I needed to have a skunk removed from the property and was fortunate to find ABC Humane Wildlife Control online. My experience with them was awesome. From my initial conversation with Jen to receiving updates from Joe after the problem had been solved... the whole process was very professional and services were done in a timely manner. ABC Wildlife Humane came to our house within 30 minutes of our emergency call, which was after normal working hours. From the office to Nick who contacted me to let me know he was on his way, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Thank you to Nick for calmly handling me and the uninvited bat in my house. Nick was professional and quickly captured the bat then explained next steps in terms of testing and follow up. Cannot thank ABC enough!

This review is for the initial visit to investigate if there is an animal in our home - the scheduling and punctuality of the visit were great. And the tech they sent out Steve was awesome. He was very detailed, he explained things clearly with pictures and was very patient with all the questions I had as part of the inspection overview and next steps. Def recommended.

The removal of our old attic insulation and installation of new insulation was handled beautifully by Elise and her crew. Cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, competency, clean-up and consideration of how the work would impact us. Top notch!

I was impressed by their customer service, all the people we worked with were very friendly, professional and communicative. Their pricing was reasonable as well. We had a raccoon making a home in our chimney and ABC helped us to remove the animal and install a cap. I would happily work with them again for any animal issues we have in the future.

I found them to be the most professional, thorough, safe and they demonstrated the best communications of almost any service, in any field that I've ever hired. From the tech who comes to your door to the office employees who call you to schedule, everyone was exemplary. I had wildlife chew threw the front fascia board along my roofline and then some birds decided to take up residence. This required a two man crew, a roof tie-off, and patching and painting to match my historical home. ABC did an amazing job and I highly recommend them!

ABC came to my house for a wildlife problem in my attic. They set a trap, and while they were here, they saw that I have yellowjacket wasps making nests near in my roof and eaves. The technician, Nathan, was fantastic. He was courteous, helpful, kind, professional, and really knew what he was doing. As a result of Nathan’s knowledge and service, I signed up with ABC’s monthly pest control package. Hopefully we can catch whatever is in my attic (believed to be a squirrel), and they’re coming out tomorrow to take care of the wasps. Thank you so much for your prompt and professional services! I would recommend your service to anybody!

Called today. They gave me a fair price. It was cheaper than most. Came within two hours. Tech got the raccoon, humanely, immediately, and was on his way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

They came early and picked up the 2nd skunk..Eric was very informative and was answering my questions also he was a very nice fellow.

Very happy with the service provided. Took care of the squirrels in my attic. Setup traps and took away 4 squirrels. Came out to the property promptly after me calling them and after every capture. They also fixed the entry point so that no more squirrels would be able to get in. Highly recommended.

Please go to Smithereens or elsewhere! This company is a scam. I had a bat (in my tenants home) and they said they'd be out in 10 minutes. The guys (looked 18) said they can't catch a bat during the day, and left within 10 min. It was not brought to my attention that the best time would be at night. The guys came in with jeans, t-shirt, no protective gear, or gloves. One guy had a fishing net, and the other had nothing. They said they would charge me $350 even though they didn't catch the bat (or really had any intention to since it was daylight). I called and spoke to the manager (Rebecca) asking to dispute the $350 or at least put that toward coming out at nighttime to try. She attacked my character saying I'm a bad landlord and will write an online review (on what grounds? I've never rented to her lol), and attacked my tenant saying he was a hoarder (she was never at the place, and no one took pictures, so this is not only rude, but false). Rebecca seemed a little "out of it", and definitely not in a position to have a manager position (no people skills). I was never emailed an itemized receipt or follow through on the 10 min visit. If I don't win the credit card dispute, it will be a shame as they're scamming people, but the least I could do is write a review to warn others.

ABC Wildlife has been great to work with. All of the technicians have been super helpful. Steve was our most recent technician and he was so helpful and kind. He explained the process and had some great suggestions on how to keep the squirrels away. Thank you!

Steve came out to do an initial inspection. He was prompt and courteous. I thought we had squirrels, but as it turned out only loud mice! He explained all their services - cost and coverages. Not pushy at all and took his time to answer questions. Would highly recommend this company vs others I have used.

My experience with ABC Wildlife, from start to finish, was nothing short of fantastic. We had birds nesting in our gable vent above the garage, and needed nesting safely removed, with additional need to block the vent from future birds. Everyone I interacted with at each stage was professional, kind, and thorough. At no point did I ever lose communication on next steps, which I truly appreciated. The results look great, and I will absolutely be using them again if we run into an issue elsewhere in the house.

Theron and Michael did a very thorough and complete inspection of every possible entry way for the flying squirrel in our basement.(roof, vents, garage, attic, dryer vent…). They then caught the squirrel! Yay! They were also very kind, patient and considerate. Thanks for your professional help.

We needed a dead skunk removed from our tight crawlspace. Tyler (our ABC wildlife technician) was extremely timely in getting to us and getting the skunk out from under our house. Jen (who scheduled us) was so personable and helpful! So thankful to be able to move on with life now that we can say goodbye to the horrid skunk smell that invaded our home.

I had a bat in my apartment and Super Star Zack came to my rescue! He was so incredibly thorough and conscientious! I had had foot surgery and couldn't move too quickly. My main concern was being chased and bitten by a rabid bat. Zack was very knowledgable and reassured me. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, as well as his kindness. I was pretty shaky! ;0 Thank you Zack! Excellent!

Found a bat in the basement on a Sunday afternoon. They had someone out here within about an hour. They took care of the bat, will call us with test results and answered all our questions. Very helpful.

Great service. Called on Sunday morning and Chris was here within an hour. He found and removed a feral cat that had come in a door overnight that had not been secured. Thank you.

We had an injured skunk in the yard. Not dead so I didn't want to try to take care of it myself. The people at ABC were very helpful and friendly. Explained my options over the phone and then came out the next morning to take care of the skunk. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an animal problem

From the very first phone call I couldn’t be happier with the extremely professional level of service and their responsiveness! So glad we found them ! Chris provided answers to every crazy question I had with patience and also offered suggestions to help us combat the “nutty squirrels”. Although I hope we won’t have to use them for long, I would be more than happy to in the future and I’d refer ABC Wildlife as often as possible!

I needed a dead critter removed from my basement and ABC came through. The Technician, Theron, was prompt, friendly, professional and very informative. The staff with whom I spoke on the phone was equally helpful and professional. A few years ago they came here to trap an appossum and were very humane in regards to the process and how the animal is handled for research. I highly recommend their services if needed.

Thank goodness ABC wildlife works on weekends and holidays! Easter morning we were surprised by a sick skunk on our patio and we had guests coming over that afternoon. Within about 90 minutes our technician Danny came and removed the skunk, even though he got sprayed. He was polite, efficient and thorough. He definitely deserves a five star review!

Seriously you don't remember when people have already paid you for your "evaluation" which is ridiculous over priced and seems to change. and don't call me to remove this review, because it's not going to happen.
