I'm currently here in the ER because my doctor sent me thinking they'd help. I had a chest xray 2 and a half hours ago and they kept sending me back to the waiting room. Meanwhile no updates and no concern for me saying I can't breathe and that my hands and feet are cold and tingly. Every time I ask for updates I get brushed off and whe. I finally said give me my results and I'm leaving since you won't tell me if you're helping me there was absolutely no concern over my health. They just want to bl my insurance for hours I'm o!re and treatment they didn't di!

I've been sitting in the waiting area for over 6 hours with horrible stomach pains. Everyone who was here when I first arrived is now gone and now the people that came after me are all being seen. My pain has been constant since arriving. I just need to see a doctor. I am just curious as to what is the pecking order here? How does it work? As long as there is someone else in greater need walking in I never get seen? Why is my emergency treated less than?? About 4 years ago I came here in pain and was unsure of how or what was causing it and was turned away because the nurse said that I was "drug seeking" 2 weeks later I was rushed back into the ER here with the same symptoms but the second time the doctor ran more test and realized that I needed EMERGENCY SURGERY to have my gallbladder removed! I was so happy to be out of the pain that I didn't even think to seek counsel for being mistreated and handled by Crozier's emergency room staff. This facility has poor bedside manners. The State needs to step in and make some major changes! ** Feel free to check my records and see that I was turned away in pain 2 weeks prior to having emergency surgery here. **

Positive experience with the staff (besides the IV insertion....) & no wait time. I did get the last bed though & I went in pretty early in the morning. So my experience is likely not the norm. Ended up having a bacterial infection. Was there for 2 hours. Blood work, urinalysis, 2 bags of fluids. Got a $10k bill for that....just unbelievable honestly. I've been to the ER many times & have never come out with a bill like this.

They took wonderful care of my low verbal son. The one on one people were so helpful. The medication doctor listened to me and really helped my son.

With only 6 people in the waiting room, 5 people left out from the back. Why aren’t 5 of 6 being called to the back? The wait time here is unbelievable. There is no reason why people come to seek medical attention and have to wait hours before even being called to triage.

Was made to wait over 6 hours to be seen for rectal bleeding and vomiting and to top that off they took me out of the system because they asked a random lady if I was here. They never said anything out loud for to me to hear. the actual nurses and doctors where helpful and respectful if I didn’t have a bad response to one of the medications they gave me I would have been able to stay longer for more test and figure out what’s actually going wrong with me thank you for the few that cared to help me

I swear this hospital gets worse everytime I go there. They left my mom open after surgery to allow her to get necrotizing fasciitis. They killed my father in law and refused to allow anyone to even speak to him while he was dying during Covid. Then they forget about you In the waiting room like you don’t exist!
