a ton of times with no changes. If you want iced coffee, I’d recommend the LaGrange location.

Great Panera! Very clean, large interior, tons of seating. The food was hot, made correctly and delicious. You can order a while sourdough loaf & they slice free of charge. The 6.99 duets are great very filling.

All I wanted was a cookie. They have a deal for 4 cookies for 7.99 he charged me individually. Then the manager said I have to get all 4 of the same kind. Really?

A coworker and I went there to get a soup bread bowl by the time we walked over to the drink counter to get our drinks they were done with our order it was amazingly delicious drinks were awesome service was friendly place was clean great atmosphere I highly recommend! It was a good value for the money.

Ordered napa chicken 2 times and both times there was more tomatoes and lettuce then there was chicken and two different locations very disappointed ☹️

This location very close 2 home; Panera Kitchen Team has CONSISTENT difficulty preparing Fugi Salad with avocado AND Cheese on side.

Panera could be one of my favorite restaurants in the US, health, tasty and variety from the menu, recommend their breakfast, Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries & Pecans is very much recommended, love cinnamon taste😻, good for a chill morning🤗 Avocado sandwich is fresh, pretty recommended to people with small appetite.

The individuals taking the order were amazing. I dined in and after picking up my food I went back to the pick-up station and asked for a fork and knife and I was completely ignored. I asked a second time I was still ignored. I saw her finally grabbing a knife and fork but not once did she acknowledge me, speak, or smile. I just wanted to tell her thank you and to have a wonderful day but was unfortunately unable to do so.

The restaurant is very clean (beverage table, dining area, restrooms and outside). There's a special employee (Claudine). She's very kind and goes above and beyond her duty.

Bunch of old veterans hang out here in the morning and openly berate other customers. It is extremely uncomfortable hearing them to tell the young woman in front of me that she "should smile more". It would've been nice if management or an employee shut down this behavior. I have no intention of getting coffee/breakfast here

Overall good experience. Didn't wait more than 10min for my food to be prepared. I was struggling a bit with the billboard menu. It just seems too 'scattered' with a lot of things going on. The menu should be simplified up on the board. Bathroom was small but clean. Very busy intersection with red light cameras (don't turn on red!) all over the place.

Food was great, service was great, but couldn't find a clean table. They must have been very busy before I arrived.

Kiosk is difficult to use. Ordered a bagel and if wasn't toasted, sliced, and was rock hard. 100% will never go to this location again because they couldn't even get basics correct.

First time coming this location. Cashier forgot give us soap. Than bread worst. Bread 2" thick. Talked manage she promised deliver voucher never arrived. She is lyer. Adriana believe her name.
