If
you
need
a
good
massage,
ask
for
Vanessa!
The
customer
service
continues
to
get
worse
and
worse.
I
arrived
and
my
card
for
my
payment
didn’t
work
so
I
gave
them
another
form
of
payment.
They
charged
my
monthly
rate
of
$75,
which
went
up
from
what
it
previously
was.
I
went
to
have
my
service
and
then
when
it
was
time
to
checkout
the
person
at
the
front
counter
tells
me
I
owe
$10
more
dollars
because
I
got
a
deep
tissue
massage.
I
have
NEVER
been
charged
extra
for
a
deep
tissue
massage
for
the
three
years
I
have
been
going
to
the
one
in
Norwalk,
nor
the
2
years
I
went
in
Wichita.
Additionally,
if
they
knew
this
was
something
extra,
why
didn’t
the
2
people
taking
my
money
at
the
beginning
mention
it
and
take
it
then
or
at
least
warn
me
so
I
have
a
chance
to
make
a
financial
decision,
since
clearly
they
knew
this
was
a
new
practice.
Why
would
you
wait
until
I’m
done
and
then
inform
your
customer
of
this
additional
charge?
One
of
the
same
people
that
helped
me
at
the
beginning
and
took
my
money
was
the
same
person
at
the
end
saying
to
me,
this
has
always
been
a
charge,
they
just
haven’t
been
charging
it.
Again,
if
you
knew
that,
why
didn’t
you
say
that
to
me
at
the
beginning.
They
have
no
issues
calling
when
they
can’t
get
your
money
and
threatening
you
by
saying
you
won’t
be
able
to
get
your
service
if
your
payment
isn’t
made,
so
give
me
the
same
attention
and
call
when
you
are
making
by
changes.
I
asked
if
they
were
under
new
management
and
they
both
said
yes,
well
whoever
the
manager
is
needs
to
figure
out
how
to
communicate
better
with
his
clients
if
he
wants
them
to
stick
around.
Yes,
I
did
ask
for
cancellation
papers.
Vanessa
may
be
the
ONLY
reason
I
stick
around.
