This dentist office has been the best I have ever been to. The people are so caring and super friendly. The doctor is awesome, he really takes the time to explain everything he will doing. Now, let's not forget his assistant Kayla, she is great and also takes her time with you and really cares about any concerns you may have and if she does not have an answer then she will definitely get one for you. I love the work they have done so far.

I made an Appointment for me and my husband this past Monday. The office staff was so nice and the office was clean. Sandy did an Amazing job cleaning my teeth. The Dentist Dr. Trent Jones was very personable and knowledgeable. We were both very pleased with the care we received!

Can't get anyone on the phone or via text to schedule a cleaning for a month now. The first time I had a cleaning done here they ripped me off with some kind of fluoride treatment even though I only came in for a $95 cleaning. I tried giving them another chance but I guess they don't need the business.

Messed up my root canal. Was given a refund and was told they were closing their practice July 2022. Seems to be still open? Also was told they would give a referral to another dr. That would fix my tooth. We’ll never got that referral and now I’m sitting here with half a tooth. Seems like there are some fake reviews going in to keep their reviews more positive.

I came in for a deep cleaning and wisdom teeth removal. Both services were quick and painless. The staff is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend First Point Dental.

If you enjoy waiting 30 minutes to an hour only to be told they don't have everything necessary to work on your implants I highly recommend them. They'll also ask you to travel to the city to complete said implant work after you've already taken the day off and they've had your appointment on file for a month. Just fantastic. I love missing more days of work then needed because they can't manage their inventory. This is the third time it's happened and once I'm done with them I won't be coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE. They BURNT the hell out of my friend's FACE while she was SEDATED. AND SHE HAS SCARRING FROM IT. They still had the AUDACITY to bill her for anything and hide negligent surgeon behind a waiver with wording that seems to know it. How is it that your equipment overheats to the point where you don't notice searing facial flesh? They're lucky shes kind enough not to sue. They NEVER OFFERED ANY reperation for FACIAL SCARRING treatments afterwards only waiving the actual dental fee. Zero stars if it would post that way. ABSOLUTE TRASH that ought to be reported to their association.

I have been to the Westmont office 3 times now and hardly had to wait a minute each time. Professional and efficient with cleaning, fillings, and night guard fitting. I am happy to have found them. Would recommend.

Dr. Stennis is the BEST! I had a great experience in regards to getting some fillings. The staff is very nice and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great Dental office. Friendly staff will put you at ease making sure you are comfortable. Medical forms were sent before appointment so you won't get handed forms as soon as you walk in to fill out which is great. I needed a broken tooth pulled and was able to have it done that same day. Dr. Jones was great. No pain at all. Kudos to Kayla and Cindy for all the explanations of treatment plan and just for the welcoming atmosphere they create! This is the one you need to go to!

You are treated with respect at all times with First Point Dental. The service is friendly and professional. It's the first time in a while that I feel like I have a dentist that I can trust.

Dr. Belke is the best dentist! She is so kind and compassionate. She always takes her time and explains everything very thoroughly. I highly recommend her as a dentist!

First Point Dental is on point! Great staff and Dentist who are the best my mouth has ever known. I have a staggering fear of the Dentist that has totally disappeared thanks to First Point. I must say, Dr. Jones, his awesome Dental Assistant - Kayla, and his lovely front desk schedular/assistant - Olga are all spectacular. I highly recommend you give First Point Dental, Dr. Jones, Olga, Kayla, Cindy and staff a chance no matter where you are from but especially if you have moved to Chicagoland from a small rural town like me. Of course, the most important thing is that they do a great job so I have been very pleased with all the dental work that they have done so far but I think what makes them different than any other dentist that I have tried in the 15 years that I have bounced from suburb to suburb is their ability to communicate and their heart. They are so nice and have made me feel so welcome, it reminds me of my home town. Since I feel so comfortable, I am able to ask questions and make comments to them that I have always been scared to ask or say in the past because I didn't want to feel or look stupid. They work great with my insurance and provide easy to follow dental treatment plans & quotes.

They have to be the best dental practice around! Everyone there are so nice and professional; and they're always happy. The office is always neat and clean. I still don't know how they managed to pull 3 of my wisdom teeth and left me without any pain.
