I haven't been here in quite some time. But I was spending some time with a couple of my favorite kids and they love CPK. So CPK it was. I ordered their small plate guacamole and the flavor was good. It was very cold. Like ice cold but none the less good flavor. The kids ordered the Mac and cheese one of them edamame. I had the mushroom and pepperoni with truffle oil and for dessert I got the salted Carmel dessert to go. Looking forward to eating that! Over all the food was good. I think since it was the end of the night everyone was getting ready to close up.

I wanted to like this place. The drinks were good. Service was super slow, waitress was having a rough day, I totally get it. Not sure if they were understaffed or not. We had to wait over 20 minutes to be acknowledged at our table. The pizza was overdone, super dry. They were out of multiple items on the menu as well. With bad service and bad food, I’d definitely stay away.

Love this place. Not busy inside till later in the evening but the take out was definitely going. Food was perfect pasta cooked perfect and chicken was great, and dining area was clean. Waitress was a little overwhelmed maybe new because it wasn't too busy and missed some of the regular things. Drink refills, plates for the bread, and always try to get the kids meals out first or at least at the same time as the other orders. That said she was very friendly. It was also good to see Sr Management out checking on tables. Big thanks to Hector who was out there following up on orders and tables as well as another Senior waiter didn't get his name I apologize. Reason why I choose this location over the other 3 near me.

Sadly today the food was a massive disappointment. Usually the food is great! What I ordered and what I got was very different. When they offered to fix the mistake, instead of making a fresh pizza they took the nasty stuff off [but not properly] then send it back out with still some of the nasty stuff on my pizza. Very disappointed!! The server was great and very apologetic but being someone who love fresh stuff, I just couldn’t eat it.

Michelle/bartender/every worker there is amazing and people oriented. Even thought they may be short staffed, she always makes it a great experience with a smile and excellent customer service. I hope the company knows what a valuable asset they have and reward her and all the others who work hard to keep that place running with such excellence!

Ordered a California club pizza and got shredded iceburg no arugula or basil, maybe 5 pieces of bacon. I called them and all they could say is it’s a blend. Absolutely 100% iceburg. Won’t be ordering from them again.

We really enjoyed ourselves when we ate here. And the waitress was awesome! The only thing i noticed is the front door keep getting stuck like it was locked but it wasn't and people couldn't get in to eat, so i keep open the door for them. Hopefully they'll get that fixed! Not to many people would open the door for customers if they are eating and enjoying themselves. Overall a nice place to eat at, even if it was only about 5 people working in the afternoon rush/lunch time. The staff were very nice but I saw they had way to many jobs at the restaurant for one person. Good luck with finding more workers.

We love CPK. Especially this particular location. Their service is always great, and the food never disappoints. The rewards points will keep us coming back for more!

The food was delicious! There was an issue with my order and before I even noticed it the waiter said that more did was already being made and they decided to bring out the original dish so I could still eat with the rest of the group. My picky children also really enjoyed their meals as well. Definitely a great family place that we will be back to soon.

I absolutely love this CPK location. Every single associate I have met at this store has been so pleasant and helpful. Erin has always provided me with great service. She is an absolute delight. The manager, Felix, has always been cheerful and super customer service oriented. He is constantly running food out and helping out his servers while at the same time helping in the kitchen and take out areas. He is truly amazing! I would like to thank everyone at this CPK location for always making my trip there seamless, worry free and pleasant. I feel fortunate I live so close to a restaurant that consistently has wonderful, tasty and healthy foods delivered by happy, helpful people and management.

We ordered drinks and food, waiter came back with drinks, I ordered ice tea unsweetened with extra lemon, he brought water with lemon. I ordered and soup and salad, other person with me ordered 1/2 sandwich and soip. Saw other people come in after us and they had there food, which was a pizza before us. The waiter finally brought out food out, and both soups were cold. He took them back, came back with them, still not hot. He took them back again, he brought them back, set them on the table and walked away, they were steaming hot. When he finally brought the bill, he charged me for the tea, when he brought me water. He took that off the bill.

In my nomad-like search for the nearest CPK, I finally made my way to this location. The long drive was worth the effort, as the usual culinary excellence was on display - late on a Saturday. Nice treat to find the manager and a server from the recently shuttered Pembroke Lakes Mall location. Staff recognizing customers makes one feel welcome!!

Ouhhhwiiii... Awesome margaritas... Greattttttt Buffalo fried cauliflower and outstanding pizzas. The servers are amazing and the service is impeccable. I have a tendency of visiting a place too many times after the first great day. I can't seem to stay away now. But if you're looking for a place to hang by yourself or to bring your kids. This is definitely the place.

I love California Pizza kitchen as a chain restaurant but this location was SO freezing cold, it was hard to enjoy our food. It was the end of June and we had to bundle up in jackets. My teeth were chattering, that's how cold it was. Other than that, the pizza was awesome as usual. Ask for truffle oil on the side to go with your pizza, it is DELICIOUS! There's also a hidden item not on the menu that my husband gets every time - macaroni and cheese with bacon. He swears it's the best he's ever had.

Why did I order this on Uber eats after waiting 40 plus minutes $20 dollars? For spaghetti noodles where is the bolognese? All food going out should be properly checked before having a delivery service come pick it up. I haven’t eaten all day and spend $40 for two items the are not edible. This is very disappointing I want a full refund I will not eat spaghetti noodles for dinner. Whoever prepared this needs coaching. Please put the effort into paying customers orders like u do when cashing and spending your pay checks. Thank you!

The food was OK however the service was horrible. When our server asked how we are doing and we replied with a courteous "Good, how are you?" she answered something on the line "well I don't want to be here". and that actually set the tone for the rest of this dine in experience. We saw her for ordering our food. After drinks and food were delivered she never checked back on us. To get a refill I had to hunt her down. And getting the check in the end was a challenge. to the point that some other waitress even checked in on us if we need our waiter. that was the last time I visited this location.

8/29/23-They have calorie count for the food , I like that. Big menu too. Plus nice big pizza oven. We started w/Crispy Eggroll, , Avocado salad, and the California Cobb w/ blue cheese dressing. They do half or whole. Half is big enough. Plus we garbage avocado roll.they serve nice warm bread w/ oil. 1/8/2020- lunch till 4:00pm.. Sara sat us and was our server. Her big blue eyes were very welcoming. We were the only ones in the place at 3:15 it was ice cold in there and the music was extremely loud ,but they just had a major lunch rush , I was told. We both had salads . I had the Thai crunch salad they do half size nice touch so not so big . , so glad I went with a half and I added the shrimp grilled , there were many and a nice size as well. Hubby had the California Club it was huge looked really good will definitely go back and see her thank you so much for making our lunch enjoyable. 10/18/19-Wow great menu. They have calorie counts which I like. Plus they have a full liquor bar I’m glad I put the menu down because I found the lunch menu back page A lot less expensive than what I was planning. I ordered the 1/2 sandwich with a cup of barley and pea soup all so good . My gf had the Sweet pea carbonara with a bowl of soup don’t remember what kind it was it was a tomato something she said it had a little bite Wow walked in to a bright place . I see first off how the hostess was cleaning the menu’s , I’ve always said all restaurants should . Was seated immediately. Had a great Tall server. He was definitely a seasoned server. Refill our tea’s, etc. helped us with what to order. Very friendly. Jeffery I see on receipt so thanks for making our lunch very enjoyable. I had the 1/2 turkey with the green apples and Brie. 1/2 sandwiches and the Pea soup which was real good. G had the salad with a half of Padilla ( not real sure , Indian bread ) w chicken meatballs mozzarella and marinara looked great. It was a nice lunch. Thanks again Jeffery.

My husband and I love this place! Not only do they have great lunch deals but we keep going back for the amazing service! The bartender Erin is phenomenal! She’s always so friendly and polite!

Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit to California Pizza Kitchen. The service at was not the best. My drink came with something floating in it, so I sent it back and asked for a to-go cup. The server assigned to the patio area was named Erin. She served the table in front of me five times, including refilling her drink multiple times. That's when I was able to get Erin's attention about my drink. After the other table left I saw Erin twice, for my drink/order and next when she brought my check. I'm not sure why I received poor service. Unfortunately, this is my first and last time dining here. I gave two stars because the pizza was actually good, but not good enough to be treated like a drive thru customer.

Food was great, served fast and it there was not that many people inside. Server was great very polite.

We have been coming her for 7 years. We had a little snafu at the beginning of our night but the new manager is super friendly fixed everything.. And the staff that was helping us made up for any issues. I am so impressed with them

Large space with wide booths, decent pizza and kind service. Keep it simple here and you’ll be fine.

The food and service was excellent. Our server Andy was on top of his game. The only minus was that I didn't get to taste what I really wanted. They were out of the chicken Picata 😥 but I had a cheese pizza and added garlic and shrimps and my husband had the Tai cruch salad and we were both happy.

First time in a California Pizza. Very nice and attentive server. Pizza was so yummy and lite. The desert was also yummy and I enjoyed the lime and strawberry Mocktail too. They had some nice, calorie conscious menu items and vegan options including cauliflower crust which I appreciated. Will return.
