I will only give this place 1 star because of the Doctor’s they actually care about their patients well some of them , but management there plays favoritism to certain employees and let them get away with everything. They had a good staff but everyone quit due to their lack of professionalism.

Now that there is only one Medical Assistant in the Merrillville location due to all of the MAs leaving because of management, I wonder who or what they're going to blame. Because it's never them and a few of the Dr's (not all) are to blame as well because they know what goes on and do or say absolutely nothing.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This woman named Dr.Kumar was the absolute rudest most worthless doctor I've ever visited in my life. She ignored everything I was sharing with her and rushed me out of the exam room as quickly as she could once I shared some of my personal information with her and my specific situation it became clear to me that Dr. Kumar didn't think I deserved her time or professionalism because it was definitely lacking to put it lightly. I would run in the opposite direction if someone advises you to check this place out because it is absolutely horrendous.

Absolutely unprofessional, lack of care and empathy for patients. The amount of pain and struggle my wife has been through with this practice is plenty enough standing for a lawsuit. If you are forced to see a urologist through this group, I pity you. These doctors all need their licenses revoked.

I have an upcoming appointment, which was much sooner than surround Urology Centers. The woman who answered and made my appointment was terrific. She let me explain everything and was kind and accommodating and offered to me on the cancelation list for a sooner appointment. THEN, as I was typing this, she called me back and got me an earlier appointment. Today, I have called 4 Urology Centers and no one even came close to this kind of care and accommodation. I will update once I've had my appointment, which I am sure will be great!

Dr Yalowitz and his staff are excellent, very attentive and great with follow ups. Vasectomy, kidney stone treatments all good.
