I
made
an
online
order
to
the
wrong
store,
I
called
to
cancel
the
order
and
get
a
refund.
I
was
told
that
they
can
not
do
that,
and
I
need
to
call
the
Dunkin’
store?
When
I
told
her
I
couldn’t
understand
what
she
was
saying
and
that
I
wanted
to
talk
to
a
manager
she
hung
up
the
phone.
I
called
back
only
to
have
the
line
picked
up
,
heard
I
told
her
she
needed
to
call
and
then
the
phone
was
hung
up...
so
I
called
again,
this
time
the
phone
was
picked
up
and
I
could
hear
her
and
another
employee
talking
about
me...
a
younger
girl
answered
and
I
asked
for
the
manager,
while
I
waited
I
proceeded
to
hear
the
conversations
had
by
the
employees
and
I
was
definitely
upset...
the
manager
picked
up
and
was
very
helpful
and
I
was
able
to
get
the
phone
number
for
where
I
needed
to
call
to
issue
my
refund.
I
myself
am
a
manager
in
a
customer
service
capacity
and
was
very
unnerved
by
the
lack
of
respect
and
utter
disregard
I
was
shown
as
a
customer...
I
order
from
Dunkin’
just
about
everyday
and
have
never
had
a
problem
until
today...
I
won’t
be
coming
to
this
location
again.
