I
have
written
a
glorious
review
for
this
salon
before
because
of
the
amazing
experience
I
had
with
a
stylist
who
does
not
work
here
anymore.
However,
after
she
left,
I
decided
to
give
another
stylist
a
try
and
I
went
to
Macie
for
a
trim
and
blowout.
I
had
specifically
told
her
that
it
took
me
6
long
months
to
grow
my
hair
out
due
to
a
health
condition,
and
that
I
only
wanted
a
trim
-
I
even
showed
her
pictures
of
what
my
previous
stylist
had
done.
Please
tell
me
why
even
after
having
explained
everything,
she
chopped
more
than
half
of
my
hair
off
with
unflattering
layers.
My
hair
is
curly,
so
when
in
natural
form,
it
barely
hit
my
chin
level
after
the
haircut.
When
I
told
her
that
she
went
too
short,
her
response
was,
'Well,
the
good
thing
is
it
is
going
to
grow
back.'
I
am
so,
so
disappointed
with
her
and
the
management.
It
has
been
3
months
since
the
incident,
and
I
kept
quiet
but
noticing
how
my
hair
has
not
grown,
I
am
frustrated
and
disappointed.
This
needs
to
be
a
lesson
for
these
stylists
that
for
some
of
us,
it
is
not
easy
to
grow
our
hair
out,
and
if
I
trusted
you
with
my
hair,
I
expected
proper
communication
and
checking
in
with
me
before
chopping
half
of
my
hair
without
asking
me.
I
had
talked
to
someone
at
the
front
desk
after
the
incident
and
I
was
asked
to
come
back
after
my
hair
grows
out
to
work
with
another
stylist.
But
what
am
I
supposed
to
come
in
with
when
my
hair
has
barely
grown.
I
went
to
Macie
due
to
all
the
amazing
reviews
but
I
am
not
coming
back
to
her
again.
