Overall a pleasant experience. Their new technology makes the trip less scary and more fun! The X-ray machine is a stand up spin around you one, and they take pictures of your teeth that map them out with a tiny camera. Very cool. I like the atmosphere too. Very cozy. Cute animals were on a loop in the waiting room, and my suite had personal touches like the screen welcoming me with my name. The country music wasn’t my vibe but to each their own. I’d rather it was instrumental or a mixed playlist. My dental hygienist, Jen, was so so nice. She made sure I was comfortable, and explained cleaning processes to me, she also walked me through my X-rays and explained what was going on. I went in for a cleaning and to check my incoming wisdom tooth, they don’t do non erupted extractions here, so I have to go to another specialist they referred me to within my network, but I don’t mind that too much. I also went in to get a replacement night guard. The dentist himself felt a little rushed and I only saw him for about 5 minutes, but considering the fact that I don’t have cavities and he can’t take my wisdom tooth, that’s to be expected. I’ll go here again!

I never leave reviews but Mint Kisco Dental deserves it. Five stars is really not enough. 1000/1000 stars. I am really anxious and have avoided the dentist for years up until recently when I began to experience pain in one of my teeth. From the moment I walked in, I was met with understanding and reassurance. The receptionists, office manager, dental assistants, the doctor, and his entire staff, from the first to the last, are all incredible people. I hope whoever reads this review and suffers from anxiety like I do knows they can trust this dentist and his staff to take care of you. I received a root canal today (my biggest fear) and there was absolutely no pain at all. And I am not tolerant to pain at all. So that says alot. I was completely numb the entire time. The dental assistant, Selena, even held my hand when I was panicking in the beginning and helped talk me down. Dr. Bottino talked me through what he was doing the entire time, gave me lots of encouraging words throughout, and even gave me a pep talk on tackling anxiety. He even followed up with me later on after my appointment and asked me how I’m feeling. You do not come across dentists like this often. If you have any question on what dentist to go to, look no further. On top of the doctor and his team being incredible people, the office is top notch. Clean, tech savy, beautifully designed & aesthetically pleasing. You even have a TV on the ceiling to watch Netflix during your appointment. It definitely feels like more of a spa than a dental office. You can tell Dr Bottino put his all into this office and is truly passionate about what he does. I CANNOT recommend Mint Kisco Dental more!!! Everyone is SO nice and the experience is outstanding. I had James as my dental hygienist today and he was awesome and explained everything very well. He used a wand to take a 3D scan of my entire mouth while I was lying down and the technology is incredible! It’s a very high tech place and they do an amazing job. Dr. Bottino did my crowns(veneers) a couple months ago and they are gorgeous. He is so kind and great at his job and I’m so thankful to him and the whole staff! PLUS! It’s right next to Stop&Shop and Target so it’s super convenient!!!

Dr. Bottino is a caring, trustworthy and skilled professional. He makes appropriate recommendations and rechecks and waits for the right timing. I haven’t needed major dental work under his care yet, probably because his hygienist Jennifer does such an incredible and thorough job, but when I do I fully trust his team!

Mint Kisco Dental is incredible! I’ve never had such an incredible experience at a dental office. Everyone was so kind and everything was so clean! James was the best hygienist! He was very thorough when cleaning my teeth and explaining all the different scans. I couldn’t be more happy with the service that the Mint Kisco staff provided! I wish I could give ten stars!!!

I was so happy with my first visit! Stephanie was so gentle and through with her exam and everything else. What a different experience at at dental office. Dr B was so friendly and I immediately felt comfortable. I highly recommend this practice based on my first experience.

Honestly the most positive and comfortable experience I've had with any dentist. Dr. Bottino was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I left feeling unexpectedly relieved; I need work on several teeth but it doesn't feel overwhelming anymore. The staff was also so welcoming and friendly. The Mint Membership is a plus, a great value for those without dental insurance like me. Highly highly reccomend.

Oh my, where do I start with how unbelievable Mint Kisco Dental is!!!! Dr. B has completely reinvented and redefined the entire dental experience. I was fortunate enough to pop in one day post pandemic in 2022 and knew, this is where I'm taking my business. He has gotten rid of that "tradition negative stigma" of a dentist's office and made it "spa like"! We all know how tense going to your dentist can be. Well, the environment Dr. B has created removes all of that from your experience. I'm addition, the care is unmatched in my opinion. Everything is state of the art, clean, personal and delightful. I enjoyed my experience so much I switched my two young kid's dentist to his care. They actually look forward to going to the dentist! I strongly recommend Mint Kisco Dental as there is no experience and expertise out there like Dr. B!!!!

The office staff was both professional and courteous. Dr Bottino was great to go over my past dental history with. Jen, the oral hygienist was amazing. She explained everything so well and with care. The office is beautiful and state of the art. I felt like my appointment for a cleaning and X-rays was a getaway for an hour! I highly recommend this dental office!

Today was my first visit with my 2 year old. Needlessly to say, he was not having it. With that being said, the Doctor and staff were so understanding and compassionate. So great knowing that there are still Doctors out there that are willing to make their patients feel comfortable and safe, rather than the alternative. Highly recommend!!
