Bed bugs ,big pot hole through a one way you have to go through get out bottomed out the Cadillac. Also we asked for towels and paid for 3 people .we turned in old towels and were given only hand towels. No ice machine someone busted front windows in office. A couple was at front with law asking for another room because room the reserved was nasty....you do the math.as for me I'll never go there again.

Disgusting. First step into the room and we found 5 roaches. 2 in the room, 2 in the entrance of the bathroom and 1 in the bathtub. We went immediately to the front desk to asked for a refund and they offered us another room that supposed to be clean. We opened the room and... more roaches climbing the walls. Back to the front office to asked for full refund. The lady in the front desk (Louise) was very unpleasant to talk with. Really rude and careless. A place not to even stop by!

The price is not bad at all! Great overall experience! I only spent 1 night just to go to the beach! Noise free, convenient if your going out to the bar, club, shopping, out to eat! The manager, his wife and the housekeeper were very friendly!

People please do not waste your money on this hotel. They don't care that they sell rooms full of bedbugs and rude isn't the word for the cutomer service it's way worst than rude. My daughter and boyfriend traveled there and they checked the bed and saw beg bugs before laying down. They took all the money they had to pay for the room but was smart enough to request a refund. My children are left stranded outside over night because if this hotel. I called them myself as a very concerned mother all the way from Raleigh NC. The lady was so rude kept over talking me then hung up on me. Please don't make these folks any richer they don't deserve a one star. It need to be condemned and rebuilt with new workers. For sure God won't let them get away with taking folks money and giving them the worst stay off their life. Beware folks. A concerned MOTHER!!!!

I could've stayed at the Bates Motel. My daughter was actually scared to stay there! The only reason I stayed was because someone else booked the room for us since we were from out of town. The older white lady with blondeish hair was rude and accused me of IDENTITY THEFT because a family member booked the room. Anyway... The site said something about breakfast but you couldn't pay me to eat there. The bathroom was a hot mess (I'll just leave it at that). Furniture was old and really beaten up. But the sheets were clean. The TV had around 4 channels and was an old model on a shaky floor stand. I don't care what budget you are working with...you can do better than this. Never again...I said never.

⛧The self proclaimed american man is racist to white people.I went to rent a room for two nights. The next day.The man evicts me says he doesn't want me there, because I was locked myself out. He reports me to the authorities and he evicts me out, I was refunded and left.

You get what you pay for. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are very spacious. There are some minuses to it though. It is made for short people. Maybe 5ft tall. AC is not the best for someone who has hot flashes or just got in general. Be is very hard. If you like firm beds you will definitely get it. Towels are rough. Little bit of a smell but goes away after you've had AC on for a bit. Husband was very disappointed that there was no vending machines. It is clean, lots of room, and great water pressure.

My room smelled like it had been smoked in. The curtain had a cigarette burn on it. It had red or orange stains on it also as if someone threw up on it. The light(s) above the sink didn't work. When I turned the bathroom light on a cockroach ran out of the bathroom. There were cobwebs on the wall by the door. The wall paper was torn and peeling in 2 locations. The paint above the sink on the ceiling was chipped. The wasn't an iron nor an ironing board in the room. There wasn't a closet in the room. Then, I found a cigarette butt on the floor by the window. I'm glad I wasn't here during the summer. I'm sure there is mold in the AC unit. I spent $158.09 for 2 nights. I wish I chose another place to sleep. I didn't want to take my footwear off nor use their shower without cleaning it myself. The tub had rust stains on it also. I slept on top of the bedding. I wish I read the reviews before booking a room at that place. The breakfast wasn't much of breakfast. It was coffee, bread and bananas. I booked room 131.

It was infested with roaches, out dated furniture, no WiFi, no phone, room had a stale odor. I was so uncomfortable that I slept sitting up with my on neck pillow. I had to go shower someone else, the tub was filthy with bug scales. I informed the office about the roaches “ that’s normal, people sleep here all the time” OMG I’m floored that they are in business. The night manager offered me another room (smoking) I do not smoke, I asked are there roaches in the room “ he said most likely “ freaking disgusting. I’ll never go economy again.

My room is comfortable ac is cold and the tv works. The furniture is dated but its clean and my room doesnt smell. I did see a roach but with these places when youve had roaches like that for a long time you have to just tear the whole place down and start over. At this point they can only reduce the number of bugs.....not eliminate them.

Very nice and clean room and very good service..

Rooms provided the need however just felt unclean lots of structure issues overall price was mediocre and reflected in service and rooms
