    Slowest drive thru ever. The girl with reddish pink hair taking orders was absolutely perfect & sweet but those on the inside really need to get the lead out.

    We’ve been going to this particular Starbucks for many years now, and all of the employees are very welcoming no matter how busy they’ve and even if the line is out to the street. They always apologize for the wait and make sure your food and drinks are accurate. Keep up the great work!

    The staff here was incredibly helpful! They helped me choose a non-coffee beverage by explaining the ingredients and flavor profile. I was impressed that they understood all that was in the drink. The inside was very clean and organized. Not too busy at midday. Inside also was spacious

    Best in the city. There may be a line but they hustle and get your order done quickly and correctly. The ones located close to the campus are good as well, but the lines are CRAZY long most of the time. The only thing I would suggest to them if the Starbucks in T-Town are reading this is, you guy all need to stay open later. This is a college town and the students need their caffeine after 9 p.m., if they are studying...and even if they aren't and are just addicted to caffeine. :)

    Never waited 20 minutes on a Starbucks order . Especially for two drinks and a loaf . When order was Completed it was wrong . Barista got a attitude when informed that the order was incorrect . When I initially asked about the wait I was told that she wasn’t on that station to ask the other barista . Very unprofessional . I vist this site almost everyday and to have this experience I will definitely visit another location from now on .

    My girlfriend just FaceTimed me and is super upset, because yall didn't make her drink right, but she didn't want to be difficult so she just accepted the drink and through it away. She just wasted like 7 bucks on a coffee and now she just wants to go home and cry. Please do your best to prevent this in the future. I just don't think yall quite understand how much the starby she gets affects her mood for the remainder of the day/week/year. Thankyou Sincerely WC

    Love the frappes. Caramel frappe with mocha drizzle is the best. But if I want to customize it, it gets way of hand. It can be over $14 dollars. Now I only get the caramel frappe with one extra frappicino shot. That is still over $6 dollars. It's starting to become impossible to get anything from Starbucks anymore I also learned the little trick of ordering on the mobile app. You can do everything you need without having to explain it to the barista. I only live about a mile or so, so I'll place the mobile order and be on my way. My frappe will be there ready to go

    Horrible service, and they don't make drinks in order. I waited 30 minutes for an online order while I watched them skip around to make the easy drinks first. I got my food 20 minutes before my drink, but it was cold before I got my drink. The staff is friendly but they need new management.

    Update....ordered from the app and accidentally selected wrong location. Customer service was amazing and my order was taken care of promptly, without hesitation! Good customer service! Drink was also good, I prefer this one over the other locations in Tuscaloosa.

    Coffee was barely warm. I an finding that Starbucks loves serving lukewarm coffee. Such a shame to spend that kind of money on a cup of coffee only to pour bathwater temperature coffee in your mouth.

    Service was friendly and prompt. My spinach feta wrap was still cold in the middle. We also ordered two iced apple crisp macchiatos which didn't taste the same at all. One tasted like it didn't have the apple syrup in it at all. Quality is very inconsistent as opposed to the location on 15th st.

    I was handed a hot cup of coffee without the protector. Needless to say, it burnt my hand. I also had to put the plug into the top. These are things I thought were the norm. Apparently, I'm accustomed to wonderful service at all the other Starbucks I've visited nationwide.

    I personally think Starbucks has gone downhill over the past year or so. The prices go up, and the flavor and service have gone down. Today, I ordered something for myself and my daughter, and I can only guess the cashier put it in incorrectly. When they called my name, they placed down a hot coffee, and I'm sorry, but in Alabama summer, I am not drinking hot coffee! Thankfully, the lady making coffees made an iced one even though the recipe didn't say so. But, this is just yet another time of wrong orders. 😕

    They stay really busy but they are always good sometimes though because they are so busy your order may get messed up but if you have ever worked in the food service industry then you know mistakes happen and they are always happy to fix it for you if that does happen

    Order ahead option has been unavailable 4 of the last 5 days but it's whatever, it happens. The 2 stars is because 3 of the last 5 days they also closed off in-store purchases (morning rush only) forcing everyone through the drive-thru which extended around the store and into the street. The two times I went, in the afternoon/late AM, the drinks were decent enough and the staff was exceptionally nice. Not nice enough to wait a half hour or more for, but definitely welcoming and courteous. If they could figure out the tech issues and correct their AM routine then they'd probably be great.

    This has been a great coffee shop to get work done. However, the last couple of times that I went the music was too loud. I know that sounds like a old person complaint, but people sit in a coffee shop for studying or conversing. The music needs to be loud enough to drown out some noise from others, but there is a limit. It almost seems like the volume of the music is more for the employees than the customers. I still give it 4 stars because it has always been a great spot previously.

    Their iced cold chocolate mocha is so good but the caramel frappuccino is also good. My daughter and I have recently got hooked. I've only been a customer of the drinks for a week.

    My wife got a White Chocolate Mocha it had very little coffee in it. (BAD!!!) and I got a Caramel Macchiato it tasted like watered down steamed milk with caramel in it. (Horrible is best way to describe it, WILL NOT STOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!) March 14, 2022

    This location is amazing. I travel from Atlanta often and every time I come to this Starbucks, the service is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you had a good visit.     I will always go out of my way to visit this Starbucks. As someone who used to work at this location, I know the amount of care and quality that goes into every drink. These baristas are incredibly skilled at what they do, and always do it with the best attitude (which is quite hard in food service). Working there was like finding a new family, and the baristas do an excellent job of extending that hospitality to the customers as well. Starbucks on Skyland has the best baristas, and the most consistent, high quality food and beverage. End of story! The store manager and shift leaders put their heart and soul into this store, and it does not go unnoticed.

    It was good, but I asked for splenda. They didn't have any so they gave me sugar. I'm a diabetic. I had to wait until I got home to put sweetener in my drink.

    I pulled up to the drive through lane which had about 6 cars in front of me but I was at the order intercom in no time. The workers were very courteous and and high spirited. The young lady at the pick up window even mentioned about their Starbucks app and a overview of the perks of downloading and using it! The caramel frappe was great and the grilled cheese was warm and tasty! Definitely top tier drive through service

    I was just at Starbucks and the drive through worker was so kind and had such great energy. I think his name was Daniel, but I’m not sure. He was so polite and made my day. It is always such a nice experience coming to this location with great workers like these!

    I love this location. I’m here just about every other day, however the last couple of times I’ve been here, my order has been prepared incorrectly. I put my order in on the mobile app, but what I get is definitely not what I sent in….I can taste the difference. I ordered this morning…same thing. The barista offered to remake it, but I didn’t have time. I use the app to save time on my way to work. Waiting around while they remake my drink defeats that purpose.

    Went in today to get a coffee. Whoever the manager is, I think her name was Zan or something, was so rude to her workers. Like I understand y’all were busy, but it was pure disrespect that I witnessed. I feel sorry for those workers and they should definitely get a raise. Especially the girl who was sweeping and cleaning. Her name was Bella I believe. She was so kind to me!

    ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso through the mobile app and i was given espresso and oatmilk in a cup. it’s supposed to have 4 pumps of brown sugar syrup but there was no sweeteners at all. i got the same drink yesterday and a different location and it tasted completely different (better).

    Everyone loves Starbucks. It's a coffee go-to. And I don't write Yelp reviews. Ever. But this location deserves an immense amount of praise. I come here several mornings a week for coffee before work. The baristas are always so friendly and accommodating- honestly they're one of the best parts of my morning. A couple of weeks ago, I came to Starbucks for my morning coffee and wanted to grab a bite for breakfast. Unfortunately, they were out of several of the items I was interested in and I ended up not getting food. BUT the barista continued to try to please my picky taste and then ended up giving me my coffee complimentary as an (unnecessary) apology for being out of the food I wanted. Then today, I came here to do some work during spring break. The staff was friendly, as usual, but was literally over the top with customer service. They checked on me throughout the evening to see if I needed anything, offered to get me coffee refills, and even gave me my second latte discounted when I eventually ordered one. When my refill order got lost in translation, Stacy gave me a gift card for my next coffee as an apology. She even let me try some of her Frappuccino creation which was freaking dang good, let me say. This Starbucks location is out of the way for me. It's about a 20-minute drive out of my way in the morning and there are other, more convenient locations. But I will continue to make the drive out here to come here because these employees are phenomenal. Cheers to you guys. Thanks for making my day better, one latte at a time!

    It helps to have someone out front taking pre-orders. It would be further helpful to not be out so far that vehicles impede traffic. Still had to wait so just move further up the line so a few more cars can enter the parking lot.
