    No sense of urgency, we were waiting on an entree and were told it would take 5 minutes. However we waited over 10 minutes. While our plates were sitting on the counter getting cold. On top of that there’s no communication whatsoever between the staff. Waiting for over 10 minutes would’ve been fine if the employees let us know they were sorry they were taking this long. My dad was upset with the customer service and instead of the employee apologizing she was just looking at him smiling. As someone who works in customer service if you don’t have the patience to deal with customers, don’t work in customer service at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    I love panda express! They have so many options and their food are always freshly cooked! I recommend going to this location because the staff are really nice!

    Slowest panda in the country. How is the food pre made and it still takes 12 minutes. Either retrain the staff or fire them. Start fresh.

    The Orange Chicken and the Steak & Vegetable entree were both good here. Glad we were able to get some lunch to-go.

    Was left for 40 minutes in the drive through without a word and when I came in and asked why no one gave me a heads up, they said they couldn’t do that, then proceeded serving customers just arriving in the drive through and dining area. Had to get back to work since I spent my break waiting to get food then got denied, so didn’t even eat. Thanks.

    I tried their new shrimp dish... and unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. They raised prices and they really haven't done much with the small portions you get. Some of the food was decent, however I recommend always using a coupon to save money.

    We came here today on a very busy Sunday. Only 3 people working but doing very well and working very hard. Food was coming out speedy and Em was very pleasant and took care of us despite how busy it was. Very happy with the cleanliness of the restaurant and with how all the food was hot. Salamat Ate!

    Food was good, however you need to check your order if coming through drive thru. They were missing my sauce for both of my entrees and when I went, I told the manager, didn’t even offer an apology and only handed me one sauce for 2 meals. He looked like he didn’t want to be there and this is probably why the other employees looked the same way. The manager needs to lead by example

    I hate experiencing their awful customer service skills, It almost feels deliberate. What’s the point of ordering online if I have to wait behind a line of customers waiting to place their order? They almost always have my plate finished and it comes to me cold because I have to wait for everyone else to order first. And then once I’m finished waiting, the staff loves to act as if I’m not standing there.. this has happened multiple times.. is your staff racist or something? I genuinely feel uncomfortable everytime I walk into this establishment. Food was cold and not worth it

    WORST PORTIONS BY FAR BY ANY PANDA EXPRESS IVE EVER BEEN TO. SO SKIMPY AND Done WITH THEM! Gave it 1 last try today thinking maybe just maybe it would be better. Today is Dec 7th 2023 and it definitely is God awful portions and not cooked right!

    First time I tried this place was the chicken teriyaki which was undercooked. I thought to try it again. When I pick up my order egg rolls were burned and my Beijing beef that was old I was laughed at when I asked for a fresh order of food.

    Don't leave without checking your order!! They're terribly Inconsistent. Sometimes the entree is packed with meat, most times there's almost none. I even specifically ASKED THEM THIS TIME "can you please make sure there's a serving of beef in the beef and broccoli bowl because last few times there's been literally two pieces". She apologized and said she'd make sure. I should've opened it right in front of her, because sure enough EVEN AFTER ASKING shorted again! A grown man supposed to eat barely two fork fulls of meat for lunch??!! He's chronically ill and it's imperitive that he have ample protein. People eat to live folks, get it together! And for $8.00 for a bowl? Now I have to cook more protein for him on top of the time and money I just spent. Thanks a lot Panda.

    Food is good, staff is friendly, but they do not stay ahead of stock very well... Had to wait 5 mins for super greens, just to find out that I needed to wait an additional 7 mins for Chicken after the greens were done. Overall I would recommend this location

    I have never in my life had panda express that tasted this terrible in my life. My chicken teriyaki didn't tast like it had teriyaki on it, each bite was extra fatty. The noodles were clumped together and extra dry. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the black Angus steak, but barely had any meat. My daughter took one bite and immediately said eww. I will never in my life order pick up from this location, or even eat at this location again.

    I order a kids meal in the drive through, when I got home all there was in the box was 4 pieces of meat and 4 pieces of broccoli the noodles had more greens the noodles.

    It's really hard for me to write a bad review of this place as I love panda express. However they just don't seem to care here. Unintelligible order takers are to be expected so that's not so bad. They don't switch out the entrees until they are used up. Which means the less popular items you order for lunch or dinner could quite possibly have been sitting there since lunch. Sure tastes like it has been.

    Service isn't as good as it used to be. Often we receive our orders with items missing. I realize every restaurant is having issues during the pandemic, so I'm not giving them a super low rating. Will continue to give them the benefit of the doubt, as sometimes they get our orders perfectly correct.

    I stopped at Panda Express on New Year’s Eve and ordered the orange chicken dinner and the kung pao chicken dinner and 3 orders of chicken egg rolls. Well the egg rolls were still cooking and would take an additional 10 minutes. The cashier suggested the veggie egg rolls. Which were the worst egg rolls I have ever eaten and I should have checked that I received my complete order right there and then but I didn’t and I was missing my orange chicken dinner. I tried to call a couple of times but no one ever picked up. That was my first time there and last. The only good thing was the fortune cookie.

    This is a GREAT Panda location. The manager and staff helped me with a last minute catering need, they had to open early to prep and deliver all of our food. They were so accommodating and helpful, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

    Bolingbrook Panda…Very dark outside needs lights and my order was tossed in the bags and when I arrived at home my Teriyaki chicken was all spilled out in the bag..SMH

    This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever experienced patronizing and it stops today. It never has fresh food and food sits there for hours. This location so far out of 5 visits, I’ve yet to get shrimp from this location. Would be escalating this to their main office. Poorly run location. So disappointed.

    I've been coming here since it opened and I've never had a bad experience with them. The drive-thru is always fast and when you pick up food it's even faster. The food is exactly what you expected to be. The orange chicken is still one of the best orange chickens for fast food. Drinks are a little big though but I'm not complaining on how big they are because they're priced correctly. Definitely a very good value and if you hear daily it probably would be cheaper than getting food delivered
