New
Years
Eve...
we
were
greeted
by
being
asked
"Are
you
guys
here
to
drink
or
eat?"
We
happily
said
both,
and
our
servers'
snide
response
was,
"Well
sorry,
we
closed
our
kitchen."
What
kind
of
place
doesn't
even
have
snacks
for
patrons
on
New
Years
Eve?
Juke
box
was
so
outrageously
loud
we
couldn't
hear
ourselves
talk
despite
being
right
next
to
each
other...
Planned
on
watching
the
ball
drop,
too
bad
they
wouldn't
turn
on
their
TV.
Wanted
to
play
pool,
same
people
wouldn't
let
go
of
the
table
since
they
were
"regulars."
My
fiancé
and
her
friend
sat
for
over
20
mins
waiting
to
get
another
drink
because
the
bartender
was
smoking...
I'm
sorry.
Service
was
absolutely
pathetic.
I'm
not
being
over
critical
either...
I've
worked
in
kitchens
and
been
a
server
on
major
holidays,
it's
not
as
difficult
as
they
made
it
seem
with
all
of
their
15
(maybe
less)
regulars
they
had
in
there.
Not
even
close
to
an
enjoyable
experience.
Thankfully
we
went
to
Bogarts
and
they
had
food,
snacks,
got
to
watch
the
ball
drop
and
had
very
attentive
staff
despite
having
nearly
100
people
in
that
tiny
bar.
By
the
way,
the
extra
star
is
for
Bogarts
saving
our
New
Year's
experience
and
making
me
feel
generous.
