Small
shop,
it's
probably
great
in
person,
however
I
would
not
recommend
ordering
items
from
their
website
Original
order
was
place
on
2/28
with
an
2-day
shipping
option
selected
via
the
Seller's
website
selected
at
checkout.
7
days
after
placing
the
order,
I
had
not
heard
from
the
seller
regarding
my
shipment
-
so
I
sent
an
email
to
the
seller.
After
no
response
from
the
seller
for
another
week,
I
called
their
shop
several
times.
Eventually
on
Friday
3/17,
I
was
able
to
get
in
contact
with
Nick
from
the
Dive
Shop.
He
acknowledged
that
they
had
not
even
processed
my
order
from
several
weeks
back.
He
also
told
me
he
would
not
send
the
shipment
via
2-day
express
shipping
because
"you
didn't
pay
enough
in
shipping"
-
not
really
my
issue
as
I
selected
the
option
on
their
website.
If
there
is
an
issue
with
their
shipping
rates,
I
suggest
they
fix
that.
He
eventually
stated
he
would
send
the
item
via
UPS
ground
"sometime
in
the
next
few
days"
-
it
was
sent
on
3/20.
I
asked
if
he
would
refund
me
the
shipping
charge
and
he
said
he
would
refund
me
the
difference
between
what
I
paid
in
shipping
and
the
actual
shipping
rates.
The
item
eventually
arrived
on
3/23,
nearly
a
month
after
being
ordered.
It's
now
4/5
and
I
have
yet
to
receive
the
refund
promised.
