    After ordering 2 hours of a wait; this is the quality of pizza we received! Delivery guy was rude and defensive! I called to speak to a manager, instead of being sympathetic or regretful; she justified the poor quality due to the pizza being uncut and because they are overwhelmed. The pizza has cardboard sticking underneath and it was soggy. I have ordered deep dish pizza for many years and have not received it this way. I will NEVER order from this location ever. Western Springs location. They lost my years of business. I am a customer service manager, I would have never treated my customers that way.

    It's an Express/no dine-in. Outside of that, it is a very good spot to get some very good deep dish pizza. I have zero complaints about the staff, the food, and the customer service. the customer service is the only thing that's better than the pizza. It's a great place for great good.

    Poor customer service. Ordered food via DoorDash, called 42 minutes after ordering for an update, they say they just received the order on their end and made it my problem to have to email Doordash about how they can't recieve orders in time. Had to wait another hour and 42 minutes for one pizza. Disappointing.

    Visiting Chicago for business and since this was the first time here, i had to try deep dish pizza. Asking around, several people told me to try Lou Manati's and I'm so glad i did. The pizza is phenomenal, incredibly filling. I ordered a large for myself, thinking it would be like a typical pizza, boy was i wrong. This thing is so filling it's easily a 3 or 4 person job. I got the sausage one and the thing has to have 2 pounds of sausage. The crust is amazing! Tons of cheese. Tomatoes were amazing. Sauce perfect. Service was excellent. They really took care of me and made me feel welcome. The only downside, the pizza was on the pricey side at $32... That being said, it was huge and incredible quality. I wish we had these in Utah! How can I buy a franchise?!?! FYI: The picture doesn't do it justice. It may look small in the picture, but trust me, it's huge and weighs a ton. Absolutely wonderful!

    Well, this pizzas are good, or I would not be going there. BUT, the last time I was there, last week Friday, I did not receive my ' points ' for my pizza purchase totalling a little over $56. Then when I asked the person at the counter, she told me to go online and submit the ' reward number ' . Well. I tried that, and the online process would not accept the ' rewards number '. I did write / email Lou's Team, but have not heard from them... rather disappointing. TIP to the customer - make sure the clerk has your reward number before checking out ... Hopefully " Team Lou's " will contact me soon...I'll let you all know of the outcome. The store us located in Western Springs

    This is our 2nd bad experience here. Tonight we got two deep dish which had about a 1/4" of grease just pooling on top. It took half a roll of paper towels to soak it up. We ordered uncut as suggested but the crust on the sides was soggy from the grease anyway. We ate maybe a 1/3 of it - not very edible.

    The rating is for the service which should be a 1 or 0 star. The pizza is always tasty but best when itโ€™s actually hot. The order was put it on the Louโ€™s ap, said it would be ready at 6:50, 80 minutes post order. We arrive at 6:55 in the curbside line, teenager takes our name and goes back inside. We waited for 25 minutes and no one came to check in, give us an update, etc., so I went in. Miraculously the pizzas were ready & โ€˜just being boxed up,โ€™ no apologies made for the wait. Nothing was hot when we got home. I would prefer to be told by pizza would be ready in 90, 100 minutes (whatever it will actually take) and it just be ready when/close to when I get there. The ovens can only hold so many pizzas at a time right? Doesnโ€™t feel like a super complicated math problem. Weโ€™ve had better experiences in the past but the wait is always long and it feels like the place is being run by teenagers.

    Went here for the first time this weekend and was completely impressed. Food was hot and fresh. The items on the menu are creative and delicious. Their chocolate chip scone was the cherry on top.

    The best Lou Malnatiโ€™s location. Good customer service and food is consistent. Their bone-in garlic parmesan, buffalo and barbecue wings are delicious. Par bake deep dish is a nice option, if you wanna eat at a later time. Buttery crust and sauce โค๏ธ Tiramisu is good. Good work Ashley & crew. Download their app for points/free pizza.

    Pizza is very good. I ordered and paid online. When I get there they tell me I dod not pay. They say they have been having issues with their online payments. Be careful if you are sending simeone to pick up your pizza. They may have to pay when they get there because their system needs fixing.

    Service is excellent. Staff is great. I dont know what happened to the quality of the pizza. Its just not the same anymore. Ill be going elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed in the deepdish and thin crust pizza. Maybe its the ingredients they changed? Not enough ingredients on the pizza? Not sure. But its not as tasty as it used to be. Friends family and myself are very disappointed...... hopefully they corrrect the problem. But im not gonna order again to be disappointed again. Its very expensive for disappointment. Goodluck

    A good friend sent us a surprise gift (pizza delivered via frozen package) from this company and when the gift was finally located and received it was ruined with fungus. The company says it was delivered early and blames it on lack of communication between Sender and us. Wanted us to pay 50% of the order to get it redelivered. They don't provide any kind of delivery updates or notifications and for a surprise gift scenario the delivery can totally be unknown to receiver and sender for days. The customer service rep was courteous but the company seems very customer unfriendly. Will definitely not deal with them.

    I sat in your store for over 20 minutes with no other customers while I watched no less than six other customers walk in, and get their pizzas immediately. I paid ahead of time, and according to the app it was ready at 7:20-I got there at 7:24. I don't mind waiting for a little extra, but what is unacceptable is your entire staff acting as if I was invisible while I waited for you to make a "salad" -a pitiful excuse considering I watched numerous staff pull salads out of the cooler for customers WHO JUST WALKED IN!! I've already contacted your corporate office, and I can promise you I will never do business with your organization again. I've been coming to your location for years and have spent hundreds if not thousands. Don't believe me? Look it up under my email. The order I took home tonight? It's in the garbage. The App? Uninstalled -The End

    Called at 5:37 p.m. placed my order was told delivery within 45-60 minutes. No later than 6:40. Called at 7:30 to check the status of my order. Same employee answered the phone and appololigized saying she could see the order was late. Was placed on hold to get her manager. 3 minutes later the manager gets on the line and has no idea why I'm calling. Puts me on hold for another 5 minutes. Comes back and tells me that they made a mistake and had the delivery scheduled for 7:30 and would be happy to make the order and rush it, but they can't rush a deep dish and haven't started the order. I explained it was now 7:38 if they had it scheduled for delivery at 7:30 it makes no sense that they had not yet started the order. He was very confused by this. Clearly lying to me. Mistakes happen but not taking the blame and clearly lying is why I'm posting this. Order pizza from literally anywhere else. This place needs to go out of business based on how they treat customers.
