I drive an hour to continue to get exceptional dental services from Dr. Chun! My front teeth broke when I was a child and no one makes the bonding look so perfect and natural. Dr. Chun always puts my best interest first and has continued to impress me. I've been a customer for years and will always be!! I forgot my insurance card today because I recently got a new job. They said don't worry about payment just send us your insurance card next week. I received services and was on my way. HIGHLY RECOMMED!! I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chun!! I can't stop smiling after visiting Dr. Chun because my teeth look so great.

I had my very first dental appointment today at Evanston Dental Care. I had an excellent experience and was glad I chose to come here. They take high sanitary precautions to keep every one safe during this pandemic. I felt safe and very well taken of. They explained everything and I was able to understand my treatment plan. Having had some bad experiences with dentists when I was young, it has been difficult for me to find a dentist I can trust. A coworker recommended Dr. Chun to me and I've been seeing him now for several years. The anxiety I felt visiting a dentist is no longer there and going in for a cleaning is no longer a stressful experience. I love the text reminders that are sent several times before my appointment. I and my teen-aged daughter have been going to Dr. Chun since we moved to Evanston in 2010. I have been exceedingly happy with him, and whenever someone asks me if I know of a good dentist, I recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, and has a very relaxed and calm demeanor, which really helped my daughter when she was younger. Dr. Chun is also very gentle when he does his exam, which is also obviously a plus. And for busy people: I have never had to wait once is the 7 years I have been seeing him. I recommend him very highly.

Every six months I make the trek from Hyde Park to Evanston to see Dr. Chun. He's a great dentist. I really appreciate that he doesn't push unnecessary treatment. I've had other dentists tell me I need Invisalign, my fillings replaced, and my teeth whitened.. I really trust Dr. Chun - I've only had 1-2 fillings in the last 4 years.

I highly recommend this place! My hygienist Pamela is the best. She is gentle, and thorough. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Chun is kind, gentle, and good at what he does. Very concerned with pain management. If needing to refer out for services he does not do, has excellent provider network. Office staff are easy to work with and accommodating.

Dr. Chun is a wonderful dentist. I first started seeing him nine years ago when I lived in Evanston, and, even though I have moved twice since then, I still drive 45 minutes there to see him twice a year. He is always gentle and has never slipped and poked me, he always answers my questions thoroughly and has suggestions for better dental hygiene. For a while I didn't have dental insurance and I found his prices quite reasonable. His front desk staff are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. The office is always clean and professional. I would never go anywhere else!

Never going to this clinic again. Their front desk customer service is extremely rude. Not only did they diligently check whether a procedure is covered in my insurance or not, but when I called them for more explanation (after paying whatever I owed by the way without even asking for a refund), the front desk lady gave an extremely rude answer "The dentist is not going to close his eyes and stick toothbrush in your mouth to do an evaluation". This customer service is beyond imagination. If you still want to go to the clinic, insist on proof that they have checked with the insurance before you go for the treatment. Edit: After writing email to the office, Dr. Chun got back to me himself and apologized for the mistake. I appreciate this gesture by Dr. Chun. Hence, I am increasing the rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
