My husband and I recently (late September) stayed at NewVida Preserve and we loved it! The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were great, the pastries and coffee from the bistro were delicious, the cocktails were outstanding, the on-site hiking trails were nice (we enjoyed the start of the fall colored leaves), and we were able to squeeze in some time to wind down with massages. Overall it was both an active and relaxing stay and we really enjoyed it! Would definitely do it again!

The owners and staff are fantastic - I’ve been to visit on 4 separate occasions and have always received a warm & friendly welcome. The owners answer all our questions about the developing property and the future of the preserve. We have hiked the trails, enjoyed drinks & live music and now dinner. Wonderful! The introductory dinner menu was thoughtful, imaginative and well put together. They recommended specialty drink pairings for each course & we left pleasantly full and content. Highly recommend!

This space is vibrant and beautiful. Their mocktail options of all their cocktails were great for those who don't want the alcohol and appreciated. They have had some amazing artists already playing there. Will be returning very soon and look forward to checking out their other offerings. Massage, yoga etc

I live nearby and have gone several times to the craft bar for cocktails and small plates. We have tried all of them and they are all great. I appreciate that they change the menu and am looking forward to trying dinner. Tonight we were there and the entertainment was so great, music and an amazing performance with hoops! I love that the owners are reaching out and supporting our community. The atmosphere is really beautiful and is family friendly. Warms my heart to see kids there! I also go to yoga classes, beautiful space and great teachers. I am so happy that this is part of our community.

We loved our stay — it’s perfect for couples! The cost-benefit is great as you get a very well located place (11 minutes from the Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort) with an upscale restaurant and bar in the building, and very comfortable and cozy room. They even have trails in the property, gym, and services like yoga classes and massages that we didn’t have the chance to try… We would recommend it and come back!

We loved our stay! We booked a room for Thanksgiving. The after hours check in was very easy, that night they had a live band playing which was nice. Rooms were clean, but the best part was the bed! We had a king size bed with some sort of tempurpedic mattress and pillows, we had the most comfortable sleep. The staff was very helpful, friendly and joyful. They have a nice bar and small plates, the food was great too.

I made a reservation for dinner for 2 at NewVida Preserve because I was staying in a nearby town for a couple's getaway. It was so easy to make a reservation, which I appreciated. I was blown away by the sweet and attentive staff! We arrived roughly 20 mins early for our reservation, and the staff who welcomed us kindly offered us options to ensure we were happy and taken care of. The staff are clearly well-versed with the menu because they had specific comments to make on the dishes or drinks they had tried themselves. The menu can accommodate dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences (GF, vegetarian, pescetarian), and based on how thoughtful and attentive the staff were, I am sure they would do their best to accommodate more specific dietary needs. The beer and cocktail menu had a variety of alcoholic and NON-alcoholic options (including cocktails) which was also deeply appreciated. Our food (a steak meal and a vegetarian pasta meal respectively) was absolutely delicious and satisfying. There was live music that added to the ambiance (instead of drowning out conversation), and the setting in general is so lovely for a warm evening with friends, family, or a date. We left smiling. Delightful staff that personally greeted us at check-in and escorted us to our room. The room was fantastic with atrium doors opening to a deck, looking at Whiteface Mountain! The area is very scenic, full of hiking trails and located away from all tourist areas. Will definitely be back!
