    Bought couple donuts for the kids. Our older kid find unknown fiber in the donut. Went back to the shop, and the manager said I can’t record from the drive though window. And tell me pull over to the store, she will call the cop. Waited 15mins. Nobody come out and no law offer showed up. Calling the headquarters. If you can! Do not come here!

    At 10 am they’re severing stale donuts my sandwich looks like a kindergarnder made it and everything is cooked different. My bagel is barley toasted the bacon is cold. They place is ran by UNPROFESSIONAL teenagers. Then there’s a sign that says if you don’t like our service apply within to fix it. No sorry hunny. You couldn’t afford pay me for one month to come and MANAGE your business. I have to apply to help run YOUR business. I have a real job. What a JOKE!!!! 0 out of 10. Joke. Joke. Joke.

    I'm giving you 1 star because this is an ongoing issue. Not once. Not 2 times but 3 times now I have gotten coffee at this location and it all 3 times has been extremely watered down and there is no way you guys are following quality control or any sort of protocol. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to pay 3.60 for a coffee only to be so disgusted you dump it out because it's like watered down milk. Thanks again DD!:)

    I had ordered a iced coffee with carmel and chocolate but they only gave me the carmel, the drink was watered down and we gave the drink back 3 times and still didn't give me the right drink and the women making the drink had to ask other staff 3 times how to make the drink I emailed a complaint to corporate every time I go to this location I have a issue I will not be going to this location anymore the one on 63rd and Cass is better.

    I went there yesterday. Around 4:45pm the drive thru cashier was RUDE. I ordered a latte. I'm watching him make in through the window. The milk wands for steaming the milk. Looks like they are never wiped down. I have worked in plenty of coffee shops. I know that is a food hazard. If someone has an allergy to milk they can potentially get hurt due to the neglect from the workers at this location! My coffee tasted burnt absolutely the WORST dunkin donuts I have ever been too!

    I asked specifically if they would PLEASE not fill my iced latte to the very top with ice as each time, I actually will have approximately 3 sips! He said, sure. They are always rushed, and I was the only person inside the store. I leave only to find out that he filled it higher than ever!! I could not see with the color of coffee. I am not spending 4 bucks for a cup of ice, especially for a large!! But, this is officially my last time purchasing anything at Dunkin donuts, plus my two donuts were drier than the Sahara!

    Coffee actually tastes better at this location, very clean, and they don't let the coffee sit in the pots, every cup is fresh. Best DD in the area, and I have been to all of them.

    Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review but today's experience was worth one. The manager working this morning should be reprimanded by her boss for the way she speaks to customers. I get we all have bad days but her attitude problem was a mile long and needs to be retrained on how to treat people. She was unpleasant and unprofessional and I hope everyone thinks twice about going to this specific location. There are two other Dunkin's right by this location and I will no longer be coming to this one.

    Ask for a sandwich on a plain bagel in the drive thru. They asked at least 3 times to confirm that I ordered my sandwich on a plain bagel. Which I said yes. Get home, sandwich is on not a plain bagel but a croissant. Why ask 3 times if you’re gonna mess up the order anyway. I was the only car there so it’s not even like you were busy, y’all just can’t do your jobs correctly.

    Food was absolutely terrible. I paid over $10 for old stale doughnuts. They also wanted to charge me $0.25 for water what the heck?? I noticed they were out of a lot of stuff and the food I got was really stale and dry. The service was menial and I was not impressed. I will be calling corporate for a refund. I needed up throwing away those really dry doughnuts.

    Customer service was great! I didn’t catch her name but I think she was the manager (blonde hair, worked a morning shift on 4/29), helped my dad and I order our coffees and was very friendly :). Macchiatos were very yummy!

    NOT welcome to the neighborhood. Just moved nearby. Took a walk w/o my purse. Wander in to DD but was accosted by employee about not having a mask. Told I didn’t have it and did they have one I could have/use bc I walked there. She just kept loudly and RUDELY insisting I get outside the front door. Employees that do not listen AND seem deathly afraid of healthy people?!! (Um, the unmasked customers in the drive thru window are closer to DD employees than I was as a walk in!) DD could have earned a lifelong customer as it’s such a convenient walk from my house. Instead I will NEVER be back and will tell all the fresh air loving people I know. Focus on coffee and food and stop training employees to be mask nazis. EXCEPTIONALLY poor first experience. Back home to my car to drive to a Starbucks.

    Waited 15min for the chicken and waffle sandwich. The woman at the drive thru did not put suger in my coffee, coffee tasted burnt and very bitter. They did not include papertowels in my meal. I was told to drive in front to wait for my food. There were no parking spots avail so i had to drive around till one came avail.

    Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. No one took my order. I drove to window and woman had her headset off talking on her phone. I tried to call and no one answered. This was the Dunkin in Darien on 75yh by Panda Express.

    I like some people who works there but they should not give a deaf customer a hard time with drive through only available if they close early for walk in. They need to change that to later because it's the summer. Love using mobile orders but sometimes they need to update what Donuts they have left for the day. It's frustrating and difficult to know ahead of time. But it is what it is. With the covid, it's been hard for us because I'm deaf and so is my wife. Please be more accessible, Dunkin. Thanks.

    This is my 6th visit and all have been negative experiences. They need to shut down this location that either has no Donuts or always have old stale Donuts. It needs to be converted into a coffee shop only. All Donuts that were shown on Menu. 0 out of 8 were available. They had some other variety, but again sadly they were not fresh at 11am.

    Terrible service, rude, and gets orders wrong. Worst Dunkin around. You either get this guy (probably in his mid 20s) who hates his job and acts like it too, or today I got this lady that rushed me through ordering and acted like me being in the drive thru was an inconvenience to her. And she then got the order wrong! Also, they didnt have blueberry donuts at 10am...

    This spot charges .50 for a box if you buy less than 6 donuts. So the thought process is that they want to stick 5 donuts in that little bag. Never mind the FACT that all the donuts will be squashed and any icing will spread. How cheap can you get. Cutting corners here...I wonder where else?

    Katherine the manager was very rude and mean and she didnt treat me like a customer... I was sitting in the pink chair enjoying a donut and tater tot and after i was finished i decided to put on my skull candy headphones listen to music and close my eyes to a song she said a customer complained about me sleeping which is stupid , then 10 minutes later I decided to use the bathroom and she says are you the one leaving toilet paper everywhere very rude and unprofessional to treat a customer , the food is great but the manager was not nice to me at all, cant enjoy the public environment at this dunkin donuts

    I made an online order to the wrong store, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. I was told that they can not do that, and I need to call the Dunkin’ store? When I told her I couldn’t understand what she was saying and that I wanted to talk to a manager she hung up the phone. I called back only to have the line picked up , heard I told her she needed to call and then the phone was hung up... so I called again, this time the phone was picked up and I could hear her and another employee talking about me... a younger girl answered and I asked for the manager, while I waited I proceeded to hear the conversations had by the employees and I was definitely upset... the manager picked up and was very helpful and I was able to get the phone number for where I needed to call to issue my refund. I myself am a manager in a customer service capacity and was very unnerved by the lack of respect and utter disregard I was shown as a customer... I order from Dunkin’ just about everyday and have never had a problem until today... I won’t be coming to this location again.
